Aryaman is shocked to hear him as no one except Cabir knew about his trip to Lucknow. "How do you know about me going to Lucknow and coming back? which friend are you talking about?" Aryaman asked with curiosity. "
"That girl who you want to protect from her prospective groom" Aryaman is stunned. "How do you know about all this?" Aryaman asked. "Face reading is one of my favorite hobbies" Mr. Sharma said laughing loud. He gets his tests done. Aryaman takes the reports to Mukti.
"Ma'am, he is telling that he has a tumor in brain but there's no sign of it in any of the tests" he said to Mukti. "How did he said that then?" Mukti asked. "He is a face reader and astrologer ma'am, he said he knew about it" Aryaman said. "What the hell! Agar usko sab pata hai tho hum kyu hai yaha" Mukti is clearly annoyed and Mr. Sharma laughed at her.
"Dr. Mukti, its not necessary that your machines and tests will always help you, sometimes they might deceive you too" he said and Mukti tried to explain him, "sir, aap ek astrologer ho ya face reader isse hume kuch farak nahi padta, we should be able to diagnose the tumor to surgically remove it, but hume aisa tumor detect hi nahi hua" she said. "No worries, I know that you can't help me out, anyways I will go from here" he said. "Thank God he's gone, warna I don't know what would I have done to him" she said and Aryaman went off from there.

Navya and Cabir planned to get Nandini and Manik closer. "Hum aisa kya karenge jaise ye dono unki feelings realize kare?" Cabir asked Navya. "Cabir, relationships ke liye kuch rules nahi hote, bas kuch elements ki zarurat hai. Hume ye pata karna hoga ki un dono ke beech jealous, possessiveness, care, trust and respect hai ya nahi" Navya said. "Dekho kaun baat kar raha hai relationships ke baare mein! Madhubala" he joked. "Cabir, mujhse zyada kaun samaj sakta hai relations ko, I've been in a failed relation once and I know what one expects from their partner" she said. "Navya, I didn't mean it that way" Cabir felt guilty having said that. "I know Cabir, I trust you, tum mujhe aisa kabhi humiliate nahi karoge, I just felt like saying it, chill ab humare plan pe focus kare" she asked him.
"Oh Yeah! Jealous! Manik sir tho jealous hai hi, isliye tho hum yaha aaye hai itne dhoor, to be more precise Siddharth se bahut dhoor, and jaha jealousy hoga wahi possessiveness bhi" he said. "Yeah, wo possessive hai isliye tho jealous hai, they both go hand in hand" Navya said. "Trust and respect ka pata nahi hai mujhe" Cabir said about Manik. "But what about Nandini? Hume uska kuch nahi pata" Navya reminded Cabir. "Yeah, you're right, Manik sir ke baare mein kuch tho mujhe pata hai, but we are absolutely clueless about Nandini" Cabir said.
"I hope she should not end up with a confusion in accepting Siddharth" Navya told him. "As far as I know, Nandini said she didn't want to marry Manik sir and she rejected him also. I don't think Nandini Manik se pyaar karti bhi hai ya nahi" she said. "No, wo Manik ya Siddharth nahi she wants someone who really love her and take care of her" Cabir said. "Hume Nandini ko ye ehsaas dilana hai ki wo Manik se pyaar karti hai, he loves her, cares for her. We need to know about Nandini" Cabir said. "So hume karna kya hai?" Navya is in for the action.
"Nandini, can I ask you something?" Navya asked Nandini. "Sure Navya" Nandini replied. "Did you really want to stay back here or are you just staying for my sake? If you want to go, I will also come with you, you don't need to stay here for me, we will inform Manik sir and go back" Navya said. "No Navya, at first I thought of going back but later when you asked me to stay here, I thought I should not let my insecurities take over me. Manik is really trying hard to make this camp a success, and I think I shouldn't let him down" she said. "Kitna kuch badal gaya na Nandini tumhare aur Manik sir ke beech!" Navya said smiling. "Yes, there are many changes. I thought he was rude and can do anything for his wish. But wo aisa hai hi nahi, he was so kind, he gives much importance to his family, he places his mom above all, her wish is his command" she said.
"You know, everyone who loves his wife may not love his mother, but every guy who loves his mom will definitely love his wife. Kitna acha hota agar tum usse Shaadi ke liye mana nahi karti tho" Navya said and it hit Nandini. "Navya, I don't know, maine intentionally usse na nahi kaha, it was just that I did not want to marry now?" she said casually. "Then why are you considering Siddharth and not Manik sir, he is well educated, good looking, handsome, he is a good at his profession and moreover wo chacha chachi ko bhi pasand hai" Navya asked her heart out. "Because Manik ke life mein already ek ladki hai, Alya and I don't want to come in between them" Nandini said as if she already knew that someone would ask her.
"No Nandini, Manik sir ke life mein Alya thi, she was his past, why would he agree to see a girl for marriage if he hasn't really moved on from Alya! Aur ye baat humse khud Alya aur Manik sir dono ne bhi kaha tha na that they moved on from each other" Navya tried to explain Nandini. "Navya, sometimes I feel so guilty when I saw Manik and Alya together, I feel like agar main nahi hoti tho ye dono abhi bhi saath mein hote" she said. "No Nandini, tum galat soch rahi ho, aisa kuch nahi hai" Navya understood Nandini's insecurities. Navya said about the same to Cabir.
"So you are trying to say that Nandini is jealous of Alya!" Cabir said. "But it is complicated for Alya too, I don't know" Navya sighed. "Agar Alya Manik aur Nandini ko help kiya tho Nandini maan jayegi na that they aren't together anymore" Cabir said. "I don't know what's cooking in your mind but why will Alya help Nandini" Navya asked Cabir. "Nandini ka pata nahi but Manik ko zarur help karegi" Cabir said.
Manik called Nandini, Navya, Cabir and all other staff. "Good news guys, all the villagers were entitled to government health schemes and as a token of remembrance they want us to arrange a blood donation camp, hume jaldi saare tayarian karni hai" he asked everyone to make arrangements for blood donation camping. They made two more extra tents for the convenience of the donors. All of them had made enough preparations for the camp. The village head came there. "Who did you ask before organizing this camp?" he said.
"Of course why would we expect that we organizing a camp and you not coming to stop this! Ye ho hi nahi sakta. But for your information, we did not organize this camp, aapke gao wale ne khud humse kaha" Cabir said. "No need of his permissions and approvals Cabir, hume jo milna hai wo mil gaya" Manik said to Cabir taunting the village head.
Village head instigates the villagers to not donate blood. "We can't betray our leader we shouldn't listen to these people who came here on that MLA insistence" he provoked the villagers but didn't expect that they would disobey him. "Aap ya aap ke party next humare liye kuchen nahi kiya air ab wo MLA saab kar rahe tho bhi apko problem hai?" the villagers asked him and that leads to a fight between the villagers and the goons of the village head.
"Cabir, take all the female staff inside. It's not safe here we will leave tomorrow" Manik said and tried to stop the fight. Village head's son got injured and he stops fighting. The village head runs to his son and cries on seeing him in a pool of blood unconscious. Manik and Cabir reacted quick and shifts his son to the camp. They clean the wound and start treating.
"Sir, hume iske liye B negative blood group chahiye" Cabir informed Manik. Manik asked Nandini and Navya to find B negative donor. Village head goes numb as he saw his son almost dead. They arranged the blood and after few hours of observation they declare that his son is out of danger. "I'm always indebted to you all, main apne kiye pe bahut sharminda hu" the village head apologize Manik and feel guilty.
Nandini, Cabir and Navya feel happy and satisfied for Manik's work. "I'm so happy for Manik today" Nandini comments and Cabir interferes. "Hello main bhi kaam kiya tha mujhe bhi appreciation milna chahiye yaar" he pouted. "Cabir please tum ab ye apna drama bandh karo" Navya sighed. "We are going Mumbai tomorrow" Manik informed everyone. The village head came to Manik with the cheque Manik gave him. "Doctor, I'm so sorry for troubling you and your team that day, please take your cheque back" he insisted Manik to take it back.
"Nahi, I didn't expect it back, you can use it for the village welfare" Manik gently rejected the cheque. But the village head insisted to take it back and said that he will feel guilty about it all along his life. Manik finally took it and the village head talked to all the team of doctors and other staff. He had shifted his son to a nearby well-sophisticated hospital for further treatment and Manik assured him that nothing can happen to his son. Manik and his team packed their luggage. "Kitna dar gaye the na hum, but see all it turned a happy ending to this camp" Nandini said to Navya.
"Life is so unpredictable" Navya said as she packed. "Ye Cabir kaha hai? Aaj kal ye humse zyada Manik ki friend ban gaya, jab dekho tab ussi ke saath rehta hai" Nandini said. "Yeah that's true and few villagers aaya hai yaha pe, they both are talking to them" Navya said and she remembered their to talk to Nandini about Manik. "Kal phirse humara normal routine shuru" Navya continued, "Kya socha tha? Kya bolne wali ho Siddharth ko! Is it a yes?" Navya is curious to know the answer. "No" Nandini said and before Navya could react, she corrected her answer. "I mean, I don't know the answer, tujhe kya batao?" she said.
"Nandini, how long will you make him wait, why couldn't you decide?" Navya asked. "Pata nahi Navya, kuch samaj nahi aa rahi hai, I don't know if I can ever be myself with Siddharth, but it will hurt chacha and chachi if I say no" she said. "Nandini, think about yourself, chacha chachi bhi tumhare decision ke liye hi wait kar raha hoga, and don't think foolishly, why would they feel hurt, its your life Nandu, you have to make a choice" Navya said. Manik and Cabir were talking to the villagers and said that they are glad if they can help them.
"Doctor saab, ye pee lijiye, ye humara gaon ka special drink hai" one of the villagers gave them a pot while leaving. All the villagers left and Cabir opened the pot. "Manik sir, see this, white wine, kaafi famous hai villages mein, try karte hai na" Cabir said to Manik. "No Cabir, we're on duty kal hume jaana bhi hai and I have never drunk this too, no I cant take risk" Manik said. "Sir, this is purely organic, we will get it from trees here in the villages ek baar try tho kijiye" Cabir insisted Manik and he didn't even let Cabir drink it. He took Cabir aside and asked him to pack his luggage. "Humara packing tho ho hi jayega, but please sir let me drink it" Cabir pleaded Manik. "Ok, but come soon" Manik allowed him to drink but he didn't go.
Cabir went out and saw the pot missing. He came back to Manik. "Sir, wo pot waha nahi hai!!"
