Kakeru:
Kicking the door to the lakehouse open, Kakeru smiled widely as one of the shifters was knocked off their feet. It was a girl shifter.
"Lelia!" Zoey screamed and she darted for her.
Kakeru wrapped her hand around the witch's throat and threw her outside, smirking as two other shifters ran at her. One of them a teenage boy, and the other a small young boy. Kakeru smacked both of them aside with little effort.
"It would be wise not to stand in my way, shifters," Kakeru said.
"Don't touch her, bitch!" The older shifter yelled.
"Max! Don't!" Zoey screamed.
Max stopped from trying to attack Kakeru and he sat on the floor, helpless.
Kakeru turned around and picked Zoey up. Zoey knew better than to fight as Kakeru lept into the air and disappeared, with Zoey over her shoulder....
