I woke up before my alarm.
6:40 AM
But I mean I couldn't contain myself it was the day of the sports festival.
I got ready in my uniform and walked downstairs.
The house was quiet and empty.
My parents weren't home, good.
Not trying to have a confrontation before school today.
I noticed my phone was on the counter with a sticky note attached.

I turned on my phone and it was fully charged and of course my text messages were read.
I think I need to change my password to something longer.
Anyways I ran out the door with my phone in hand to excited!

When I got into the classroom everyone was in little groups chatting away.
I went to put my bag down at my desk and went to Katsuki's desk.
"Hey stranger!" I exclaimed as I stood in front of his desk.
He had his elbow propped on his desk and was resting his head on his hand.
"So, ready? Sports festival is finally here, I'm so scared and nervous " I confessed
"Tch. What's to be nervous about, I'm going to come out on top and beat all you idiots" he smirked out as he slammed his hand on his desk and made a fist with the other.
"Ay Katsuki! There you go again underestimating me, I could and will beat you" I joked as I booped his nose.
"WHAT THE HELL YOU SAY! IMA WIPE THE FLOOR WITH YOU" he yelled out as he shot up .
"Shhhhhhh! What the hell are you doing yelling like that! " I whispered yelled glaring at him.
Mr. Aizawa came in and instructed us to change into our gym clothes and was told to wait inside a room all together.

*Fast Forward *
Everyone was anxiously waiting inside.
"I wanted to wear my costume" Mina whined out.
"I wonder what they have in store for us?" Sato asked curiously.
Ahh hearing this is getting me so nervous I feel butterflies in my stomach.
"Everyone we'll be entering the arena soon" Iida announced
Great the nerves are killing me .
"I'm kind of scared are you guys? Or is it just me? Is it hot in here? Or is it just me? I feel knots in my stomach do you guys ? Or is it just me?" I began asking questions increasing my volume after each one.
"Woah calm down" Ochaco exclaimed raising her hand at me.
"Yes just take a deep breath, it's normal to get nervous but you'll do fine" Yaoyorozu assured me nicely.
"Why are you nervous? You're one of the top ones ! Everyone will be watching you " Hagakure exclaimed.
"WHAT??? EVERYONE?!" I yelled shocked and nervously.
"Not what she wants to hear right now!" Mina exclaimed as she began to fan me with her hands for air.
The girls began to Pat my back to get calm and Yaoyorozu kept telling me to breath.
"Sorry sorry guys, I mean I get scared presenting to the class imagine this , I'm sure once out there the nerves will pass" I tried to say casually and smile but you can still hear the nerves in my voice.
"Maybe some water will calm you down" Tsu suggested.
I turned my head and saw the water jug on the other side of the room.
I nodded my head at her and walked over to drink some water.
Suddenly there was a little dispute between Todoroki and Deku.
The entire class stopped their side conversations and focused on the confrontation between them.
"Very well then. Let's go everyone in a sing line exit the waiting room and make your way to the stadium entrance where we will wait for our cue to go out" Iida announced.
And like he ordered everyone went out in a singe line fashion.
"Heard you We're nervous cutie! Don't worry about anything, afterwards we can go get some ice cream, what do ya say" Kaminari smirked out as he walked right behind me.
"And how is that suppose to make me feel better? No thanks." I muttered out sternly.
"Oh cmon give me a chance" he whined out
"I'd rather not."
"Dude just leave her alone she rejected you so many times already take the hint she's not interested " Kirishima snickered out as he putted his back.
I turned turned my head to the side to glance at them.
"Sorry Kaminari but I only see you as a friend" I smiled out.
I heard a grunt and that made me stop walking and completely turn around.
Kaminari stopped walking and Kirishima had crashed into him.
"A friend? You friend zoned me?" He muttered out
"Sorry but yeah " I smiled out .
"KEEP IT MOVING IDIOTS" Katsuki yelled from behind Kirishima.
I glanced at him and smiled, turned back around and continued to walk with the rest of the line ahead of me.
Knowing him, he's to focused and I don't want to ruin his headspace. Y going to talk to him.
Even though it's lowkey killing me, but I'll stay away for now.
We heard present mike introduce our class and we walked out of the tunnel where so many people were seated and staring at us. Great.
I've never seen so many people.
"Hopefully we can do our best even with all these eyes looking at us" Iida said out loud as he looked at the crowd.
"Stop talking about the crowd." I muttered out nervously as I walked next to him.
"Don't be nervous y/n, just imagine everyone in their underwear " he suggested.
I couldn't help but scrunch you my face.
"Why would I want to see anyone in their underwear " I asked out confused
"For fun" Mineta snickered out.
I let out a groan and rolled my eyes.
We all stopped in front of a stage where Ms. Midnight was standing and announced the first year rep would do a speech: Katsuki Bakugo.
I scrunched my face in confusion.
Huh? Katsuki? Our rep? Did I hear that right?
He walked up the the stage slumped over and stood in front of the microphone.
Everyone waited anxiously as to what he was going to say.
"I wanna let everyone know... Ima win" he muttered out.
I frowned and face palmed.
Everyone got angry at what he said and started booing.
He walked off the stage not even caring he was getting booed because he meant it.
He walked back and stood next to me.
"Give it your all short stuff" he muttered not even looking at me.
I turned and looked at him.
He turned his head and glared at me.
I nodded my head once.
"You too" I replied
" Tch. Didn't you hear Ima win, so watch out" he smirked out.
"We'll see "
"The hell is that suppose to mean?! " he yelled back at me.
"SILENCE" Ms. Midnight yelled as she was about to announce our first game was an obstacle course.
We were told to go to the tunnel.
It was awfully cramped. Katsuki stood behind me but it felt a bit awkward with everyone from the first year classes tightly packed.
"I'll be waiting for you at the finish line" he muttered out.
I turned my head and glanced from the corner of my eye.
"Hm I was about to tell you the same thing" I smirked out confidently.
*GO*
Everyone was trying to push their way through and panicking.
Easy I thought.
I lifted myself from the ground and started to fly above everyone to get out.
After I started flying passed everyone I noticed everyone was frozen in ice.
What the heck?
Todorki.
But then I saw Katsuki jump from the crowd using his quirk to project himself to avoid todorkis ice.
As soon as the ice path finished I landed to conserve my energy, flying takes it up and I need to be smart about this, and started to run a little behind him.
We stopped in our tracks when we got to some giant robots blocking our path.
Todoroki froze one and ran under him.
I didn't hesitate and flew above them. He was getting ahead I have to catch up.
As I flew above so did Katsuki.
"What's wrong? To scared to have blasted them?" He smirked as we were both in the air.
"Sorry to disappoint but I'm saving that trick for later" I smirked and gave him a wink then pushed myself to go land faster.
Right behind me was Katsuki.
Only noticed because of all the yelling he was doing.
Damn he's right on my tail.
As soon as we passed that I started running again.
We got to the minefield.
Todoroki was still ahead of me, but he was stepping carefully. I began to fly over this obstacle again
I was feeling confident until I heard Katsuki laughing behind me.
He flew next to me and blasted an explosion towards me , he caught me off guard as I dodged and he continued ahead
Crap they're getting more ahead.
I pushed myself to go faster I saw he launched an explosion to Todoroki too and they began back and fourthing.
Now is my chance to just swoop by.
I flew but as soon as I got next to them I was spotted by Todoroki and he launched an ice attack at me as I tried to avoid it slowed me down.
They continued going and started to fly again but this time Katsuki grabbed ahold of my leg and pulled me down with force and I landed in front of him on my bottom.
Both of them stared at me glaring but then a huge explosion got all of our attention. We glared at it .
What is going on now.
It was Deku coming in full speed on a piece of the robots.
He flew over our heads as we continued to stare.
Hell no.
Katsuki reacted first and launched himself with explosions after him. I got up and flew right behind them.
Deku was way ahead of us.
I was behind him until I felt someone swat my arm. I continued flying but saw Katsuki trying to land some blows.
I swatted back .
"Leave me alone" I shouted
"You think you can beat me , THINK AGAIN" he scowled back.
The finish line was up ahead and I didn't even realize Todoroki went ahead of us.
I gave it my all and flew passed Katsuki but didn't get to pass Todoroki.
"Y/n on 3rd!!" Ms Midnight announced.
The crowd was cheering .
I was trying to catch my breath
"IDIOT!!! YOU THINK YOURE BETTER JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN FLY?!!" Katsuki scowled
I kept panting to catch my breath.
"I told you, you were underestimating me" I panted, gave him a wink, and turned my attention to the finish line as the others started coming in too.
