i sat there next to younghoon.
i opened my mouth to speak but younghoon said something.
"i don't want to hear it."
i closed my mouth and looked away from him. i began playing with my fingers that were in my lap.
i hated that hyung wasn't talking to me.
"hey, um, younghoon-hyung. i'm sorry for taking your book. i know it wasn't right but i just wanted your attention. i know that's not a valid excuse but—"
"it's okay jaehyun, i promise," younghoon interrupts.
i smile and hug him.
"i'm almost finished anyways. we can watch movies."
i grinned more and hugged him tighter for a few seconds before letting my grip get loose again.
"is what haknyeon told me true?"
"w-what did haknyeon tell you?"
"he said you liked someone. is it juyeon??"
"n-no! i don't like j-juyeon!"
"then who is it? is it jacob-hyung?"
"no! s-sangyeon-hyung likes him! not me!"
"then who do you—"
"i like you, okay!"
my eyes widened.
was he kidding or was he completely serious.
his face was flushed and he looked away with his mouth covered by his hand.
i was about to say something but he got up.
he tried to run but ended up falling again. i rush over and help him.
"it's your ankle, isn't it?"
younghoon nodded as he whimpered slightly.
"you should've told me."
he nodded and then placed his face into the grey cushions.
i walked to the fridge to put ice cubes in a bag.
i came back and set his foot on a pillow. i then put the bag on his ankle and let him rest for the night.
