day two.

i'm so not ready for this.

i shake my head and hurry up to eric's locker.

i open it, setting the note in and leaving.

i walked towards the boys bathroom to recollect myself and to stop freaking out.

after i left the stall, i heard the door open.

"hey juyeonnie," youngjae says sweetly.

i glanced down at youngjae's hands to see him holding the blue note and my eyes widened.

"hi youngie. i was just leaving," i say as i feel my cheeks starting to get red.

"why so suddenly?" he pouts.

"uh..hyunjoon needed me to do something," i lie.

"kevin said that hyunjoon's not here today since he got sick."

"w-well.."

what do i do now? i've somewhat been trying to avoid him.

"why'd you lie hyung? do you really not want to see me?"

"no! no, that's not it. i just really have to go."

"will i be able to see you later?"

"i'm unsure. i'm gonna be pretty busy today. especially with practice."

youngjae pouts.

"can you at least text me when you leave class so i can try to meet you? please juyeonnie," he says.

"s-sure. what's your number?"

youngjae pulls out his phone and he switches with me.

i add my contact and he adds his.

i smile shyly as i take back my phone to see his contact name, my favorite dongsaeng.

i rolled my eyes at his childishness.

"bye hyung. i have to go now," eric says.

as i was about to walk out after him, he turns around.

"one more thing."

"what is it, youngjae?"

youngjae bites his lip as if he was hesitant to tell me something.

"what-"

youngjae kissed my lips.

once he pulled away, i felt my face burn and he ran down the hallway.

what is this kid doing to me?

youngjae, you mean so much to me. it makes my heart feel like it'll combust the more and more i talk to you. but the more we get to know each other. the more i start to like you. i'm not sure when i'll have enough guts to tell you this in person. but know you make my heart warm just by seeing you, hearing your voice, or even just hearing someone mention your name. you're so special to me.
