Om walks into Gauri's house and sees Pinky mom sitting with Jhanvi. He wishes them and socializes with them as he looked around for Gauri or Priyanka. The mutton was burning a hole in his laptop bag. He decides to check Gauri's room before Pinky mom starts smelling the mutton. He starts to take the stairs when Tej walks in, "Om, I need to talk to you." Tej says in a serious tone.
Nodding Om follows him knowing what the topic was going to be, he was expecting it. They go to the adjoining room and Tej asks him, "Khanna told me that you are going to give Kaali the contract."
"I am."
"Why? We had better offers and don't you know giving Kaali the contract is not only, not going to give us any profit but we are going to incur losses too?" Tej asks shocked.
"I know Dad. But I want to do it." Om tells him.
"Don't tell me it is for her." Tej says frowning.
"It is." Om replies and leaves the room. The moment he steps out of the room he bumps into Svetlana and she was looking at him in wide eyed shock. She slyly smiles at him and he ignores her and walks off.

Om walks into Gauri's room and takes out the mutton from his bag. Sniffing his laptop bag, he starts frowning, it was stinking of mutton he will need to wash it. He was about to keep it on the table when the oil leaks out of the container. He cleans it up and leaves it on the table and goes to the washroom to clean his hands. Om comes out of the washroom and finds Svetlana.
"What are you doing here?" he asks frowning as he looked at the locked door.
"Why, you don't want me here?" Svetlana purrs as she moved closer to him.
Om looks at her in disgust as he wondered how he could ever think she was better than his Gauri. She was about to place her hand on his chest when he tells her in an angry tone "Don't touch me."
"You still angry with me?" she asks as she leans up and whispers to his ears.
Om chuckles, "Please don't even think you are important enough for me to be angry with you."
"Liar!"
"You mean nothing to me, Svetlana. Now get out of my way. I need to find Gauri."
"You want me to believe that Gauri is more important to you than me? I heard you and I know why you gave Kaali the contract. Because of me, and Kaali told me what he had offered, and I am here to fulfill that."
Om starts laughing, "Didn't know you had a sense of humor."
Svetlana starts frowning at him wondering if she had misread him. "You are a cheat, Svetlana but I am not. And there hasn't been a day that I was not thankful to God for getting you out of my life and bringing my Gauri into my life." Om takes a step back in disgust as being closer to her was making him want to take a bath. "You are as tainted as my Gauri is pure."
Svetlana looks at him furiously and asks, "You would choose Gauri over me? Over ME?"
"How can I ever choose? I belong to Gauri." Om tells her just as calmly.
They hear someone trying to open the door and both turns to look at the door.
"HEY! Who is in my room?" Gauri asks angrily as she banged on the door.
Om quickly opens the door.
"YOU?" Gauri asks angrily as she walked in. "What are yo.." she stops as she sees Svetlana in the room. "What are you two doing here?" Gauri asks suspiciously.
"Why don't you answer her, Svetlana?" Om sneers at her.
"He is still in love with me!" Svetlana tells her with conviction.
"What?" Om turns to Svetlana in disgust.
"He wants me back in his life. That is why he is going to marry you. He wants to make me jealous. When he realized that is not going to work on me, he gave Kaali a contract even though he would incur losses. I don't want you to marry him, Gauri. He is just using you." Svetlana tells her as she starts crying.
Gauri looks at Om in shock.
Seeing her looking at him Om says in outrage. "I can't believe you would believe all her crap."
"Did you give that contract?" Gauri asks in shock remembering Kaali's offer to him.
"No. I am going to."
"See I told you. He is just using you, Gauri. Ask him and his family to leave this instant Gauri," Svetlana tells her crying feeling victorious secretly.
Gauri continues to look at Om and he tells, "I am not going to justify myself or explain myself to you. I want to see how low you think I could fall and whether there is anything in this relation that I should fight for."
Gauri keeps staring at Om wondering whether he would do something like Svetlana has accused him of. She wouldn't have believed her till Svetlana had mentioned the contract, and she had heard with her own ears Kaali offering Svetlana to Om in exchange for the contract. But as she looked at his face, her heart kept telling her that he wouldn't do something so disgusting, and he wouldn't cheat her. He might have had some other reasons to give Kaali the contract. He might have made fun of her love once upon a time but now it does mean something to him, and she was the blind who refused to believe it.
"Tell him, Gauri." Svetlana prompts her.
"Just get out, Svetlana." Gauri tells her in disgust.
"What?" Svetlana asks shocked.
"I trust him." Gauri tells her as she looked Om in eye.
Om starts smiling hearing her.
"You..." Svetlana starts and Om cuts her off, "You heard her, Svetlana. Get the hell out of here." He opens the door wide for her and she stomps off angrily.
Om closes the door after her and locks it. He leans on the door as he looked at her happily while Gauri was looking everywhere except him. Suddenly she was feeling ashamed of herself for not trusting him and making such a huge fuss over it.
"Gauri..."
"Yes." She says looking at his shoes.
"Look at me."
"I am looking at you."
"Look me in the eye."
Gauri takes her sweet time in looking him in the eye.
Once she looks him in the eyes, he says "Thank you."
"For what?"
"For trusting me. I realize that it was difficult for you considering my past actions." Om tells her.
"I realize now that I was being stupid like you said."
"So, you will marry me, now?" Om asks her smiling.
"Yes." Gauri replies smiling.
"YES!" Om hugs her happily and he lifted her up and twirled around.
"Stop it! Don't do that!" Gauri says worried for their baby.
Om stops and puts her down but continues to hold her close. "I am so happy, Gauri. This is just the first step. Slowly you will realize that I am worthy of your love and will start loving me again. Till then my love for you is enough to keep us both happy." Om tells her as he lovingly smiled at her.
Gauri looks at him in shock and asks "WHAT? You love me?"
"Yes." Om replies smiling, "Why do you look so shocked?"
"You love me?"
"You didn't know?" Om asks chuckling and then seeing her shocked expression he sobers down, "You didn't know." he states.
"NO!"
"I love you, Gauri. Ever since my sister told me about you disowning Svetlana and she had screamed at me asking me 'now you realize what you lost?' since then I guess I started loving you. But it took me 6 years to realize that love."
"Did you realize it when I left you?" Gauri asks amazed,
"No. when we slept together for first time. That night I didn't sleep. You told me I didn't have to use a condom, and that time I had this desire to give you my baby. After you slept, I kept wondering why I felt like that and I realized it was because I loved you." Om explains.
Gauri gapes at him in shock.
"I should have realized it much sooner. When I started checking your facebook profile over the years to see if you have changed your status from single to committed." Om says laughing.
"Why didn't you tell me, you bloody moron?" Gauri asks angrily.
"I thought you knew."
"If I knew you love me do you think it would have mattered to me that you made fun of me before?" Gauri asks outraged.
"It wouldn't have?" Om asks shocked.
"NO! I thought you didn't love me, and you made fun of me. So, I was hurt and insecure! So, I was scared you would continue to make fun of my love for you."
"You still love me?" Om asks excitedly.
"Of course! I can never stop loving you. But why didn't you ever tell me? How can you be so bloody stupid?"
"In my defense, I thought you knew."
"How could I know?" Gauri asks exasperated.
"Otherwise why would I force you to marry me?" Om asks equally exasperated.
"Because you thought I could be pregnant!"
Om starts laughing, "Come on, Gauri! What are the chances? I just said that to scare you, your parents and mine."
"You didn't think I could be pregnant?" Gauri asks suddenly becoming serious.
"No! We just had like two days and you get pregnant? What are the odds in that?" Om asks chuckling.
"What if I get pregnant?" Gauri asks suddenly scared about his reaction.
"Hmmm if you get pregnant..." Om thinks for a while.
"What Om?"
"I guess you will kill me. You tell me you love me, and you are willing to marry me, and then on top of that you get pregnant... I will just die Gauri." Om tells her as he happily hugs her.
For the first time, Gauri felt in control of their situation. It was always he who was in control, suddenly she felt in control. She slowly pushes him away so she could see his face when she tells him, "I am going to kill you, Om." Om looks at her confused. Gauri starts smiling as she took his hand and gently kept it on her stomach.
Om looks at her in shock then eyes widening he says with a big smile "NOOOO"
"Yes." Gauri says blushing. "
NOOO"
"YES" Gauri replies laughing seeing his wide-eyed joy. "I never thought I could love you more!" Om says happily as he cups her faces in his palms and was about to kiss her when Gauri smells his hand and turns furious as she pushed him "You ate my mutton?!?!?!"
Om was scared for a moment seeing the change in her and he quickly recovers, "Mutton? No, I didn't eat it. I kept it on the table for you."
"It's here? And why the hell didn't you tell me?" Gauri asks angrily as she pushed him out of her way and walked to the table.
"Gauri, we were in the middle of a discussion." Om tells her shocked as he watched her open the mutton container and starts eating.
"First you hide mutton from me and now you have the nerve to tell me that I shouldn't eat it now?" Gauri asks angrily at him.
"I... Gauri..." Om for the first time in his life was at a loss for words.
"This is just the way I love it, Om." Gauri tells him smiling sweetly at him.
Om stares at her in shock seeing the sudden change in her, he wondered if she has split personality.
"I got it from the South Indian restaurant down the road." Om tells her.
"I love the mutton from there. You are a darling, Om." Gauri tells him happily as she hogs. Om smiles at her seeing her smile at him.

A while later, Gauri was still eating while she glared at Om and he was hoping from one foot to other as he had no idea what he was supposed, whatever he did it ended up offending Gauri. They hear a knock on the door followed by Priyanka's voice, "Gaur, it's me. Open the door."
Gauri glares at Om who was watching her, "What are you staring at? Go open the door."
Om quickly hurries to open the door. Priyanka gets shocked seeing Om in the room and shocker still seeing him looking all pale. "What are you doing here?" Priyanka asks.
"Close the door!" Gauri orders them.
Priyanka walks in and sees Gauri furiously glaring at Om.
"You should leave, bhaiyya. Gauri doesn't want you here." Priyanka tells Om seeing Gauri's furious expression.
"Who told you I don't want him here? No one talks to him like that in front of me!" Gauri angrily tells her making Priyanka look at her in shock.
"What is that in your hand?" Gauri asks seeing something in Priyanka's hand.
Priyanka quickly looks at Om as she hid her hand behind her back.
"Nothing."
"You started hiding things from me?" Gauri asks crying.
"What the hell is your problem, Priyanka?" Om furiously asks her as he moved near Gauri and held her in his hands. ''It's okay, Gauri. Show her whatever it is." Om orders her.
Priyanka looks at Om and then turns to Gauri furiously. "I can't take it anymore! I can't handle your mood swings!"
"Mood swings? That's what this is?" Om asks relieved finally understanding her strange behavior.
"You are so meeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan" Gauri wails.
"Just shut up, Priyanka." Om tells her furiously as he tried console Gauri.
"You are responsible for this!" Priyanka accuses him.
"Here take it!" Priyanka tells Gauri as she offered her the visiting card she was hiding from Om. "Mom gave it. It is the gynecologist's visiting card. She asked us to take an appointment for tomorrow and go meet the doctor." Priyanka looks at Om to see his reaction and Om takes her card from her and turns to Gauri in shock, "Mom knows?"
"You know?" Priyanka asks shocked.
"Of course! I am the father. How would I not know?" Om replies arrogantly.
"I told him." Gauri says rolling her eyes. "Mom found out from seeing the symptoms." Gauri tells him.
"You guys are fine now?" Priyanka asks frowning.
"We sorted everything out." Gauri tells her smiling happily.
"Then why were you angry with him when I came in?" Priyanka asks frowning as she took a piece of the mutton and popped it into her mouth.
"STOP EATING MY MUTTON EVERYBODY!!!" Gauri angrily screams.
"That is the reason." Om explains chuckling.

"When you do you want to take the appointment?" Om asks her as he waited for someone to pick up the phone.
"Tomorrow." Gauri replies.
"Hi... I would like to take an appointment for tomorrow." Om tells into the phone. "11:30?" Om turns to Gauri.
"Okay."
"Yes 11:30 is fine. Patient's name is Gauri Kumari Sharma Singh Oberoi. Thank you" Om hangs up the phone.
"Gauri Kumari Sharma Singh Oberoi?" Gauri asks raising an eyebrow.
"Just a matter of 10 days." Om says shrugging.
"Who said I am going to add your surname?" Gauri asks frowning.
"You won't?" Om asks a little hurt.
"Of course, I will. You are so cute." Gauri says happily as she pulled his cheeks.
"I'll go with her to the doctor tomorrow." Priyanka tells him.
"No, I will take her." Om replies.
"But you, mom and dad are going back today, right?" Priyanka asks frowning.
"I'll tell them that I am too tired to travel today." Om says shrugging.
Priyanka nods.
Gauri after finishing the mutton all by herself, goes to the washroom to wash her hands. Om walks to Priyanka and hugs her, "Thanks for taking care of her, Priyanka."
"She is my best friend." Priyanka says smiling.
"You are a great friend." Om tells her as he kissed her.
"Awww you guys are so cute!" Gauri says as she dabbed her eyes because of happy tears.

A while later, Om and Gauri comes down the stairs hand in hand while Priyanka trails behind them. Seeing them holding hands Jhanvi and Tej starts smiling happy.
"I don't want them getting married!" they hear Svetlana screaming. Om and Gauri turn to look at each other frowning.
"What the hell is her problem now?" Priyanka mutters as she pushed them away and went to investigate.
Realizing that's what they should do, everyone follows her.

Priyanka without a care in the world opens Shakti's study and walks in as if she owns the damn place, and since the door was open everyone else follows her in.
"What is your problem now?" Priyanka asks angrily.
"Who asked you to come in here? Get out!" Svetlana asks her angrily.
"Priyanka is nothing less than a daughter to us, so treat her accordingly." Pinky warns her daughter.
"Mama... Papa... what is happening here?" Gauri asks worried.
"You can't marry him. I won't allow it." Svetlana tells her angrily.
"I don't need your permission. I will marry him." Gauri replies.
"You will?" Shakti asks excitedly unable to hide his joy.
"Yes. I love him and he loves me." Gauri tells her father smiling.
"He doesn't love you!" Svetlana says rolling her eyes.
"Really? That is news to me." Om says coolly.
"You are still in love with me!" Svetlana tells him stubbornly.
"I have difficulty believing that once I thought I was in love with you." Om replies.
"I know you are angry with me for dumping you and I realize my mistake. I want to be with you now." Svetlana says begging him.
"Strangely even I realize my mistake, I was never in love with you." Om replies.
"Stop it, Svetlana. Did you forget about Mama?" Gauri asks in an angry whisper.
"Enough!" Shakti angrily tells her.
"Svetlana you are married and Omkara and Gauri loves each other. So, stop this nonsense."
"If he doesn't love me ask him why he gave Kaali the contract." Svetlana tells her father.
"What contract?" Shakti asks confused.
"For you?" Tej asks shocked at the same time.
"Yes, for me. Didn't he tell you that? I heard him tell you."
"What nonsense? He told me he was giving Kaali that contract because of Gauri. Did you think I would let him do it if it was for you?" Tej asks outraged.
"For me?" Gauri asks shocked as she looked at Om.
"For her?" Svetlana asks shocked at the same time.
"Yes. For Gauri." Om tells her then he turns to Gauri, "Kaali is facing financial problems, and I got the feeling that your parents were worried about that. And you get worried when they get worried. I didn't want you to be worried so..."
"For her?" Svetlana asks shocked.
"Yes, Svetlana. Gauri is the only person in this world that I would happily incur losses for. And please tell Kaali not to think I am so bloody blind in love that I would give him a second chance. This is his only chance. If he screws this up even Gauri won't be able to make me give him another chance." Om warns her.
"Now you have your answer. So, stop making a nuisance of yourself." Priyanka tells her.
Svetlana watches Om and Gauri as they boldly looked back at her. Then whipping around she tells Pinky, "Gauri ate mutton in the house!"
Gauri and Priyanka gasps at the same time.
"Did you think I wouldn't see the mutton kept in the room?" Svetlana asks smirking.
"Is that true, Gauri?" Pinky asks in a calm voice.
"I wanted to eat it. Gauri told me you have issues with it. But I insisted." Om tells her before Gauri could say anything.
"He is lying, Mama." Gauri tells her mother guiltily.
"You don't have to cover up for me, Gauri." Om argues back.
Pinky starts smiling and asks, "Why Om? You also have cravings?"
"Cravings? What cravings?" Gauri asks nervously.
"I gave birth twice, Gauri. Did you think I wouldn't notice?" Pinky asks shaking her head.
"Notice what?" Tej asks completely clueless.
And Jhanvi took the best actress award by acting as if she didn't hear a word of what her husband had asked her, giving her undivided attention to Pinky and Gauri.
"You know?" Gauri asks as she starts crying.
"I am your mother, Gauri. If I don't understand my daughter who will?"
"I am sorry, Mama."
"I survived cancer and you thought I couldn't survive this? Having cancer and surviving it makes you realize the importance of life and what truly matters in it. And it teaches you to take life as it comes. You two were getting married and when I talked to him I understood he truly loves you, if anything I was worried about, it was that you didn't seem happy about the wedding but now that is also put to rest as I see you both holding hands." Pinky says shaking her head smiling.
Gauri immediately leaves Om's hand as she blushed. A second later, Om took her hand again in his, holding tightly.
"So, you knew?" Shakti asks relieved. He didn't like hiding things from his wife.
"She is sleeping the whole day, she keeps asking for food that she hated before, she is eating tamarind and last few days she is waking up at 12:30 in the midnight to eat." Pinky says rolling her eyes.
"You wake up at midnight?" Priyanka asks shocked.
"You were not with her then?" Pinky asks shocked.
"I never woke her up." Gauri explains.
"Oh, I thought she was with you, that's why I never came to help you as I knew you didn't want me to find out that you are pregnant." Pinky tells her.
"Gauri is pregnant?" Tej and Svetlana ask shocked.
"Who is the father?" Svetlana asks as she stared at Gauri.
"Who do you think is the father?" Om asks her exasperated.
"My brother!" Priyanka answers for her proudly smiling.
"Gauri is pregnant?" Tej asks no one in particular.
"Yes." Jhanvi finally tells him unable to ignore him anymore.
"WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME ABOUT IT? PREGNANT? Om said there was a doubt, but she is really pregnant? And why WAS I NEVER INFORMED ABOUT IT?" Tej asks shocked and angry.
"This is why." Jhanvi gently tells him.
"Getting upset or angry about it is not going to change anything." Pinky tells him gently.
Tej sighs furiously and mutters, "I am sure it is his fault."
Om rolls his eyes hearing that, his Dad never left a chance in supporting Gauri.
"Svetlana, will you stop acting like this and be happy for your sister?" Pinky asks her.
"She snatched everything from me, and you expect me to be happy for her?"
Gauri, Om and Priyanka give her a are-you-for-real look.
"If that is the case, I advise that you and Kaali take a trip, so we can give whoever asks us that as the reason why you are not attending Gauri's wedding." Pinky tells her with finality.
Svetlana storms out of the room cursing everybody.
Everyone remained silent for a while as they thought of what to say. Finally, Om says, "Since everything is out in the open. Gauri needs to see a gynecologist tomorrow, so we will be staying tonight so I can take her to the doctor tomorrow."
"You are staying in a hotel!" Tej orders him.
Om rolls his eyes, "I already got her pregnant Dad, and I can't get her anymore pregnant."
Gauri blushes uncontrollably.
"Show a little shame! And you are staying in a hotel. It is final." Tej says flustered.

Gauri stood in front of the microwave as she waited for the food to heat up. She hears a sound and looks around worried as everyone else was sleeping. She realizes the sound is coming from kitchen door as someone was trying to open it. She sees the door opening and quickly grabs the knife and points it at the intruder.
"Are you going to kill me?" Om asks shocked.
"Om?" Gauri relaxes as she hurries to him.
"You scared me." Gauri says as she happily hugs him.
"You are scaring me. You still have the knife in your hand." Om teases her.
Laughing she keeps the knife away. "Why did you come? Did you come to see me?" Gauri asks.
"Pinky Mom said that you wake up at 12:30 to eat. So, I came to give you company."
"Really? That is so sweet of you." Gauri says smiling happily at him. She hears the beep from the microwave and hurries to get her food. She sits on the dining table in the kitchen and Om joins her.
Om keeps his hand on his chin as he watches her eat, "Last time, I was eating, and you were watching." he says smiling.
"You were crazy." Gauri says laughing.
"I am crazy about you." Om says as he stretches his hand on the table and rests his head on his hand looking up at her.
Gauri blushes hearing him. "Are you planning to stay here?"
"Hmmm"
"We can throw Priyanka out of my room or Svetlana's room is free." Gauri says blushing.
Om groans, "I promised your father that I will not do any hanky panky with you before marriage."
"You did?" Gauri asks shocked.
"Yes, I did. He was quite insistent on it." Om sighs.
Gauri pouts sadly.
"It's just 9 days now, Gauri." Om tells her smiling as he gently brushed her hair.
They remained silent as Gauri ate.
"You are happy about the baby, right?" Om asks her.
"Yes. You?"
"Very."
"Do you want a boy or a girl?" Gauri asks.
"Boy." Om replies smiling.
"Boy? Why no girl?" Gauri asks pouting.
"I want a big brother for my daughters. And by the time they are born I would train him to kick asses of those who disturb my girls."
"Really?" Gauri asks smiling.
"Yes. I want three girls and one boy."
"Four kids?" Gauri asks shocked.
"And all of them should look like me." Om tells her.
"Why? They should look like me also!" Gauri says angrily.
"If anyone of them looks like you then I will love that one more making the other three insecure." Om explains seeing her mood swings kicking in.
"Oh!" Gauri says smiling happily. "I love you, Om."
"Not as much as I love you, Gauri Kumari Sharma Singh Oberoi."
Pinky was walking towards the kitchen to see if Gauri needed her help when she hears Om's voice. She smiles as she walked back to her room relaxing that her daughter was in safe hands.
Epilogue
"I want you to note that I am not happy!" Gauri says angrily.
"Noted." Om replies.
"I can't believe you won't consider my feelings in this matter."
"I did. We tossed and I won the toss." Om replies smiling.
"You cheated." Gauri says angrily.
"I didn't." Om tells her grinning.
"You did." Gauri starts irritated.
"Oh my God! No... NOOOO" Om says worried and turns to his mother, mother-in-law and sister and accuses them, "Her moods are changing! You said it would stop once she gives birth."
"Give her some time. Her hormones have to settle down." Pinky tells him smiling.
"How many hours more?" Om asks panicking.
"Couple of months more." Priyanka says chuckling.
"You are joking right?" Om asks worried.
"AM I SO DIFFICULT TO LIVE WITH?" Gauri asks angrily as she started crying.
"No Gauri... no Gauri." Om starts consoling her while she cried.
"Let's give them some privacy." Jhanvi tells Pinky and Priyanka, and they start walking out.
"Wait... you didn't tell me how long." Om says panicking while they ignored him as they talked about Priyanka's wedding shopping. When they closed the door without answering him, he turns to Gauri. "Stop crying, Gauri. What will the baby think? That I am a bad father who makes his mom cry." Om asks desperately.
"Then let me name him." Gauri says as she wiped her tears.
"I did everything you told me all these months. So please this one you listen to me." Om cutely tells her.
Gauri watches him, he was a wonderful husband who was at her beck and call during her pregnancy giving in to all her tantrums and bearing all her mood swings. She smiles, "Okay."
"Thanks Gauri. I love you." Om says as he kisses her.
"So together?" Om asks excitedly. Gauri nods and they turn to their baby and together calls him, "Prem."
Prem looks at his parents thoughtfully for a while and then closes his eyes and goes to sleep.
"You like the name, right?" Om asks her as he watched their son.
"Yes. Any day better than Premika. Thank God, I get to name our daughter."
"But I like the name Premika!" Om pouts.
"That's not even a name!" Gauri says pissed.
"We will make it a name. I want my daughter to be named Premika."
"How do you get to decide both the names?" Gauri asks outraged.
Om stares at her and soon they were in a staring match. "Okay, you can name him Omi. I will name my daughter Premika." Om tells her finally deciding he liked the name Premika more than Prem. He wanted three daughters but seeing Gauri in labor he had changed his mind and decided on just one daughter.
"No, we decided already!" Gauri says.
"We are un-deciding it!" Om says.
"No!"
"He is Omi!"
"He is Prem!" Gauri tells him angrily.
"Omi!"
"Prem!"
