Ariella Pendragon is the Goddaughter of Professor Augustine Sycamore and half-sister to Steven Stone. Her hair is short-scarlet curl at the end and rare amethyst eyes. Ever since when she was a young girl, Ariella always travels with Steven because she wanted to explore and discover the mysteries of Pokemon. Steven wanted to take Ariella along because she's an intelligent girl at a very young age as her dream is to help Pokemon who needed their help. She happens to gain an empath ability to feel Pokemon's emotion and it worried her family. Being an empath would bring Ariella in danger especially when a group of dark organizations such as Team Plasma, Team Galactic, Team Magma, Team Aqua and Team Rocket are going to kidnap and use her as a leverage to control the Pokemon.
Steven and Professor Sycamore train Ariella to learn to control her empath powers so no one would know she obtains it or feeling overwhelmed by their emotions. No one knows where Ariella's power is coming from since none of her family members inherit this power before.
Greninja is the very first Pokemon Ariella was given by her Uncle Sycamore when he was a pre-evolve form of Froakie. He never wanted to get inside of the Pokemon ball unless Ariella called him because boys are going to take advantage of her obliviousness. He always stayed Ariella by her side and beat anyone whoever dares to harass or flirts her.
He's loyal to his family and friends and taking the risk without any hesitation. Greninja prioritizes Ariella first before himself due to her rare empath abilities. He always overprotective towards Ariella and never letting her out of his sight.
Lucario is the most serious and rarely smile type of Pokemon. He saw Ariella healed Kirlia when Ralts bumps into her and asked help to save her friend during his pre-evolve form of Riolu. Ariella didn't hesitate to help Ralts whereas Froakie is grumbling about her lack of stranger danger. He sees her aura is pure without any malicious or evil around Ariella. He decided to join her team before having a battle with Froakie.
Lucario found out his Trainer is an empath, he helped Greninja to protect her as well. He volunteered to train her powers and Ariella looked speechless by his sudden declaration. She smiles and accepted his proposal to control her powers.
Charizard is a short-tempered and anger issues problem. Lucario and Greninja despise him at first when he was a pre-evolve form of Charmander. He doesn't like Ariella at first because, in his eyes, she's a weak and fragile type of Trainer. Charizard never listens to the instructions and always bite Ariella's arm off much to their displease. The reason why he's being hostile in the first place because his previous Trainer abuses him thus making Charizard anger. Ariella is always been patient and never abandon him like the way his previous Trainer did. She ignores Lucario and Greninja protests and willing to wait until he opens up with her.
Charizard finally gave up and accepting Ariella as her Trainer. Behind his short-temper and anger issues problem, Charizard is always softie towards Ariella but never around to anyone only her and other Pokemon. However, he could never get along Sceptile unless they're going to have tag team battle.
Sceptile is the mischievous and prankster in Ariella's group. She enjoys making Charizard life living in hell by prank or changing his skin color from orange to pink. When she was a Treecko at that time, she loves to prank other people or trick them. The moment she lays her eyes on Ariella, Sceptile found her new victim to prank but it was backfired. Ariella found out her schemes and decided to capture her.
Sceptile couldn't stop her love for pranking and teasing Charizard because he's an easy target. Behind her mischievous and prankster, Sceptile rarely becomes serious when Ariella is in distress or battle.
Staraptor is kind and mother-hen of Ariella's group. She always makes sure both Sceptile and Charizard are in the best behavior because they don't want to see her wrath. Staraptor often helps Lucario to give some feedback regarding Ariella's ability. She encountered one of the Trainers who inherits the same ability as Ariella in her pre-evolve form of Starly. Staraptor wanted to stay Ariella's side and ensure her safety always comes first.
Staraptor can be scary when Charizard and Sceptile got involved in their fights. She wouldn't hesitate to use aerial ace on them to stop fighting.
Ariella's ace and trump card she used when the time comes from him to meet difficult situations. She only used it as a last resort in case they couldn't handle the situation very well.
