Riley's POV
It's been a few days, since the whole incident with Patrick. He actually took it pretty well if you ask me, beside the fact he nearly tried to kill Jon. It wasn't so much us being friends, it was more of coming home, from Jon's, after midnight. You can see why my uncle nearly tried to rip Jon's head off, but after being pulled off of Jon by the other players, and after a long talk with Abby. He came to his senses, or more like Abby came to his senses, and realized that we're just friends and nothing else happened that night. Other then that, I guess you can say everything pretty much is back to normal. In a matter of fact I'm just coming back from shopping, with Mia. It was basically a girl's day out. We talked, I told her about the other night, and how my uncle reacted. She nearly peed her pants, when I told her that Patrick nearly ripped her brother's head off.
I sing along with the radio as Words As Weapons starts playing, just as I pulled into the driveway.
I feel your knife as it goes right in
I get out still humming the words
Cut to my core but I'm not bleeding
Walking to the house I see a car that I don't recognize
I shrug it off "Maybe it's one of Patrick's teammates"
All that you say trying to make me small
Walking in house, I find Patrick and Abby in the living with Emma...
Well, the bigger you get the harder you fall
"Well If it isn't Riley." She smirks
I look over to Patrick and he gives me that look that says "Be nice"
"What a pleasant surprise it is to see you, Emma?" I force a smile
Patrick just gives me thumbs up
"Wish I could say the same to you."

I just roll my eyes at her
"Oh now why is that?" I ask
Not caring for what she has to say
"Well you should know, you caused it!"
But your blades don't hurt when you have no fear
I roll my eyes at her once again
"Now what would that be?" I ask a least bit interested where this conversation is going
"How about that my father is dying, and your the one to blame!"
You think that you're deep under my skin
I roll my eyes at her once again, for a third time. "Man by the time this conversation ends, I'll have set a world record, of most eye roll."
"Emma!!!" Abby yells
Which is surprising cause Abby never yells
"No Iet her! I'm sick of her, always trying to start shit." I say pissed off a little
You're trying to keep me suffering
"Hey now, I'm not trying to start anything, I'm simply just speaking the truth!" She smirks
"Oh, now what would you know about that?" I snort
"Well let's see I do know that, mom left because of you, and that your the reason why Chase is dead." She smiles evilly
If you use your words as a weapon
"Go to hell!" I spat at her
"Riley!!!" Patrick and Abby object
I just ignore them
"Now now Riley, I don't think father would of want those words to have come out of your mouth, especially not to your sister." She smirks innocently
Then as a weapon, I'll shed no tears
"What would you know what dad wants, huh? You left, remembered? And the last time I checked you were never a sister to me, you made that crystal clear the day mom left!"
"Did you ever think that things would of been different, if you haven't been so selfish?"
You have my heart but I lock it up
"Did you ever think what I was going through? No, why would you? You were so busy with making my life miserable, that you didn't bother to notice how I was breaking! But Chase did! He care enough to knock down my walls, you know the ones you created, that caused me shut everyone out!"
"Do you really expect me to believe that?"
This burning flame has been burnt enough
"What are you talking about?" I ask pissed off
"Oh cut the crap Riley, we both know the real reason, you are simply just jealous of me." Emma smirks
I nearly choke before saying
"Jealous of you? You've got to be kidding?"
My window's cracked they can be replaced
Patrick sends me a glare, but I just shrug it off
"Why of course! Why other wise would you have cut? You really expect me to believe the whole sob story on how 'No one liked you and how you were going through a hard time."
My jaw dropped and I just stared at her in disbelief
But your arm will tire throwing stones my way
"Oh Riley don't act so surprise! Face it you've always been jealous of me! But once you realize that you were never going to be as pretty or popular as me you started to cut." she smirks
"Emma!! That's enough!!!" Patrick yells angrily

I just stare at her still in shock before saying
"Did you you ever think that world doesn't revolve around 'Emma?' Not everything is always about you, you know? Maybe if you would stop thinking about yourself for once, you would realize what's going on!"
But your blades don't hurt when you have no fear
"Maybe, but at least I'm not a cutter girl."
You think that you're deep under my skin
I can feel my eyes start to water, I know I'm about to breakdown but I mange to choke out
"Fuck you!"
You're trying to keep me suffering
With that I run out of the house, grabbing my keys along the way, before driving off. I take a deep breathe as I'm stopped at red light, trying to think of where to go. Since I don't dare go back there along that she's there.

Then as a weapon, I'll shed no tears
The look down at my phone and see I already have 5 missed call and 15 texts messages, mostly from Patrick and a few from Abby. I just ignore them and turn my phone off, not really in the mood to talk.

The light finally changes and I begin to drive where ever the road decides to take me

I pull into the parking lot before parking the car, and walking into the building.

I walk up the stairs that lead me to their apartment. I knock softly once reaching their door.

A second later the door reveals a certain Toews
"Riley?" They question
Then as a weapon, I'll shed no tears
I give a small smile, before the tears start to fall
They pull me into their embrace, and shut the door as I was began to sob in their chest
I'll shed no tears
