There are a few habits we have that really drain our energy and emotions , but we don't even realize it before thinking about them. They became automatic habits of our life , but they are actually bad for our mental health and wellness. They're what you can call energy & time wasters.

So this week , try to limit : 

✦ taking things too personally 

✦ holding on to the past 

✦ always checking your social media notifications 

✦  overthinking 

✦ fuelling drama 

✦ eating unhealthily 

✦ sleeping in late 

✦ over-stressing 

✦ gossiping 

✦ thinking too much about what's coming next - not living the moment

✦ trying to please others 

✦ complaining 

✦ keeping your room dirty and messy 

✦ going out of bed way after waking up 

✦ comparing yourself
