"What do you mean you're not the only Winter Soldier?" I ask him.

"Who were they?" Dad asks.

"Their most elite death squad. More kills than anyone in HYDRA history. And that was before the serum." Bucky answers.

"They all turn out like you?" Sam asks.

"Worse."

"The doctor, could he control them?" Dad asks.

"Enough."

"Said he wanted to see an empire fall," I say.

"With these guys he could do it. They speak 30 languages, can hide in plain sight, infiltrate, assassinate, destabilize. They can take a whole country down in one night. You'd never see them coming." Bucky says.

Sam steps up to Dad so I stop playing with Bucky's hair and walk over to them.

"This would have been a lot easier a week ago," Sam whispers.

"If we call Tony..." Dad starts.

"No, he won't believe us," Sam says.

"Even if he did..." I say.

"Who knows if the Accords would let him help." Sam finishes.

Dad sighs. "We're on our own."

"Maybe not," Sam says and gives me a look.

I smile at him, knowing exactly what he's thinking. "We know a guy," I say.

So we get to work. Sam calls in Scotty boi while Dad calls in Sharon to get our stuff, leaving me to call in Clint and Wanda to see if they can help us out. I unclasp Bucky's arm from the vice and we all hop into the hunk of junk Dad stole from the parking lot. Wanda and Clint agreed to help us and so did Scott but Sam said he sounded drunk and out of it. Clint also agreed to pick everyone up and meet us at the airport once we all get our stuff from Sharon. We stop under an overpass and Dad gets out to talk to Sharon. I'm sitting behind Dad's seat and Bucky is sitting behind Sam's. I watch as Sam pulls his seat back.

"Sam!" I scold him.

"What?" He questions. "I need to get comfy."

I look over at Bucky to see he's uncomfortable with the little room he has left now. "Can you move your seat up?" He asks Sam.

"No."

Bucky looks at me for help.

"Sam. Can you move your seat up please?" I ask nicely.

"Nope." He says, popping the 'p'.

I shrug to Bucky. I tried. Bucky moves over in the middle, closer to me.

"Sam seriously. I want my personal space." I say to him. Sam looks back to see Bucky moved to the middle and closer to me.

"Not happening." He says.

I let out a frustrated sigh and look out the windshield to see Dad finally kissing Sharon. I jump up excitingly and go to roll down my window, but it gets stuck so I crawl over Bucky to go on the other side and roll down that window.

"Look who finally grew a pair!" I yell out the window. Dad and Sharon look at me and smile. "I've waited two years for this!" I sit back down, rolling up the window and crawl over Bucky once more to get back in my spot, also kicking Sam's seat on purpose as I do.

Dad looks back at us, Sam and Bucky nodding approvingly. He grabs our gear and puts it in the trunk before climbing back in the driver's seat. He hands me my ring once he sits down.

"Yes!" I say and put it on my right ring finger once more.

"They took away your ring?" Bucky asks.

"It has my suit in it which contains my repulsors," I explain to him as Dad starts the car up once again.

Bucky looks at me confusedly. All is silent and I get really bored. We need to lighten up the mood. Since the car is very old I can't connect my phone through bluetooth, but since the owner of the car had an AUX cord I use that instead. Now deciding on a good song is the hard part. I sit on Bucky's lap since he's in the middle and the cord isn't that long either. Dad, Sam, and I try to find a song to agree on.

"I got a song. Hand me the phone." Dad says as he stops at a traffic light.

I hand him the phone and he puts the song on. He starts singing it, but I don't recognize the song right away.

"Girl look at that body

Girl look at that body

Girl look at that body

I-I, I workout." Dad sings and that's when I realize what song he's singing.

"No, not this song." I groan and facepalm.

"What's wrong with this song?" Bucky asks.

"I'm sexy and I know it." Dad sings and starts dancing, cringingly to the beat.

I look out the window to see an old lady in a car next to us at the traffic light, giving Dad a weird look as he dances.

I shake my head. "Nope, not having this. Next!" I say as I snatch my phone from Dad and put another song on.

"You know, I love it when the music's loud

But c'mon, strip that down for me, baby

Now there's a lot of people in the crowd

But only you can dance with me

So put your hands on my body---" I sing, but stop as Sam turns around in his seat to give me a weird look. Bucky leans to the right so he can get a better look at me also giving me a weird look and the same goes for Dad in the rearview mirror. "What?" I ask.

"Give me the phone," Sam demands and I hand it to him.

He puts a song on and I immediately recognize it. "Sam I love you," I say.

"I'm a boss ass bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch, bitch" Sam and I start singing.

"I don't give a fuck about your ratchet ass lames

You can suck a dick, I'm all about fame

Fuck a ni—" I sing.

"Next!" Dad cuts my singing off.

"Fine." I huff and take the phone from Sam.

"I don't fuck with you

You little stupid ass bitch, I ain't fuckin' with you

You little, you little dumb ass bitch, I ain't fuckin' with you

I got a million trillion things I'd rather fuckin' do

Than to be fuckin' with you

Little stupid ass--" I sing.

"Next!" Sam and Dad scream in unison.

"But I kinda like this song," Bucky says.

"It has too much swearing and (Y/n) shouldn't be singing that either," Dad says as he glares at me through the rearview mirror.

I shrug. "If Bucky likes it then we should keep it on," I say and look back at Buck. He smiles at me, ready to defend me.

"Nope. It's Taylor Swift time!" Sam says as he snatches my phone out of my hand.

"'Cause baby now we got bad blood

You know it used to be mad love" Sam sings and I join him on the next lines.

"So take a look at what you've done

'Cause baby now we got bad blood," We sing together.

"Can't we just pick a song we all can sing and enjoy?" Dad asks us.

I think of a perfect song that he and Sam will know and enjoy. "I got one."

"If it has any swearing--" Dad starts.

"I'm serious this time. I know you like this song." I cut him off. I take my phone back from Sam and put the song on.

At first Dad didn't recognize the song, but when the chorus hit he knew exactly what song it was.

"Tell me why

Ain't nothin' but a heartache

Tell me why

Ain't nothin' but a mistake

Tell me why

I never want to hear you say

I want it that way," Dad, Sam, and I sing.

Bucky just watches us sing with a smile. I wish he knew the song so he could join us. Suddenly Dad slams on the breaks as a car cuts in front of him. Bucky immediately grabs a hold of me, pulling me closer to him in protection with his right arm while his metal one grabs onto the back of Dad's seat to make sure we don't slide forward. Dad looks back at me, still in Bucky's lap.

"This is why you don't sit on people's laps and wear a seat belt." He says to me.

I look up at Bucky and we just roll our eyes. At least he was trying to protect me. I'm already loving Bucky more and more. We eventually arrive at the airport on the sixth level of the parking garage. Dad parks the car next to a white van and we get out.

"Cap," Clint says to Dad as he makes his way to us and they shake hands. He then looks at me. "Hey, it's Little Rogers!" Clint says to me. I couldn't help but smile as I give him a hug.

"You know I wouldn't have called if I had any other choice," Dad says to him. Wanda comes out of the van and makes her way to us. I give her a hug as the men continue talking.

"Hey man, you're doing me a favor. Besides, I owe a debt." Clint says.

Dad looks at Wanda. "Thanks for having my back." He says to her.

Wanda shrugs. "It was time to get off my ass."

"How about our other recruit?" Dad asks.

"He's rarin' to go." Clint opens up the van to reveal a passed out Scott. "Had to put a little coffee in him, but... he should be good." The sound of the door slamming open jolts Scott awake. Dad looks back at Sam and me and gives us a look. I just shrug.

Scott gets out of the van. "What timezone is this?" He asks Clint. What the hell happened to him?

"Come on. Come on." He pushes Scott toward us.

Scott notices Dad and me and his eyes grow really wide. He walks up to Dad and shakes his hand with an amazed look. "Captain America."

"Mr. Lang," Dad says.

"It's an honor. I'm shaking your hand too long." Scott lets go of Dad's hand.

Dad gives me a look. "He did the same thing when he met me," I whisper to him.

"Wow! This is awesome! Captain America." Scott geeks out. He looks back at Wanda. "I know you, too. You're great!" Scott says to her and she just smiles at him. He turns back around and feels Dad's shoulders. Dad looks back at Sam and I once more giving us a 'is this guy for real,' look.

"Dude you're embarrassing me in front of my dad," I mutter to Scott.

He ignores me or I don't think he notices me yet because he's still fangirling over Dad. "Jeez. Ah, look, I wanna say, I know you know a lot of super people, so... thinks for thanking of me." Dad nods to him.

Scott then finally notices Sam and I. He gives me a hug which surprises me since we only met once and I barely know him, but he's a fangirl so I get it. I tense up, but then relax and hug back because who doesn't like hugs though.

"Hey man!" Scott says to Sam as he lets me go.

"What's up, Tic Tac?" Sam asks. Already loving the nickname.

"Uh, good to see you. Look, what happened last time when I..." Scott starts.

"It was a great audition, but it'll... it'll never happen again." Sam cuts him off.

I burst out laughing, remembering exactly what happened. "Holy crap that was funny." I laugh.

"Now you gotta tell us what happened." Bucky, who is standing by the car and has been silent this whole time, speaks up. He has an amused smile on his face.
"Okay so Sam--" I start, but Sam clasps a hand over my mouth.

"I don't think they need the details," Sam says.

The others look at Sam weirdly but don't question it. I lick his hand and he immediately removes his hand.

"Did you just lick my hand?" He asks as he wipes his hand on his pants.

"Yup." I say, popping the 'p'.

Dad looks at Scott. "They tell you what we're up against?" He asks him.

"Something about some... psycho-assassins?" Scott asks.

"We're outside the law on this one. So, if you come with us, you're a wanted man." Dad warns him.

"Yeah, well, what else is new?" Scott says.

"We should get moving," Bucky says.

"We got a chopper lined up," Clint tells us.

A voice comes over the PA speaking a foreign language I don't understand.

"They're evacuating the airport." Bucky translates to us.

"Stark," Sam says.

"Stark?" Scott questions.

Dad and I look at each other then back at the others. "Suit up." We both say.
