3. Go for a walk outside🚶.
A lot of countries right now are on lockdown, staying indoors can be caging, so take a walk today, if the lockdown is so serious that you can't walk down your neighborhood, then take a walk in your compound.
For me, I will take a walk down my neighborhood, cause staying indoors is making me moldy.
What will you do?
Don't forget to wash your hands regularly, sanitize your palms, wear gloves and face masks and above all pray to God for help.
