Chapter 25: Time Alone***

Plot:
Derek Charles (Idris Elba) works for a finance company and is married to Sharon Charles (Beyoncé). While Derek is at work, he greets temporary worker Lisa Sheridan (Ali Larter), who—believing Derek was flirting with her—attempts to seduce him throughout the film. Derek repeatedly rejects her, but Lisa continues to pursue him, making sexual advances on him at the Christmas party and flashing him in his car. Derek intends to report Lisa to his firm's human resource management, but learns that she has quit her job. Thinking that Lisa has given up, Derek is annoyed when he receives flirtatious emails from her. Derek and his workmates visit a resort for a conference, where he spots and confronts Lisa, who spikes his drink. Incapacitated, Derek is helpless when Lisa follows him into his hotel room and kisses him. He confronts Lisa again the following day, and hours later discovers her lying naked in his bed after attempting suicide by drug overdose. Derek calls for medical help.
After repeated attempts to reach Derek on his phone, Sharon finds Derek at the hospital and suspects that he and Lisa had an affair, as Lisa claims. Detective Monica Reese (Christine Lahti) at first questions Derek's fidelity to Sharon as well, but soon becomes skeptical of Lisa's claims, due to inconsistencies in her side of the story, and informs Derek of her belief in him. Sharon kicks Derek out of their house, and Derek moves into a separate apartment. Months later, Derek and Sharon meet up for dinner and finally reconcile. Meanwhile, Lisa tricks the babysitter Samantha (Scout Taylor-Compton) into letting her in under the pretense of being one of Sharon's friends. When Derek and Sharon return home after dinner, they discover that Lisa had been in the house and seemingly abducted Derek and Sharon's infant son, Kyle (Nathan and Nicolas Myers). Derek goes to his car with the intent to pursue Lisa, only to find the baby safely sitting in the back seat. Derek and Sharon immediately take Kyle to the hospital for a check-up. When Derek and Sharon return home from the hospital, they find Lisa has trashed their bedroom and removed Sharon's face from their family portrait. Sharon leaves a threatening voice message on Lisa's phone, and she and Derek set up a home alarm system.
Lisa learns that Derek and Sharon will be going away from town for a few days, with Sharon leaving one afternoon and Derek the next day. While Sharon is on her way to pick up Kyle, she realizes that she forgot to set the alarm system and returns home. Meanwhile, Lisa breaks into Derek and Sharon's house again and decorates the master bed with rose petals. While setting the alarm, Sharon hears Lisa in the bedroom. Sharon confronts Lisa, who tries to convince her that Derek was seeing Lisa. However, Sharon sees through her lie and attempts to call the police, but Lisa tackles her to the floor, and the two engage in a fistfight. Derek calls the home phone and Lisa answers; he calls Detective Reese and they both head toward the house. Lisa runs to the attic and Sharon pursues her. Sharon leads Lisa to a weak spot in the attic floor, where Lisa falls through. Seeing that Lisa is in mortal danger, Sharon reaches out in an attempt to grab Lisa and lift her up, but Lisa refuses and tries to pull Sharon down with her. Seeing that the floor is beginning to buckle, Sharon pries Lisa off of her arm. Lisa falls and smashes onto the glass table below. A chandelier falls from the ceiling onto Lisa and kills her. Detective Reese arrive as Sharon comes out of the house. As soon as Detective Reese goes inside the house to investigate Lisa's actions, Derek soon arrives; he and Sharon then tearfully embrace one another. -Credits to Wikipedia.

As I walk into my house in New York. I see Carter laying there with Hailey on his shoulder. They were talking. "Good Evening.." I greeted. Closing the door behind me and placing my purse on the counter. He looked back at me and Hailey looked up. "Hey baby." "Hey Bey.." they both said at the same time. I walked up to him and pecked Carter on the cheek and did the same to Hailey before walking up the staircase. I was exhausted. All I wanted to do was hop unto my bed and sleep my ass off. I heard footsteps following me and I knew it was Carter. "All I get is a cheek peck? I haven't seen you all day.." he complained. I turned around and held under his chin with my index finger, pecking it three times before giving him one of my smiles and shrugged my left shoulder. He chuckled and gave me a hug. "Haven't seen the love of my life for hours and that's all I get."
I raised an eyebrow and sighed a bit. "I'm tired right now.." I stated truthfully. He muffled his lips into my neck and began to kiss it. "Carter..stop.." I moaned out. He lifted me up and carried me into the bedroom. I swear, no matter how much in denial I am. Carter will forever get what he wants.

Carter
It was just me and Beyonce, laying at the edge of a boat together. Of course we were not in New York. Right now we are in St. Barts. I wanted to take a vacation with her. We haven't spent much time together and today we wanted to just have a day alone since Kyle and Hailey have been in everything we were doing this week. We wanted a time to talk about our wedding, our future and our life practically.
Beyonce walked up to me, dressed in her white silky bikini and a black cannon camera in her hand. She smiled and snapped an off gaurd photo of me. "Oh stop it you..." I wisecracked. She chuckled and sat next to me and I took her camera, glancing at the snap she took. "Now, that's just ugly." I said, deleting it. "Aw, that was a memory.."
I laughed and placed the camera behind me and looked at her. Her brown messy wet hair glistened in the sun and her face was glowing. I was enjoying this moment with her. Beautiful, charming, soothing. Everything about her was certainly something to admire on. From her light brown hazel eyes to her neatly painted toes. I wrapped my arm around her neck and she smiled from ear to ear. "Carter.." she whispered. I turned my head to face hers and she placed her hand on my cheek giving me a peck. "When will you put the other ring on it?" she asked, slightly chuckling inbetween. I chuckled and smiled. "Whenever you want to is fine with me. We both said that we would wait until your feet were healed and well...they are.."
"Carter, I want to get married right now...In a beautiful sunset chamber. Not much people around. I just want to be officially yours baby." she soothingly stated. I nodded "So you want to get married in a chamber?" I asked. She chuckled and turned her head away "I've always dreamt of it, but there's no chamber in New York."
"We don't have to get married in New York.." I said. "Where else would we get married then?"
"Wherever has a chamber..I will make your dreams come true. Believe that."
She smiled and kissed me once more. "Two kids.." she mumbled softly in my face. Two kids? I already have two kids...That means that I'll have four all together. I really just want one, though I will have to think about that. "What was that?" I asked her, pretending I didn't hear. She chuckled "Kids Shawn...I want kids...I always have. I mean, Hailey and Kyle are great, but they aren't really...mine. I want to experience giving birth. I want you to climax into me and I want to see my belly transform beautifully. I want to become a real woman is what I'm trying to say."
I kept looking at her as her caramel skin tone brightened in the sun. "I want to move..Our home in New York isn't really...Big enough for all of us. Shawn, I want to experience life with you. I don't want everything to happen fast, I just want to get married with the man I love and bare children for him. I want to wake up every morning next to you, with our little rings on. I want to experience life with you. Like I already said." She told me, licking her lips right after. "I understand you. I want to experience life with you as well. It'll happen baby girl."
She chuckled and stood up "Alright enough of this talk, I want to jump in the ocean!!!" she excitedly shouted. I laughed and stood up with her camera. "You sure? Can you swim?" I asked. She looked at me and giggled "Like you don't know I'm a mermaid. Come on video tape me!"
I grinned "Alright mermaid. Let's see you jump!"
She climbed up the rope unto the top and looked down at me. "Are you recording!?!!" she asked. I chuckled "Yes Beyonce. Jump!"
In the matter of three seconds the mermaid had jumped from three stories high.
