i ran to my roommates room eva, she was the manager on the team and needed a roommate. we became best friends though.
"oh my god eva guess what??" i said jumping up and down.
"tyler herro followed you? i saw you insta story what happened in the overtime interview?" she said getting out of bed and we went to the kitchen.
"they asked who my favorite kentucky player was and i said him then fan girl over him but he literally dmed me i don't know how to respond." i said falling on the couch fanning myself.
"omg girl give me your phone you're so luckyy i love him too." she said and it was true the entire team had a crush on him. i handed her my phone and she opened instagram and went to the message.
she likes it first which made me freak out the she said
so those d1 babies when we making them?
i grabbed the phone back flipping out.
"oh my god why'd you do that??" i said as i tried to delete the message but he already saw it and was typing. i still deleted it and sent back

i set my phone down hyperventilating because of how nervous i was. i went to go look at the wall then eva grabbed me and shook me.
"taylor ann lee i am not letting you pass up on this opportunity get your damn phone out and answer him back."
"okay okayy it's your fault i'm so nervous you basically said i wanted to have sex with him."
"oh please we both know you do and besides he knows you were kidding."
i went back on instagram to see he had sent me another message.
i need to come to one of y'alls games you've been hot lately i heard.
yeah the team has been doing really well recently you should we're all huge fans:)

i slid up on it saying yessss and then they told me when they were thinking of doing it because we played a tournament against memphis and tennessee around the same time they played the grizzlies. oh god. what if he watched me play.

i went to bed at 2 am with a lot on my mind.
i woke up at 11:30 that morning and decided to vlog my "morning routine and day in the life"
"what's up you guys it's currently 11:30 and i'm really tired we had an amazing win over louisville last night and the i interviewed with overtime i'll put the link below."
"i'm going to show y'all my morning skin care routine because i don't know why but a lot of people wanted it so first i use the cetaphil face wash then put on some spf 15 and i put on ponds dry moisturizer cream."
"i don't really wear makeup unless i'm going to an even or something but if i feel like it sometimes i'll use this chanel powder a cheaper one is the fit me powder and they are a good cover up on dark circles."
"i'm acting some oatmeal then heading to practice so i'll see y'all soon."
i put my camera in my bag and got in the car with eva and we went up to the gym.
"tay you have to take me to the overtime challenge with you. i want to meet tyler i might steal yo man you dig."
"hahah he's not my man and of course i'll take my bestie with me cmon."
we got in the gym and she videoed some of our shoot around then we got in the car and went to get food.
"okay guys i'm here with my friend eva"

"we just got done with shoot around and it is currently 2 we have lifting at 3 so we are getting chick fil a real quick then i'll see y'all after weights."
we went and got food then went back to lift after it was around 4:30 and we got back to the apartment we decided to eat a snack and do face masks.
when we put them on i got out my camera one more time. eva immediately took it.
"hey guys so taylor's crush dmed her on instagram guess who it is also we out here with some candy netflix and chillin sorry dude i got your girl" she hugged me as i just sat there laughing.
"anyways guys that was the end of this video we got back from lifting and are just gonna watch a movie and chill make sure to subscribe for more videos like this byee"
i got on my phone and noticed tyler had dmed me.

it was a picture espn had posted about the two of us and they had a poll to see who wanted us together. 88% said yes god that's a lot. eva looked at it.

he just sent back laughing emojis and i put my phone down to watch a movie with eva. we took a cute instagram picture and i posted it with the caption: netflix and chill with us;)
we took the mask off and watched the purge a "scary" movie. after that we watched an actual scary movie insidious. i fell asleep during it i don't know how i'm a baby over movies like that.
"taylor wake up right now!!" eva screamed and i jumped up.

i went to instagram and saw the post had 7,000 likes and 550 comments. tons of the comments were either omg i love you or look at who commented. then i noticed one thing.

he was responding to the who wants to netflix and chill caption i said i liked his comment and notice that the comment had a lot of like and replies. a ton of people screenshot it and reposted it even big accounts. overtime women's posted and said a new romance between kentucky's finest!
oh my gosh this is crazy.
