6 Months Later
Life for Y/N L/N has been very interesting to say the least.
He's enjoying the vigilante life, seen weird shit he didn't think he would come across, saved loads of people for loads of different situations. Be it like the time he saved a young kid from getting bullied.
Flashback
As Y/N is enjoying his bag of Cheetos, on top of a building, with his mask down, he suddenly spots a group of 'big' kids messing around with a younger one.
Y/N rolls his eyes as he throws his bag away, and puts his mask on.
I'm running into the most cliche situations.....
He flips off the building and by putting chakra into his legs and feet, the fall is gracefully as he keeps his eyes on what he considers to be slight work.
"You know.." he starts off before big kid #1 can continue to rough up the poor kid, they all turn to Y/N,
"There's nothing that kid could've POSSIBLY done to get to THAT level." He lazily says as he walks towards the 4 kids.
"How about you move long small fry, this doesn't concern you."
Y/N stops and mockingly holds his chest,
"Small fry? Ow, that's hurt my NONEXISTENT feelings."
As he is saying this, he slowly grabs a trashcan lid and inspects it as the 3 older kids start laughing
"W-what the hell are you going to do with that? Throw it at me to death?"
Y/N shrugs as he continues to hold it,
"Eh.... close, but not exactly."
He suddenly throws it with precision like Captain America and it squarely hits one of them right in the forehead, knocking them out cold as they flop like a fish.
The 2 other bullies and the young kid look down at the unconscious fellow in disbelief, and when they turn back to look at Y/N..... he's gone.
"W-where'd he go man?" One of them whispers in fear as they totally forget about the young kid they were harassing a minute ago and looking around to find Y/N
"I...I don't know.... he totally just..." before he can finish, Y/N appears behind him,
"Disappeared?"
Y/N finishes for him, and before the bully can turn around, Y/N lifts his hand
and chops the guy's neck, knocking them out instantly.
Y/N dashes towards the last bully with blinding speed, wraps his arm around his throat and ends up behind him.
"And now..." he starts off as he guides the last bully towards the star struck kid.
"You will apologize to this young man and give him what you stole." He whispers to the struggling bully in his ear
"G-get o-off me..." the bully gasps as Y/N grips his arm around the mans neck a bit tighter
"Dude, you'll be unconscious in a few more seconds if you don't do what I say. Now give what you stole and say "I'm sorry...uh" Y/N stops as he looks at the kid.
"What's your name, kid?"
The kid looks up at Y/N and fidgets with his hands a bit,
"N-Ned Leeds sir..."
Y/N laughs a bit at the sir part,
"No need to add the sir, my man...." he turns his attentions back towards the struggling bully
"O-okay okay.... fine.... I'm sorry Ned....for taking your DS....." he lets out as he pulls out a Black and Red DS from his jacket pocket and holds it out for Ned to take back.
Y/N gives the bully a strange look of disbelief,
"You took this kids DS?"
Y/N knocks the bully out with a solid punch to the side of the head,
"You deserve to get knocked out."
Y/N wipes the front of his black tight fit shirt as he looks at Ned staring at him in admiration.
"Well kid... be safe. I'm sure those kids won't mess with you again." He states before turning around
"W-Wait!" Ned calls out, causing Y/N to turn back around towards Leeds.
"Yeah?"
"What's your name?"
"Well I can't give you my REAL name because of..." he points to his all black costume, "but my unofficial hero name is The Titan. Cool right?"
"W-what can you do?" Ned questions, very curious if his savior has any supernatural abilities.
Y/N looks around, hoping no one is looking at him, the kid, or the 3 dropped kids on the ground.
"Well, I can't show you ALL my moves but...." he looks at an alleyway and does the necessary handsigns
Water Style: Water Bullet
A single ball of solid water flies out Y/N masked mouth,
Don't question how it comes out his mouth with his mask still on, it just does.
Ned looks on in even bigger shock as the water ball comes in contact with the brick wall, making a huge dent in its wake.
When Ned turns back, Y/N disappears again, leaving no trace he was even there, besides the 3 downed bullies and cracked wall.
Ned stands there for a few moments in shock before he turns back around, DS and book bag in hand,
"I totally have to tell Peter about this."
Or how the time he did his first summoning:
-Flashback-
"Ok, are you ready to test out your summoning?"
Sasuke asks in Y/N's head
"Sure, but what exactly am I going to be "summoning"" Y/N wonders as Sasuke told him to find a open field to test it out from.
"You'll find out when you do it! Now do the necessary steps." Sasuke commands as he can't wait for Y/N's reaction
"Okay okay fine." He breaths out as he nicks his finger with his teeth, letting out a small amount of blood
This is so morbid
He goes and does the necessary hand sighs before slamming his hand to the ground, letting out as much chakra as possible and smoke surrounds him.
He feels himself raise up quite a few feet and when the smoke clears, he looks around and then down
He realizes he is standing on top of a BIG ASS SNAKE's HEAD and instantly freaks out,
"HOLY NUTBALLS!" He screams out as he jumps down and runs away
Before he can't get too far, the snake quickly dashes towards the terrified Y/N and blocks his way by contouring his body around Y/N.
"Oh my Jesus oh my Jesus oh my Jesus oh my Jesus." Y/N chants out as he looks around and sees nothing but the scaly body of his new snake summon surround him
"Whatssssss the matter...... sssssssscared of sssssssnakesssssss?"
"Great... he draws out his S's too... I'm going to die."
Y/N looks up at the humongous snake head and gulps,
"Scared doesn't even d-describe all that I'm..... feeling now." Y/N squirms as the snakes body shifts around a bit.
The snake simply laughs, which freaks Y/N out even more. He doesn't know many people that have heard a snake laugh.
"Allow me to introduce mysssself. I am Aoda and I belong to you now."
"Great..." Y/N lets out nervously,
"I've always wanted a pet snake...... NOT."
Y/N slowly looks up at Aoda and is even more freaked out by his big ass yellow eyes.
"S-so.... you're my summon huh?"
"Correct.... but I'm not your only one snake summon. It just sssssso happensssss that you called upon your biggest one.... Me."
Y/N continues as he wipes his hands, covered in sweat,
"So....I have numerous s-s-snakes... that I can call upon."
Aoda simply nods, still amused that his new master is afraid, he's just a giant snake after all.
"That's..... good to know." Y/N simply states before falling over on his back, fainting essentially.
Or how about the time he got hit in the side by a stray bullet
-FLASHBACK-
"Gotta do better then that sir Williams!" Y/N quips as he throws a pyromaniac over his shoulder.
In this situation, several Fire-loving criminals have set fire to multiple cars, occupied by citizens. Who better to intervene then....
Y/N looks down at the downed criminal,
"I don't know...." he starts off as he peels the mask off the unconscious fellow,
"You just look like a William."
Y/N gets alerted and flips up as another criminal sprays fire from his flamethrower. Y/N lands behind the opponent, grabs the pack from the enemies back and rips it off.
He turns the pyromaniac around and makes him stare in his eyes as he activates his Sharingan. The fellow instantly falls in a Genjutsu that will wear off..... in about a day.
Y/N turns his attention towards the flame-cars,
"And now, the saving aspect of crime fighting...."
Y/N does the necessary hand signs before letting out,
Water Style: Water Wall
He sprays a massive amount of controlled water from his mouth that engulfs the cars, instantly putting out the flames, to the huge relief of the citizens in said cars.
The people instantly go over to Y/N to thank him for his unorthodox but helpful way of saving them.
"Your welcome fellow men and women. I'm not the type of hero that doesn't love receiving thank you's...... or money." He whispers the money part to himself as he lets out with a smile through his ninja mask. He starts to receive multiple handshakes, shocking hugs, and applause.
As his Sharingan is still activated, he senses evil intent as he looks behind a citizen and sees one of the pyromaniac's getting up slowly and raising their arm up, with a gun of course.
Y/N instantly dashes towards him, a gunshot goes off, but Y/N manages to knock the gun out the criminals hands and knocks them out with a sucker punch.
"I thought pyromaniac stuck to flames, not bullets. Shame on you." He lets out as he takes apart the gun, and looks around.
"NOW, the threats are neutralized..... back to- ow." He looks down towards his right side and sees his black tight fit shirt soaked in blood around that area.
"Now that's just great.... Really" Y/N thinks sarcastically
The citizens look to where Y/N is looking and instantly get worried,
"I gotta get outta here" he mutters as he looks around and points ahead.
"Hey look, Air Force One!" Y/N cries out, making the pedestrians look in excitement. When they don't see a plane, they turn back around and can't see Y/N anywhere. Weird right?
As Y/N walks along a wall, he can really start to feel the wound.
"Even though I HATE hospitals.... looks like they're about to gain a new patient.... but first."
Y/N takes out his phone and calls a familiar number,
"Hello?"
"Hey Martha"
"Y/N? Sweetie, what's wrong? You never call unless you need something at this particular time."
"Naw, nothing too serious.... but imma be at a friends house and I may or may not spend the night. That cool?" There's no way he's telling his foster mom that he's going to the hospital, he's not crazy.
"Y-yeah I guess that would be alright. Is everything alright though?"
"Y-yes ma'am." Y/N puts the phone down a bit as he winces in slight pain for a bit before putting it back up to his ear
"I'm okay, and thank you."
"BUT, first I need to know who's house."
"Mom, You know I only go to Dre's house. I don't have any friends but him remember?"
Martha laughs slightly,
"You're right, I forgot about the no friends problem."
"Mom! You're suppose to say 'Oh honey, don't talk like that. You have plenty of friends'"
"I'm sorry, you're absolutely right"
Y/N can hear her snickering through the phone will saying that
"Whatever. I'll call you when I'm headed home."
Y/N quickly hangs up the phone, takes off his mask and black shirt so nobody can recognize him due to the black costume, leaving him in just a tank top, before walking to the nearest hospital.
But he can't shake off the feeling that he's being watched.... or does that happen to everyone when they get shot, Being paranoid.
"You'd think Sasuke would give me invulnerability as a ability as well.... guess you can't make things too easy"
Eventually, Y/N arrived at Metro-General Hospital and nonchalantly walked up to the front desk.
"I need a doctor, like.... as soon as humanly possible." He lets out as he looks around the medical center, his eyes stopping at a woman holding out a sign in sheet.
"I'll need you to sign in and-"
Y/N sighs before lifting up his white tank top shirt to reveal the bullet wound,
"Does it look like I have time for that extra stuff?"
Instantly the lady freaks out and calls out for a doctor,
"Claire! We need you!" She yells out in a panic
(A/N: y'all remember Claire from Netflix's Daredevil)
-TIMESKIP-
"Well Mr.Y/N, you are very fortunate. The bullet grazed your top layer of your side, so It was a matter of disinfecting the wound and patching it up...." Claire Temple states before looking down at the young kid,
"How old are you again by the way?"
Y/N rolls his eyes slightly,
"15, ma'am. I'll be 16 in a couple months. Just in time for the Stark Expo." He adds in with a smile
"Oohhh, fan of Stark I presume?" She asks as she takes over her gloves
"You could say that."
"Well... if you ever end up back here, Let me know how it went. I'm so busy these days, I don't have time for.... those type of things." Claire says as she's ready to let Y/N leave out.
"Oh I hope I do NOT end up back here" he thinks in his head
"I'll be sure to rub it in your face." He quips as Claire laughs.
-And Back to Your Regularly scheduled Time aka The Stark Expo (Iron Man 2)-
"Remind me again on why you wanted to come to this thing with me again?" Y/N asks L as they are seated down to wait for the next presentation.
"Someone has to watch over you." L simply replies
"Someone has to watch over me..." Y/N mimics in disbelief, "Wow"
"Plus.... it's always helpful to keep up with the worlds constant renovation of technology." L adds with his monotone voice
"Well.... you're not wrong." Y/N comments as music starts playing and the screen reads
HAMMER
ADVANCED
WEAPONS SYSTEMS
Justin Hammer enters the stage, no scratch that, DANCING on the stage.
Y/N puts his head in his hands, this is already not off to a good start.
"So cringeworthy" he mutters in his hands, while L continues to just stare ahead, soaking up as much information that he knows he will get from this......hopefully.
The crowd applauses as Hammer dances up to his little podium,
"Yeah! That's what I'm talking about. Thanks for coming. Ladies and Gentlemen, for far too long, this country has had to place its brave men and women in harms way."
"Oh my god, please don't drag this out." Y/N whines out
"But then the Iron Man arrived, and we thought the days of losing lives were behind us. It also seems.... we have a local black-clad wearing hero that calls himself Titan, that I assume was inspired by Iron Man, to save lives as well."
Y/N wides his eyes,
"Did I just get shouted out in a packed Expo? Hammer just earned a few points in my grade book.....just a few"
This reaction didn't get unnoticed by L and one other person, but L puts his attention back to Hammer.
"But sadly that technology was kept outta reach. And who knows what this so called Titan's true intentions are." Hammer continues
"And I take my points back."
"That's not fair, that's not right. And it's just too bad." Hammer adds in, trying to gain traction from the audience
"It's not too bad, it's actually smart on Stark's behalf." L comments as he continues to look ahead, wondering where this presentation is going. Y/N says nothing as he's still annoyed with Hammer.
"Regardless, it was an impressive innovation that grabbed headlines from all over.... but today my friends, the press is faced with quite a different problem. They are about to run out of ink." He continues with a smile, prompting a few in the crowd to clap.
Y/N continues to mumble with his hand on his chin, not noticing a certain agent is glancing at him a few seats apart.
Two workers go up the stage and take the podium away, as Hammer puts his hands on his sides.
"Ladies and gentlemen, today I present to you..,. The New Face of the United States Military! The Hammer Drone!" He announces
"The hammer drone?" Y/N asks as he soon puts rubs his hands on his temples,
"Have we not seen like... any movie ever? This doesn't even seem like a good idea."
"Army!" Hammer cries out as a part of the stage opens up to reveal a set of drones designed for..... well, the army.
"Navy!" He yells as another set reveals itself, followed by Air Force and Marines.
"Yeah! Yeah! WOO!" Hammer cheers on as he admires the drones.
"Let me tell ya, it's a hell of a lot better then some cheerleaders."
"Atleast the cheerleaders kept my attention..." Y/N comments to himself
"Today, I am proud to present to you... the very first prototype, the Variable Threat Response Battle Suit... and it's pilot Air Force Colonel James Rhodes!"
The from stage opens up, as the music blares out to reveal War Machine slowly raising up into view.
This causes L to raise his eyebrow in acknowledgment, but completely floors Y/N.
"THEY MADE ANOTHER IRON MAN???!!!" He screams out, which would've been heard if not for the heavy applause from the audience.
Rhodes salutes to the crowd, and the drones automatically mimic the newly revealed War Machine.
"For America and it's allies, Hammer Industries rep-" Hammer starts before he and the rest of the crowd turns to hear a machine flying in.
"What the-" Y/N whispers as he looks behind him and see the one person he really only cared to see tonight
Iron Man flies above the crowd and lands in front of James Rhodes, which causes a standing ovation from the Expo crowd.
"We've got trouble." Tony says as he walks up to Rhodes
"Tony, there are civilians present. I'm here on orders, let's not do this right now."
Tony puts a hand on Rhodes back and lifts his other one to acknowledge the crowd, while Hammer goes in front of them, trying to draw attention back to him.
"I am officially apart of world history right now." A star struck Y/N sighs out
Iron man steps up to Hammer,
"Where is he?"
The questions leaves Hammer and Y/N, who despite the loud crowd applause, can focus in and hear Tony, quite confused
"What?"
"Where's Vanko?"
"W-who?" Justin lets out nervously.
"Vanko? You mean the guy that trashed Tony's Racecar while jump roping with electrically charge whips? Wow." Y/N comments
"What are you doing here, man?" Justin adds in
L looks to see War Machine's minigun point at Tony, Y/N then also notices and gets even more confused.
The other drones then raise their arms up, all at once, aimed at Tony.
"What did I JUST say about this..... grown folks just don't listen!" Y/N lets out exasperated by this totally-seen-coming attack.
"Lets take it outside!" Tony yells out before flying up and out the glass opening of the Expo, causing Rhodes and the Drones to fire up at Iron Man.
"This is unfortunate." L states with no shred of fear in his voice
"You think?" Y/N yells out as everyone starts rushing out in a panic, while Rhodes and the drones fly up.
This is NOT how I envisioned today going.....
