Jennifer and I had been preparing for this day for a very long time, this will be the day I go off to boot camp for the Marines. She knows that I will be gone for no more than 12 weeks yet we have been shedding tears for a few days now, we have never been apart for this long since we've been together. We got together July 6th, 2006 and the longest time we've spent away from each other was 6-7 hour work days. She worked as a nurse at the Marine base California, and I worked as a sales man, I sold whatever I could cars houses motorcycles anything but that was it.
She is my everything and leaving her alone like this doesn't make me feel better. Her friends Beth and Missy will be keeping her company while I'm away, my friends and I on the other hand have joined the marines and they are leaving the same day as me. My friends names or Derrick and Eric hopefully we all make it.
It's 5:30 pm and our bus leaves at 6:00 pm, so we had to leave we all said our goodbyes Jennifer's and my goodbye took the longest *a few days for that matter*. I will be back for you my love I promise
