Izzie: "You see a sprained ankle, I see a medical mystery. 80 points."
Bailey: "Oh, Stevens is the only one working today?" she asks when her and Sky come out to the ambulance bay and sees the other standing around as Izzie follows the paramedics into the hospital
Cristina: "Uh, no. We're all working. We got paged."
Sky: "For the ankle. It's gone. Now you're trolling for traumas?"
Meredith: "Somebody could come in any minute with a critical injury. We're being proactive."
Alex: "We're helping people."
Bailey: "You're trolling. You're trolling, and I've got no one on post-op and pre-op. Now move." she says as they go to move back inside and a car speeds into the bay
Woman: "Help us! Please help!"
Phillip: "Help my brother!" he yells out as the others go to help the ones in the back and Sky goes to the drivers side
Meredith: "I'm gonna get a gurney."
Phillip: "Help my brother."
Sky: "What happened to your hand?"
Phillip: "Uh, a bear."
Sky: "A what?"
Mrs. Robinson: "He's really hurt. We tried to stop the bleeding."
Phillip: "We were camping in the mountains."
Alex: "You drove all the way here?"
Phillip: "We couldn't wait for an ambulance. I'm fine." he says looking at Sky
Sky: "No, you're not. Let me see your hand."
Cristina: "Sir, let's try and get you on this gurney."
Mrs. Robinson: "Careful."
Cristina: "Step down right here" she says as they help Scott out the car. As he reaches the gourney he loses tha coat on his lap and his intensintes start to fall to the ground "I- intestines in the hands. Intestines in the hands."
Sky: "Did you just say-"
Cristina: "Intestine in the hands!" she yells out as they move everyone into the hospital

Scott: "He just touched it. He just...just put his hand out. A cub, and then the m-the mother came."
Bailey: "I bet she did."
Scott: "Why would he do that? We go camping all the time. I don't why..."
Sky: "Okay, try to relax, Mr. Robinson."
Hahn: "All right, get me a chest tube tray, please." she says as Richard comes into the room
Richard: "Did I hear bear attack?"
Sky: "Complete evisceration, chief."
Richard: "Give me 100 of sux, 20 of etomidate. Get me an intubation tray and an O.R. Room ready now."
Scott: "Are you gonna put me under?"
Hahn: "Sir, it'll be the best thing that's happened to you all day."

Webber: "Mama bear don't mess around." he says as they scrub in for Scott's surgery
Bailey: "Mama bears never mess around."
Hahn: "I have a ross procedure, but I want to keep a close eye on his chest tube outputs and blood pressure. What's the game plan?"
Sky: "He's a setup for overwhelming sepsis, so we're gonna deal with the life-threatening blood loss and get out of there. You can't touch him until he's stable."
Hahn: "I'm in O.R. Four. Can you make sure I'm getting hourly updates?"
Cristina: "Oh, I'd be more than happy to apprise you of his condition, Hahn."
Hahn: "Fine." she says walking out the room
Alex: "You don't get points for sucking up to an attending, Yang."
Cristina: "Oh, shut up."

Richard: "He's hypothermic, and his bowels are swollen. We need to stabilize him in the I.C.U. and try and get him back to the O.R. when he's less acidotic. That'll give us time to deal with the puncture wounds and the lacerations. Sorry to say that one of you has several hundred sutures ahead of you."
Cristina: "I can do it. I'll do it. I need the practice."
Alex: "Her stitches are flawless. I need the work."
Cristina: "Yes, they're flawless because I practice."
Sky: "Karev, it's yours."
Alex: "Yes." he chuckles a little
Bailey: "You need to update Hahn on the condition of the patient hourly. That ought to keep you busy."
Cristina: "That is a minute an hour. I can suture for the other 59."
Bailey: "Fine, you both do it."
Alex: "That's not fair."
Sky: "This man was a chew toy for a grizzly bear. There'll be enough to go around."
Webber: "A lot of enthusiasm for an afternoon of stitching."
Cristina: "Some people find it boring. I value the fundamentals."
Bailey: "It's a point a suture" she says to
Richard before muttering to Cristina "Kiss ass."

Cristina: "22."
Alex: "Keep a lid on it."
Cristina: "I like to know where I am."
Bailey: "Ph is up to 7.28"
Sky: "Yeah, not great, but it's improving. Push another amp of bicarb for a boost."
Richard: "Karev's only at 17."
Alex: "You're not helping!"
Bailey: "Did you just yell at the chief?"
Alex: "Uh ... s-sorry, sir."
Bailey: "Oh, I should end this competition right now."
Alex, Cristina, Richard: "No!" they all exclaim and Bailey and Sky turn to look ar Richard in shock
Richard: "Uh, uh, I-I mean, uh, it's-it's fine. I mean, actually, they're doing some nice work. She's beating the pants off of you, Karev."
Alex: "Don't you have an update to deliver?"
Cristina: "Well, I think Hahn can wait a couple of minutes."
Sky: "Yang."
Cristina: "Crap." she says walking out the room
Bailey: "I thought you told me to keep the animals under control."
Richard: "Well, from time to time, I like to go to the zoo."

Mark: "I'm thinking we ought to have a little contest of our own." he says as they walk down the stairs and smile at some of the nurses walking past them
Derek: "You want to live in the hospital like rodents?"
Mark: "Different kind of contest. You and rose, you're not exclusive, right? So I'm thinking..."
Derek: "You're not serious."
Mark: "One woman, 10 points. 2 women, same time, 20 points. You get out in the morning before anybody wakes up, 5 point bonus."
Derek: "You are serious."
Mark: "You need a little spice in your life, man. I'm just trying to help."
Derek: "I am truly a worse human being for knowing you."
Sky: "What's that about?" she asks coming to stand next to Derek at the nurses desk and see Mark wave goodbye at him from afar
Derek: "Nothing. Just Mark being stupid."
Sky: "Ok. So, how's things going with Rose?"
Derek: "They're good. She's nice."
Sky: "Cool" she says nodding her head before looking up at him with a curious expression "You're not gonna want to like a double date or anything? I mean I know you're doing things different then from when you were with Meredith but I don't do them." she says making him chuckle at her
Derek: "No. We will not be doing any double dates."
Sky: "Great."

Richard: "Oh, he's crashing. Hit that code button. We got a code blue! Code blue!" he yells out as the machines start beeping eractically and flatling as Sky runs into the room

Philip: "Oh, my god. Oh, my god." he says in shock after Richard tells him the news
Jennifer: "Honey, I'm so sorry."
Sky: "We did absolutely everything we could. The stress was just too much for his body." she says as Phillip starts laughing
Richard: "There's more."
Meredith: "The neurosurgeon is going to come in and talk to you."
Jennifer: "No. No. I need to know. please."
Meredith: "I'm sorry. I was right about the tumor. You have something called a malignant glioma. This kind of tumor causes, uh, behavioral...it can cause inappropriate affect."
Jennifer: "Can you operate?"
Meredith: "No. It's too invasive. It's been growing a long time. I'm so sorry." she says as Philiip calms down and stops laughing
Phillip: "I...good. Good, I deserve that. I killed my brother, so I don't deserve to survive." he says as Jennifer looks up Meredith with a sad look
Mark: "I don't like her. I'm sorry, but as your friend, it's my job to say it. I don't like Rose." he says as him and Derek stand in the elevator after work
Derek: "Why?"
Mark: "You're not even sleeping with her."
Derek: "You don't like her because she's not sleeping with me? That's a little weird."
Mark: "It's not weird."
Derek: "It's a little weird."
Mark: "Hey, if you were sleeping with Rose, I could understand why you're spending time with her, but you're not. And it's-it's just, uh, I thought that, uh, you know...I thought it was just gonna be you and me."
Derek: "Having sex?" he asks turning to face him in surprise
Mark: "After! After Addison, after Meredith. I have been patient. I have waited while you partnered up with these chicks, but now they're over, and it's supposed to be just us, you and me, two guys on the prowl, on the hunt."
Derek: "You're having trouble getting laid, and you need my help."
Mark: "I can get laid."
Derek: "Mm-hmm."
Mark: "I can get laid whenever I want."
Derek: "Uh- Huh."
Mark: I do get laid whenever I want."
Derek: "Uh huh."
Mark: "That's the point. Women are everywhere. I only have one person I can talk to."
Derek: "That's sweet." he sarcastically says
Mark: "Shut up."
Derek: "No, it's really warm and fuzzy, very sweet."
Mark: "Shut up. Are you serious about this woman?"
Derek: "I don't know. Could be."
Mark: "All right. I'll give her a chance." he says as the doors open and Derek steps out
Derek: "Good boy."
Mark: "You're pathetic, and I'm a lesser man for knowing you."
Derek: "That's my line. You can't use my line."
Sky: "Oh hey. What's going on?" she asks coming over to the elevator to see the two
Derek: "Mark's having women trouble." he says making Mark glare at him
Sky: "Ok? You have fun with that. Anyways what are you doing tonight?"
Derek: "Hanging out with Rose. Why what's up?"
Sky: "Oh Ben got caught up at the office and he won't be home until later. Wondered if you wanted to get a drink?"
Derek: "I wish I could."
Mark: "I'm available." he says as they both turn to look at him before looking back at each other and she sighs
Sky: "Fine."
Derek: "Have fun." he says watching her enter the elevator and she groans a little at him as Mark just smiles and the doors close
