"Girl, it's been years."
I lay on Erica's bed as I scroll through Nick's page. Memories kept playing in my head. I've known Nick since we were little. I was there through it all. Every single phase of his life. He was a dancer and I was a model. "Too long if you ask me.", I say. "He looks good."
"He does. Way better than he did back in school.", Erica laughed as she applied lip gloss to her face. "Shut up.", I chuckle. I couldn't stop looking through his pages. Nick was my best friend. Like the only person in my life that I could tell anything to and hangout with. I hate that we lost contact after high school. I miss him a lot right now.
"He sings now ?", I ask myself. "He does ?", Erica asked. She walked over to me and laid beside me as we scrolled through the PrettyMuch page. We clicked on some pictures and watched some videos. I didn't know Nick could sing like this. Dancing was different but his singing voice ? I've never heard it until now. These boys were fire. "Nick looks great !", Erica exclaimed. I blushed.
I couldn't lie. Nick really did look amazing. "He stays in LA.", I say softly. "Girl, we should meet up with him and catch up !", Erica said. I shook my head. "Why not ?", Erica asked. "Cause, what if he doesn't want to see me ?", I ask. "Bitch, he commented on your picture and liked it. And I'm pretty sure he messaged you.", Erica winked.
"He did ?", I question. I swear I didn't get the notification. "I saw it before you did.", Erica smirked. "Bitch, why the hell you ain't say nothing ?", I ask her. "Cause I thought yo dumb ass saw the shit. Don't get fussy with me !", she said as she got off the bed. I rolled my eyes.
I debated whether to text him back or not. I haven't seen him since we were 18, which was almost 4 years ago. I'm nervous. I shouldn't be but I am. I look at one more picture of Nick before I decided on what to do.

We actually were best friends since elementary.", I say as I smile. "We did everything together. We went to parties, movies, the fair, all that good shit."
"That's nice babe.", he said as he kissed my cheek. I watched as he took his shirt off. He smirked. "You coming to bed bae ?", he asked as he climbed into bed. I bite my lip and sighed. I got up and got in bed with my boyfriend. We've been dating for a year and a half and it's really been the best. Never had any big problems. He's very loving and caring, but, he's not Nick.
