Ever been put in a trance, which you just can't get out of?
"Hazel..?" Veronica said, worried.
"It was him. IT WAS HIM! Veronica we have to go find him! It was him. It was Kyle!" I said quickly. I didn't even realize the words escaping my mouth. It had to be him. It was him.
Veronica sighed. She was angry.
"Hazel, no it wasn't. Kyle is dead." She lied. It WAS Kyle. I'm not stupid.
"It was him. I know him. Don't try to tell me something different than what I know." I snapped. She glared at me.
"Hazel, we better leave." She said quietly.
I sighed, angered. I know the love of my life, and he was right in front of me, just MINUTES ago.
We both got up and walked out the doors from the restaurant. A waitress told us 'thanks' as we left. We got out to the car, and noticed something leaning on it. A person.
"Hazel, stay back." Veronica said quietly.
"Veronica, why does she need to stay back? You and I both know I wont hurt her, I bet she wants to see me." A voice said.
I think I stopped breathing. All I could hear in the dead silence was my heart beating.
"Kyle..." I said very quietly. I must be dreaming. I couldn't speak.
He ran up to me, making him visible in the lamp light. I took in a gasp. It was him. I let my hand ever so gently touch his face, running my fingers down the side of it. He out his hand over mine and held it there.
It was him.
"Kyle, you shouldn't have done this." Veronica said through her teeth.
"Oh shut up. You did too. You made your appearance to her, so why not make mine." He snapped.
She sighed angrily after that.
I was still silent. In shock, happiness, fear, and pain. I didn't have words to say.
"Well what do we do now Kyle? We can't just take her home, and hope she will be normal! We shouldn't have done this!" she yelled to him.
"Veronica, I'm thinking, and shut up. Don't cause a scene. We should go. I will drive." He said. He dropped our hands and led me to the car. I got into the passenger and veronica in the back.
"Kyle, you better be using your brain on this one." She snapped.
"Veronica. SHUT. UP." He snapped again. She let out a low growl.
"Hope you realize she's pregnant and can't do what you are thinking." She said.
"Yeah, kind of forgot that." He sighed.
I decided to butt in the conversation.
"You forgot I was pregnant?" I said.
Then there was tension. You could cut it with a knife.
"Ha-ha Kyle you are so dead..." Veronica said.
"Veronica, shut up. I will pull this car over, and push you out." He threatened.
I laid back in my seat. I was starting not to feel well. I zoned them out, and went off into my own world. My world is peaceful, and just for me.
I fell asleep not knowing it. Kyle picked me up out of the car, waking me in the process.
"Where are we...?" I mumbled, still half asleep.
"Go back to sleep." Kyle whispered to me.
I rested my head on his chest, and fell back to sleep.
I woke up in one heck of a huge bed. It was so comfy too. I did not want to move from it. I rolled over to be on my side. But hit Kyle in the process.
His eyes snapped opened, and he smiled. I gave him a half one.
I felt one of the babies starting to kick. I instantly grabbed his hand and put it on my stomach. He smiled even wider and drew in a gasp.
My smile swiped away instantly. I felt my pants getting wet. The baby kicking caused my water to break. I gasped.
Kyle's eyes widened then went back to normal.
"It will be okay, just stay here until you have the babies. We have tons of doctors in this place." He said assuring.
"Kyle. Where are we, or better yet. WHERE AM I?"
