Meeting:
Your best friend, Mitsuri Kanroji, introduced you to everyone's favorite snake boii.

"This is Obanai Iguro, the Serpent Pillar!" Mitsuri smiled.
You waved at the male in front of you. Obanai only stared at you, waved, and then left.
"Is he...always like that?" You turned to Mitsuri.
She chuckled.
"Not at all! I promise he's a nice guy when you get to know him." She smiled.
"I see." You looked back at Obanai who was getting farther away as he walked.
You decided to try and talk to him again so you ran up to him.
"Iguro-kun!" You greeted.
Obanai groaned.
"What?" He looked at you.
"My name's Y/n L/n!" You smiled and pointed at yourself.
"That's great!" Obanai said sarcastically and began to walk faster.
"Oh! Who's this little guy?" You smiled and tried to pet Obanai's snake.
Obanai dodged your attempt at trying to pet his snake.
"That's none of your business." He said and walked away.
You pouted and went back to Mitsuri who was watching everything with a small smile.
"How'd it go?" She asked.
"He was being a real jerk." You stated.
Mitsuri only chuckled.
"Believe me, he's a nice guy."
First Thoughts:

Realizing Their Feelings:
You began to hang out with Obanai more and more which ultimately led to him developing feelings for you.

"Hey, Iguro-kun!" You smiled.
You were coming back from a mission and spotted Obanai walking back as well.
"Here we go," Obanai sighed.
He turned to look at you.
"Hey, L/n-san." He waved.
Your smile grew and you skipped over to Obanai.
"How'd your mission go?" You asked.
"It went good. What about you?" He asked as he continued to walk.
"It went alright. How's your snake doing?" You smiled. Obanai remained silent for a bit, seeming to be contemplating something in particular.
"Kaburamaru."
"What?" You asked confused.
"My snake....Kaburamaru is the name." Obanai looked away, a small blush decorating his cheeks.
Your eyes widened for a second before going back to normal. Your mouth formed into a grin.
"You told me the name." You got closer to Obanai's face.
"You don't say." Obanai stated sarcastically in an attempt to avoid getting a bigger blush to form.
"That's a nice name, though." You smiled and retracted your face.
"Really?" Obanai looked at you.
"Yeah, I like it." You gave him a thumbs up.
"Thanks." Obanai said before walking faster.
"Goddamit. Did I catch feelings?!"
Confessing:
Honestly, he wasn't going to do it. Not because he denied having feelings or because he was scared of rejection but because he thought he wasn't worthy of you.

"That was really stupid, you know?" Obanai looked down at your form.
You were lying down on a bed in the Butterfly Estate after accidentally having encountered a Lower Moon demon. You weren't able to kill it unfortunately so you got pretty injured.
"I get it. I'm stupid, you don't have to rub it in." You turned to your side, looking away from Obanai.
Obanai felt a bit bad after that.
"I didn't call you stupid. I only claimed your actions to be stupid," He sighed.
"When it comes down to it, I think you're quite smart." He blushed.
You chuckled.
"Thanks, I guess." You looked behind you to see Obanai blushing so you began to blush a bit yourself.
"Well, I've gotta go now." Obanai sighed after a bit of silence.
"Wait," You called.
"Stay for a bit longer. Please." You looked into Obanai's heterochromatic eyes.
Obanai blushed but nodded. He walked to your bed and sat at the end of it. He sighed before looking at you.
"There's something I've got to tell you." He said, reaching for your hands.
You sat up and let him take your hands in his.
"What is it?" You looked at him.
Obanai hesitated. Should he do it? Should he confess his feelings? He couldn't. He's not worthy of your love. Even if you rejected him, he can't do it.
"Are you okay?" You asked, concerned.
No. He can do it.
"I love you." He said bluntly.
You only looked at him, surprised.
"I knew I shouldn't have." Obanai mumbled and got ready to leave.
You quickly grasped his wrist and smiled at him.
"I love you too."

You'd just come home from a mission and you were exhausted. Put extra emphasis on "exhausted" if you will. So when you arrived home and saw Obanai sitting on your bed, you decided to ignore him and just plop down and relax. After a few seconds of silence, Obanai spoke,
"I um...have a question for you, S/n/v."
"What is it?" You sat up and looked at Obanai.
"I...um...I've been meaning to ask...can I...um..." Obanai couldn't complete his sentence so he pointed to his lips.
You looked at him, confused. A few seconds passed with absolute silence until you finally understood.
"Oh! Uh...sure." You smiled at Obanai.
Obanai got closer to you, a massive blush adorning his face. He grabbed onto your cheeks and got closer to your face by the second. You closed your eyes - awaiting the kiss, but it never came. You opened your eyes again and looked at Obanai who's head was on your shoulder.
"I'm sorry...I can't do it..." His words were muffled by your shoulder.
"It's okay," You smiled.
"How about...I do it?"
Obanai's face became red as hell.
"Sure..." He lifted his head off of your shoulder.
You grabbed his cheeks and planted a kiss on his lips. Obanai hugged you and buried his face in your shoulder once again.
"Thank you..."
When They Get Drunk:
Would probably be cheerful and whatnot.

Obanai was walking back from a mission with you. It had gone pretty well and you were both in pretty good moods. That is until...some annoying little shvt showed up. Said little shvt came over to Obanai, acting like they both knew one another which ultimately pissed you off.
"There you are!" The squeaky voice ticked you off.
"How've you been, baby?" The hoe smirked.
You stood there, confused.
"Do you know this person?" You looked at Obanai.
"N-"
"What about last night?"(lord forgive me for that sentence-) They fluttered their eyelashes as they spoke.
You glared at both of the people in your presence.
"Listen, I don't know who you are and I couldn't care less. If you'll excuse me, I have somewhere to be with my lover." Obanai glared and proceeded to take your hand and walk away.
"Sooo....who was that?" You asked, still being a bit salty.
"I don't know." Obanai sighed.
"You sure?" You looked at Obanai intently.
"Positive, S/n/v."
Dead Partner Prank:
You were sure, really fuvking sure that it'd work and Obanai would get pranked. That sort of happened. You called Obanai so you didn't have to wait hours for him to arrive.
"Hey, Guro-san."
"Hey, S/n/v."
"Can you...come over? T-There's something I need you to help me deal wi-"
"S/n/v? Everything okay?"
"Y-Yeah! Just...I uh...please come quickly!"
"Okay? I'm on my way then."
"It's...really urgen-" You cut yourself off and made a bit of a ruckus, audible to Obanai.
"S/n/v?" Nothing.
"Y/n?" Nothing again.
"Y/N?!" You ended the call.
"That should work." You thought to yourself.
You layed down on the floor with a believable amount of fake blood on you. You'd also made your house a mess before you'd layed down. After a few minutes, Obanai finally showed up - kicking down the door, and went to your side immediately.
"Y/n?!" He called.
You didn't reply. Unfortunately for you, Kaburamaru was with Obanai at the time of the prank. Kaburamaru slithered over to you and began to tickle you with his tongue (idk why im laughing at this-). You couldn't help but giggle a little.
"Y/n...?" Obanai asked softly.
"I'm sorry Guro-san," You chuckled.
"It was a prank." You finished your sentence.
Obanai glared at you before standing up and walking away, Kaburamaru following closely behind.
"Obana-" The door slamming cut you off.
First Date Locations:

Obanai was becoming more and more distant. You didn't think much of it because you trusted him. But of course, your trust kinda faded.

"Guro-san, do you want to go out to eat? My treat!" You smiled.
"No thanks, S/n/v. I'm busy today." Obanai said as he walked away.
You sighed, this was the tenth time in the same month. Fortunately, you and Obanai agreed to go out eventually. You were excited since it had been way too long. You missed him. You both planned to go to the movies. It was only a movie but you still wanted to dress up a little so that's what you did. You went to the movie theater and waited for Obanai to show up. Minutes passed and Obanai hadn't shown up yet.
"Where is he?" You thought.
You decided to watch the movie without him since it was about to come on and Obanai wasn't there yet. So you watched the movie through and through with a frown the whole time. When you arrived home, you called Obanai.
"Hello?"
"Obanai," Your stern tone sent a shiver up Obanai's spine.
"Where were you?" You asked.
"Um...I was busy. I'll make it up to you, I promise." He said.
"Fine." You sighed.
Once again, you guys made plans to meet up at a nearby park. You showed up - like always, and waited. You waited so long that it eventually turned dark out. This time, Obanai had the decency to call you.
"I'm sorry but I can't come," He said.
"We'll go where you want tomorrow, I promise." He finished.
"Don't bother. I'll be busy tomorrow." You spoke calmly yet slight venom could be heard in your tone.
"Okay. I'm sorry.....I um...love you." Obanai said.
You didn't respond but you did end the call. You made your way back home with tears in your eyes. On your way back, you saw Obanai talking with someone. Mitsuri to be specific. Your eyes widened, the worst possibly scenarios came into your mind. You didn't want to but decided to eavesdrop.
"How much did you make?" Mitsuri asked.
"A lot. I don't remember exactly but I hope it's enough." Obanai responded.
"That's good." Mitsuri sighed.
"Thank you for helping. I don't know what I'd do without you." Obanai said and hugged Mitsuri.
You glared at the scene and decided to just leave. You ran back home, catching Obanai's and Mitsuri's attention. Obanai knew he'd fuvked up.
Argument Aftermath:
Obanai knew he'd messed the frick up as soon as he saw you running so when you didn't answer his calls or texts he wasn't surprised. But he wasn't sure of what to do. He felt guilty for not telling you what was going on and decided to just come clean.
Apologizing:
Like I said before, Obanai fricked up and decided to come clean. Turns out, it was all a misunderstanding and he was only going on shoot-tons of missions to get money to help Kaburamaru who'd gotten quite sick recently and Mitsuri was helping out.

"Y/n, open the door." Obanai said.
You stood behind said door, not saying a word.
"Y/n, I know you're in there. I want to talk to you." Obanai said, trying to open the door.
"Ugh, fine," You opened the door.
"What?" You looked at Obanai, staring at him intently.
"I want to explain what happened."
"Go on." You said.
"I was talking with Mitsuri about payments and money that I'd earned to help pay for Kaburamaru's treatmen-"
"Kaburamaru's treatment? Is he okay?" You asked, concern laced in your voice.
"Yes, he's okay now. But that's all I was doing. I was busy and unable to be with you because I was going on missions." After Obanai said that, it was quiet for a few seconds.
"You should have told me...I would have helped you." You broke the silence with a small smile.
"Yeah. I'm sorry." Obanai sighed.
You pulled him into a hug - his head on your chest, and chuckled.
"It's alright, Guro-san."
Walking In On You:

He got turned on but immediately left...probably.

You were only in your undergarments. Your face turned cherry red when you saw Obanai. However, he immediately closed the door after leaving.
"Dammit! I'm so stupid." Obanai's face was flushed and after seeing you, blood had rushed to *cough* his pp *cough*.

He had a nightmare that you'd left him for his appearance and for his past... :( sad boi hours

"S/n/v?" Obanai walked into your home.
He saw you in your room, packing bags and whatnot.
"What are you doing...?" His voice was shaky as he tried to not imagine the worst case scenario.
"I'm moving to another district." You responded coldly.
"What? Why..?" Obanai asked.
"I want to...get as far away from you as I can." You looked at him with an icy, cold glare.
"Y/n-" Obanai reached out and put a hand on your shoulder.
You quickly slapped it away.
"Don't touch me," You glared at Obanai.
"You disgust me...don't come looking for me..." You said and ran past him with your luggage.
Obanai woke up in a cold sweat. He was spending the day with you and fell asleep with you while watching f/m. You were both huddled on your couch thus space was limited so when Obanai sat up, he accidentally made you fall.
"What the fuvk (richard-)," You groaned as you sat up.
"What was that for?" You looked at Obanai but your face immediately softened at the sight of him.
He looked scared and he was sweating profusely. He was breathing heavily and he was also shaking a little. His bandages were falling off of his face as he looked at you with tears in his eyes.
"You'll never leave me...right?" His voice was shaky.
"Oh Obanai," You swiftly got up and pulled him into a warm embrace.
"Never. I'll always be here for you." You smiled softly and kissed his forehead.
"Thank you, Y/n." Obanai nuzzled his head into your chest and hugged you tightly, never letting go.

Obanai would take care of it. He wouldn't want to make you worried or stressed out so he tended to his injuries.

He had gone to the Butterfly Estate to get what he needed to tend to his wounds. He was currently disinfecting cuts that he'd gotten with a soft rag. It stung quite a bit, considering his cuts were pretty big. He managed to do it nonetheless and when you arrived you asked him why he had bandages on his arms.
"It was from a mission." He stated.
"I wouldn't mind helping next time." You smiled.
"I can do it myself but thanks." Obanai blushed a little.
They're Clingy:
"H-Hey! Wait!" Obanai clung to you as you got up from your couch.
He managed to pull you back down and now your face was buried in his chest.
"Guro-san?" You questioned him.
He only wrapped his arms around you.
"I want to stay like this...a little longer. Please?" He spoke a bit softly and looked into your e/c orbs.
"Sure." You sighed but smiled.
They're Sick:
He'd be stubborn - like Akaza, and would go on missions even if you told him not to.

"But I need to go on missions!" He yelled after sneezing.

You were a bit skeptical but trusted him nonetheless.
"I'll be right back, then." You said and went to prepare some hot soup for Obanai.
In the middle of preparing it however, you heard a loud crash and got scared. You thought it was a robber or something so you quickly got a knife and went to where the sound had come from. You arrived at Obanai's room and hesitated.
"G-Guro-san?" You asked.
You slammed open the door and saw a broken window.
"OBANAI!" You yelled in rage.

You and Obanai were standing in a line at a busy restaurant, waiting to get seated. Obanai - naturally, got bored and decided to look around before that got boring so he began to play with a coin. Eventually, he thought of that pickup line and looked at you and said it. Your face became a bit red but you grinned and said,
"50% I guess."
Obanai raised his eyebrow and whispered in your ear.
"How about I make it 100% and we go into the bathroom after we get seated?"
To say your face became red was an understatement.
"S-Sure." You stuttered and looked away.
"Good." Obanai smirked but you couldn't see.
Reader Turns Into A Demon:
He didn't want to see you suffer so he quickly ended your life but...immediately afterwards, he considered taking his own.

Obanai had gone to your house to check up on you since you hadn't shown up at all to his house or anywhere else for that matter. When he arrived however, he could sense something was wrong and he immediately went inside. He kept quiet as he creeped into your humble abode. He looked through room after room until he stumbled into your room, quietly.
"Y/n?" He asked softly.
You turned only for Obanai to see blood dripping from the corners of your mouth and for your once humane eyes to look exceptionally crazy and demon-like. He fell on his rear and looked at you, wide-eyed.
"This is my fault." He told himself.
You launched yourself at him but Obanai dodged and got up. He pulled out his nichirin blade and swiftly lunged at you and in one swift motion, he sliced your neck. Your body fell to the ground as tears glided down Obanai's cheeks and his eyes became red and puffy.
"I'm sorry, Y/n." He cried silently.
He hugged your fading body and cried. He sat up and stopped his crying and got a strong grip on his blade.
"I'll make it quick." He thought.
Tears cascade down his cheeks once again as he thought of you. He reminisced about the good times he had with you and smiled softly.
"I hope...I can see you again." He held the blade to his neck and breathed in one last time.
You Get Sick:
Of course, Obanai would get what's best for you. I'd say, get prepared for a lot of...luxurious and high-quality things.

You were lying in bed, sick. You felt so dead inside, you couldn't get out of bed, even if you tried. Obanai decided to then make his entrance.
"Hey, S/n/v," He greeted.
You waved.
"I brought you a box full of medicinal herbs to help you out."
You raised an eyebrow.
"A box?" You thought.
Obanai brought the box closer and opened it. He took out a [insert high-quality, rare herb here].
"I've never even seen this." You thought.
Obanai proceeded to take out everything in the box of which was rare and high-quality. Of course it was. He quickly and professionally prepared it and gave it all to you.
"Thanks." You mumbled.
Within seconds of taking the medicinal herbs you felt 10x better than in the beginning.
"Thank you, Obanai." You smiled.
"Of course." Obanai smiled a little.
