Addison: "Well now, isn't this cozy? Can I join in or are you not into threesomes?" she says coming over to where Derek and Meredith are by the elevator as she hits the button
Meredith: "I have to go."
Derek: "Meredith You really are Satan. You realize that, right? If Satan were to take physical form, he'd be you. Everywhere, all the time."
Addison: "I am so not Satan." she calls out to him as he walks away and the doors open to show Sky who sighs at the sight of the woman and moves over to let her in
Sky: "Why haven't you gotten on your broomstick and gone back to New York where you belong?"
Addison: "Stop being petty."
Sky: "Stop being an adulterous bitch."
Addison: "You are going to forgive me eventually? You can't just...There was a time you thought of me as your best friend?"
Sky: "There was a time when I thought of you as my sister. Things change."
Addison: "I gave Derek divorce papers. If he signs. I'll sign and be on the first plane out of here."
Sky: "I'll advise him to sign them immediately. I want you out of here as soon as possible."
Addison: "Sky, have you ever thought that, even if I am Satan and an adulterous bitch, that I still might be your sister?"
Sky: "You lost that title the minute you decided to get in bed with my husband." she says as the doors open and she walks out them leaving Addison to watch her figure sadly before they close once again

Meredith: "Dr. Rivers. I heard you requested me for the day?" she says coming over to where Sky is standing at the nurses desk
Sky: "Yes. I like to get to know everybody that I work with. Know their skills. Where they'll be most useful."
Meredith: "Well I'm glad you picked me for the day."
Sky: "I heard such highly things of you. Thought I'd see for myself" she says as they start walking down the hall "Now this patient and I have a history. So...and don't take this the wrong way but I need your entire focus for this one."
Meredith: "Understood." she says as they walk into the room where Sky smiles at the man
Sky: "I said I never wanted to see you again."
Jeremiah : "That's only because you're too lazy to learn anything more."
Sky: "Dr. Meredith Grey, Jeremiah Tate. Thinks he knows so much because he was my first patient at my own practice."
Jeremiah: "Still as beautiful as ever" he says smirking at her as she chuckles a little and then he looks at Meredith "She was a nervous wreck that day. So much so that a cholecystectomy turned into a month-long stay. Can't say it wasn't the best month of my life though."
Sky: "Better not be alleging malpractice. Guy raises about 100,000 grand a year for cystic fibrosis, running triathlons. Thinks he's a big shot."
Meredith: "You run triathlons?"
Jeremiah: "Why not?"
Sky: "Pain for one. Finally admitting to feeling a little?"
Jeremiah: "A little."
Sky: "How little? Truth."
Jeremiah: "Enough to keep me awake at night. Had some seizures. Too weak to work out."
Sky: "Anyone been through here with your CT results?"
Jeremiah: "No. It's probably just my pancreatitis kicking up again."
Sky: "All right then. We'll be back. With your results and a plan. Where do your parents think you are this time?"
Jeremiah: "New Jersey." he says as the two women walk out the room
Meredith: "What about his parents?"
Sky: "He doesn't like to bother them until he's well or about to get discharged. He understands his reality. He just chooses to ignore it. Denial works for him, Grey."

Meredith: "Jeremiah's got a mass in his midepigastrium. Diffused enlargement of the pancreas. That, with his hypoglycemic seizures."
Sky: "He's gonna need an exploratory laparotomy. But, despite his triathlons, his lungs still make me hesitant to cut."
Meredith: "What are we going to do?"
Sky: "I don't know that yet."
Addison: "Doctors." she says walking in the room as Sky rolls her eys
Sky: "Dr."
Addison: "How old is he?"
Sky: "He's 31."
Addison: "A survivor, huh?"
Sky: "And then some. My patient for at least five years. I'm not gonna lose him now."
Addison: "Wait is this...Jeremiah? The hottie that flirted with you every chance he got?"
Sky: "Yep."
Addison: "You planning a laparotomy?" she asks as Sky gives her an annoyed look before sighing and answering the question
Sky: "Yeah, but his lungs."
Addison: "You know, I think I could help you with this. I've seen one case like this in a nine-year-old. We had to do a total pancreatctomy."
Sky: "Sure" she says after a moment "Anything that helps him."
Meredith: "You're a neonatal specialist" she says as the two women turn to look at her "What...This isn't your area. I'm just saying. I-"
Addison: "I did genetics research in cystic fibrosis. I've pretty much seen it all Dr. Grey."
Meredith: "Oh."

Derek: "Of all the fine doctors in the city, you accept a consult from Addison Shepherd?" he says coming into the elevator with Sky after talking with Meredith
Sky: "What happened to Satan?"
Derek: "She should be on her way home. You're trying to drive me crazy, aren't you? You know I thought you of all people would be the main one jumping to push her out of town." he says making her stop the elevator as he protest
Sky: "You think I like the fact that I'm going to be stuck in an operating room with Addison? Don't think that every time I look at her all I can think about is what she and my ex might have done? I don't like it. But I'm trying to help a patient that I care very much about. And if consulting with your wife, your ex, your mistress, whatever she becomes, if that's what's needed to save my patient, then I'm going to do it."
Derek: "I understand that. I deserved that. It's-"
Sky: "Look, I'm not going to tell you what to do with your life. But it's clear that you're in between two women and you're looking for an easy way out. You want to use me, the hospital, somebody to make the decision for you, and it's not gonna happen!" she says snapping at him before hitting the elevator to get it going again
Derek: "Could I just...Could I just say a couple of things?"
Sky: "Just-deh, deh, deh." she says silencing him as they face forward

Addison: "We won't know for sure until we go in there, but it looks like I'm gonna have to take out your pancreas and re-route your intestines." she says after they come into Jeremiah's room to update him on his condition
Jeremiah: "Did you tell her my lungs don't do well with anesthesia?"
Sky: "Don't I always have your back?"
Addison: "Your kidney function is decreasing and I'm afraid you'll go into multi-system organ failure if we don't operate."
Jeremiah: "If I say no?"
Sky: "There's no guarantees, Jeremiah. It's going to be a long, hard surgery, and put a lot of stress on your body."
Jeremiah: "Yeah, but I'm me." he says making her give him a breathy chuckle
Sky: "But you're you."
Jeremiah: "So if we don't operate, I die. And if we do operate, I may die."
Addison: "Basically, yes."
Jeremiah: "Well, I like those odds. And 31 years with this disease is awesome. And that's the reality. So if I get lucky, great. If I don't..." he says grabbing Sky's hand as he intertwines their fingers "it's been sweet."
Sky: "It's gonna stay sweet" she sternly says to him before palyfully snatching her hand out of his "Besides I'm pretty sure you haven't used every pickup line in the book."
Jeremiah: "Speaking of which. Where's that husband at? I'm surprised he was willing to New York." he says making the three women tense up a little
Sky: "He's not my husband anymore."
Jeremiah: "Really?" he says smiling a little "Finally decided you were too good for him and wanted to be with me."
Sky: "Something like that. I'll see you in a bit." she says smiling at him before walking out the room as he looks at the other two women
Jeremiah: "Think I got a shot?" he asks watching her walk out before turning back to them as they all smile

Derek: "Hey" he says when Sky comes into the pit and over to the desk where he's at "Still mad at me?"
Sky: "That depends...you still acting like a jackass?"
Derek: "No. I'm sorry about that by the way. I know how hard this must be for you."
Sky: "It's ok. I forgive you."
Derek: "So who's this patient that you care so much for?"
Sky: "Jeremiah."
Derek: "No way. Don't tell me he came all the way out here for you." he says smirking at her a little
Sky: "He didn't. He was doing another triathlon. Just so happened to be out here."
Derek: "So I know you weren't entertaining the idea because you were married. But you're single now. Gonna give it a shot?" he says giving her a teasing look as she bites her lip to try to stop the smile before shaking her head
Sky: "He's my patient. Wouldn't be appropriate" she says as he continues to give her the teasing look before she rolls her eyes at him and changes the subject "Anyways. What do you have?" she asks motioning to the chart in his hands
Derek: "Man with a bullet in his head. And yet he is talking and reading." he says making her eyes widen in amuzement as he shows her the xrays and then pointing over to the where Alex is talking to a couple
Sky: "No way. That's so cool. I mean it's sad for him but...so cool." she says in awe as she takes another look at the images as Alex comes over to them
Derek: "Where are we?"
Alex : "OR two in 30 minutes. He's prepped, transpo's on the way." he says as they start to hear the woman whisper-yelling to the man as they turn to look at them
Woman: "Do you understand that? 21 years."
Sky: "What's that all about?"
Alex: "I haven't got a clue."
Man: "I love you. I forgive you."
Woman: "You cheated on me. You cheated on me. You do not get to play the martyr."
Man: "I got a bullet in my head."
Woman: "And that doesn't make us even."
Man: "You shot me!"
Derek: "I think we need to get the police up here right now."
Sky: "Good call." she says as Alex nods his head while Derek picks up the phone

Derek: "Officers, thanks for coming." he says after Alex takes the patient up to the OR
Officer: "Ma'am, why don't you have a seat? We need to ask you a few questions."
Woman: "Uh, of course."
Addison: "Well, nothing like a domestic dispute to liven up a pre-op, huh?" she says as her and Meredith come over to where Sky and Jeremiah are at
Jeremiah: "Where do I sign?"
Sky: "Here, for consent. And here for DNR and no extraordinary measures. Good. Ok, lift up for me." she says as he signs them and he painfully sits up a little as she listens to his heart
Jeremiah: "You should probably call my parents."
Sky: "Call them yourself when you walk out of here." she says as he turns to look at her as they smile softy at each other before he lays back down

Sky: "Alright you ready?" she asks coming over to Jeremiah as they get ready to put him to sleep
Jeremiah: "Yeah. Is it wrong that I'm scared?"
Sky: "Nope. But don't worry, I will do everything to make sure you wake up."
Jeremiah: "There is something you can do for me right now."
Sky: "What's that?"
Jeremiah: "How about a little good luck kiss?" he says making her chuckle at him "Oh come on. This could possibly be the last time we'll see each other. Gonna deny me my dying wish?"
Sky: "And what about when you wake up?"
Jeremiah: "Then it'll give me the courage to ask you out to dinner." he says making her lick her lips while smiling before bending down while pulling her mask down and leans in to place a kiss on his lips
Sky: "Now you better come back. Cause I'll be looking forward to that dinner."
Jeremiah: "So will I." he says as she smiles at him before squeezing his hand and going to scrub in as they put him to sleep

Addison: "I need more traction. Dr. Grey?"
Sky: "Here, give me some suction there. Grey, retract the duodenum. Good. How's he doing?"
Nurse: "Hard to ventilate and no urine output."
Addison: "He's shutting down."
Sky: "Did you increase peak pressures?"
Woman: "Any higher, I blow his lungs" she says just as a machine starts beeping "Bradycardia. Pushing one of atropine."
Addison: "Try ventilating him manually, see if he starts coming back up."
Sky: "Did we miss any bleeders?"
Addison: "Surgical field is clear."
Meredith: "Agonal rhythm."
Sky: "Any pulse with that?"
Nurse: "No carotid."
Sky: "Starting CPR. Push one of epi."
Addison: "No extraordinary measures, Dr. Rivers. He's DNR."
Sky: "No, this is just good medicine." she says pressing on his chest as Addison and Meredith exchange looks between each other
Sky: "Come on. Come on, don't give up. Come on." she says as the machine continue to beep rapidly
Meredith: "You're getting tired. Let me take over, Dr. Rivers."
Addison: "Dr. Rivers, his intestines are cyanotic. There's no blood circulating."
Sky: "It's been shunted to his brain where he needs it. You call those compressions?" she says pushing Meredith out the way and continues to press on his chest a little harder than before "Fight it. Come on!" she says as Addison gives her a sad look before looking at the nurse to stop her ventilating "Why isn't anyone moving? Who's recording?" she says as Addison goes to grab her hand but she pulls back harshly "Do not touch me."
Addison: "It's been ten minutes since we had a perfusing rhythm" she says as the machines flatline "It's your call, Dr. Rivers."
Sky: "One, two, three, four, five" she counts out before stopping while looking at the monitor sadly and taking off her mask "Asystole" she says as the machines stop "Time of death: 19:26." she says walking out the room while taking her gown off
While Sky is scrubbing her hands she looks up to watch them cover Jeremiah's body and take him out the room in sadness when Addison and Meredith come in while giving her soft looks and then watching her leave the room

Sky: "Hi, Mrs. Tate? It's Sky. Sky Rivers. I'm calling about Jeremiah. I'm so sorry." she says as her voice breaks
