Nightmare purrs like a cat, his tentacles flicking lazily around him as he pulls Error closer to him. Error mumbles something in his sleep, facing upwards, Nightmare giving a soft squeal and pecking his teeth against Errors.
"... Do you mind sir?" Said a voice behind them.
Nightmare growls and turns to the sales clerk, glaring.
"Do you mind?" Nightmare snaps.
The clerks eyebrow twitches.
"Sir, this is a store. The furniture is not to be used. Also... Your... Ruining the bed..."
Nightmare looked down at his goop, which had already sunk into the mattress.
"So?"
"Youre gonna have to pay for it, sir."
"Im not paying shit!"
"Then I believe we have to call the police, sir."
Nightmare watches Errors sleeping face, growling.

Dream had just snuggled into his armchair by the tv with his ice cream when the phone rang. Dream groans, pulling himself back up and to the phone. He picks it up.
"Hello?"
"... Dream, you got money ready?"
"What did you do now?"
"I... Uh... Kinda went to sleep on a mattress in a store and when I was arguing with the clerk, I kinda got the cops called on me."
"... And?"
"And what?"
"What else did you do?"
Nightmare huffs, "Just assault and battery. Why?"
Dream pauses, "You just... Let him live?"
"With what he had left of his arms and legs? Yeah, why?"
Dream chortles, " Why brother, are we going soft-"
