Alastor walked down the sidewalk delighted at the horrified faces that didn't dare look him in the eyes. He hummed to himself as he walked into a cafe standing at the door for a moment as his eyes searched the place for that familiar face ignoring the glares and looks he received from demons in the place. He caught sight of her in the booth near the back of the establishment. He took a seat across from her as she sipped her drink calmly,

"Ah hello Alastor!" She said happily as the radio demon sat down. He eyed the short plump women whose dark eyes poured into him. Ah yes, Mimzy one of the very few demons down here he considered a friend and one of the few that didn't fear him.

"Hello dearie, how have you been doing." Alastor asked as he summoned a cup of tea, seemingly out of nowhere. He held the tea in his hand taking a small sip of it as he rested against the back of the booth.

"Why, I've been just lovely Al, how about you?" Mimzy said as she sipped her own drink. He found that nickname humorous, and it was interesting how many attempted to call him that...though only a few lived to be allowed to call him that. He couldn't help but chuckle remembering that humans had briefly called him that as well. Ah yes the human ...

Alastor grinned when the human grasped his hand sharp claws rapping around soft human flesh...as their hands connected a faint green glow emitted from Alastor's body one he was all too familiar with though the human only raised a brow at it. Alastor's smile only grew when the human attempted to pull away from the handshake suddenly. His teeth were clenched together as his brow furrowed, "It shall only hurt for a moment." Alastor said not really in a concerned way, he didn't care if the human got hurt. If they survived the deal making process then he would of course have to protect them but apart from that he could care less if they were harmed or killed.

Alastors hand had only gripped the others tighter so he couldn't escape. The red cursive A that was Alastors emblem was being burned into their flesh which was the reasoning for them attempting to pull away, it always came with Alastor's deals and why he didn't bother to make them with humans. They could never get through the searing pain that suddenly flooded their body as if they were being burned alive...after the human attempted to pull away but realized he couldn't he had stopped. Alastor couldn't help but watch their every movement, every action fascinating him.

The way their eye twitched, their teeth clenching together..the subtle squeeze of their hand around Alastors trying to endure the pain and that look of pure and utter hatred on their oddly feminine features...it was all fascinating to the demon.

The human known as Angel, simply stood there allowing the pain to erupt through his body unable to help but wince as it occurred..with each second that passed the green aura surrounding them only grew and the pain with it. Alastor noticed the human began to sweat, only a small bit. He was impressed honestly, most humans would have passed out from the pain at this point or simply would have died...clearly this one had some pain tolerance.

What felt like hours when in reality was merely a minute had passed, the aura had dispersed and Alastor moved away, taking his hand back. He watched as the human examined their hand now looking at the red A engraved into the flesh of their palm. After looking at for a moment they simply said, "Dammit..I'll have to get a new glove." Ah yes, the process had burned through their black glove...not that Alastor cared. Their words where entertaining to say the least.

Alastor had made his deal and was ready to go back to hell, he could do so at any time by his own hand. Though he assumed now that they made a deal he would tell the human how to summon him again without having the use the circle. Without warning he grabbed the others wrist delighted when they gasped in alarmed, though they seemed annoyed that they had let it slip.

They held their wrist looking at the hand that had been offered to him for the deal. As he spoke he pointed at the symbol. "When you wish to summon me again simply draw some sort of blood with using this hand." He instructed, yes the act of summoning him was less than pleasurable however he was a demon. The human hadn't even flinched at the mention of the summoning process only pulling their hand out of the others grasp-he doesn't like to be touched-Alastor noted filing that away for later. He wouldn't push their buttons, unless they got out of line. Since they had made a deal it was best not to anger the other so he would refrain from touching him.

"Well my dear, I believe this is where we say goodbye for now." Alastor said as he took a few steps back the human only watching him,

"Yeah, well, I'll be seeing you soon." Alastor only raised a brow at that and he was gone.

they were very interesting indeed, for now he would wait to be summoned once more as dull as that sounded there was nothing he could do about it. He placed his tea down on the table before turning his eyes on Mimzy.

"I've been lovely darling! In fact I think I've found something quite entertaining indeed." His closed lip smile spreading into his usual grin as he spoke, Mimzy took a sip of her drink as she said,

"Oh? Is that so? Do tell, you know I am the curious one." She laughed, Alastor chuckled with her. He leaned a bit closer as he spoke his next line, interacting with humans was more or less frowned upon in hell-not that he cared. However, going as far as making a deal with a human? Well that was forbidden by the king himself. He'd said something along the lines of-it being to upsetting the balance of their realms...Alastor found it funny that the king cared at all about that.

Though he didn't care about breaking rules...still that didn't mean he wanted other demons knowing about it so he kept his voice quite as he spilled the gossip. "Well my dear, I made a deal with someone." Mimzy raised a brow at that, well aware of how difficult it was for Alastor to make deals nowadays with how popular he was in hell. She got the memo that Alastor wanted their discussion to be discreet so she replied with the same level of volume to her voice as Alastor.

"Really? Oh my, haha! Who is the unlucky soul this time my dear friend?" Alastors grin only seemed to widen at the thought of his business partner.

"Why, a human named Angel." That caused Mimzy to gasp loudly gather a few looks and a glare from Alastor....

"Oh this tea is much more delicious than I imagine ohoho!" She laughed loudly the other demons rolled their eyes before turning their heads away. She cleared her throat looking at Alastor once again who simply shook his head. "Sorry 'bout that. I just-well I didn't-I wouldn't have imagined you would make a deal with one...you never have before." She paused tilting her head. "What had caused this? Don't tell me the great radio demon was pressured." Alastor laughed at this,

"Hahah! Oh heavens no," He paused as if to choose his words carefully. "I simply am intrigued in this one. They are quite entertaining and I am beyond bored. They proved to be fairly tough as well considering they survived the process." Mimzy raised a brow at that, she'd made a deal with Alastor before of course. Otherwise she wouldn't be here right now talking with the radio demon casually, but she knew how much that process hurt even for a demon. The pain was bearable for demons but still very much painful. She remembered she'd nearly passed out when she'd undergone the process so to hear a human dealt with it much less survived it! She now understood why Alastor was interested in them.

"Well," she said reeling back in her seat taking her tea in hand again sipping it elegantly, "this ought'a be fun." Alastor grinned eyes lighting up with amusement.

"Indeed."

"What the hell were you thinking! A demon!? Are you nuts!" Angel rolled his eyes ignoring the pink-haired girl as she continued to yell at him for summoning AND making a deal with a demon. They where in his office currently and Angel was at his desk looking over some papers and planning out the stages to his scheme.

"Angel your nuts!" The blonde just shrugged as he nibbled on the back of the pencils eraser his one eye looking down at the papers. The girl rolled her eyes, "Cherry relax, geez I'll be fine." He lied, he knew the deal would end with him either dying or being the demons slave he hadn't cared either way.

Cherry walked over to his desk slamming her hands down on the table as she leaned over him. The action hadn't even made the man flitch much less bat an eye at her, however Angel did pause in his work glancing at the tall slender women who's hazel eyes glared down at him. Her skin was pale and she stood roughly about Angel's height a bit shorter her long pink hair draped around her shoulders and down her back. She sighed when her glaring had done nothing as she pushed away from the desk her hips swaying as she did so.

If Angel wasn't gay, he would have already fallen for his female friend. She was quite attractive and very beautiful. He'd seen many men try to woo her and get into those black pants, however as cute and delicate as she looked, she was far from helpless; Angel had seen that first hand on multiple occasions. It was one of the reasons she was his right hand man or...women in this case. She just had a bit more of a temper on her than himself.

"Honestly, what the fuck could have driven you to do such a thing!" She yelled turning to him, her arms folded as she waited for an explanation. Angel didn't yell back merely sighing as he took off the pink fedora on his head revealing the brown roots on his head as he placed it down on the desk, his coat having been draped over the back of his chair to reveal the rest of his pink suit. He stood up setting the pencil he was chewing on down on the desk as he turned to his pink-haired friend.

"Cherry I don't see what ya' so worried about. I can take care of myself," He said allowing a bit of his accent to show, he paused as he walked over to his pantry taking a bottle of some sort of alcohol from it. "You of all people should know that."

The women rolled her eyes, "Angel we've known each other for years. I know you can be irrational at times but you've always gotten your head out of your ass before you did anything stupid. The fuck' where you thinking?!" Angel merely shook his head the strains of dirty blonde waving around his shoulders as his lady friend tried to comprehend the situation. "A demon, a demon! A demon-"

"Relax Cherry," He said in a tone he hadn't used with Alastor. It was lighter and more joking, less serious and a bit more energetic. He refused to show the demon what he called his 'weaker' side. The only ones who saw this side of him where Cherry, his sister and mother. Those were the people he knew wouldn't take advantage of him for his weakness. If he showed he was like everyone else he would be crushed like them too.

Truth be told he wasn't really all that scared in front of the demon, what was there to fear? Death? Hell, he faced that on an everyday basis no demon was going to change that even if he did look fucking creepy. However he still cursed himself though when the other grabbed him and he moved back-or tried rather. He couldn't help it, it was instinct at this point to do such a thing unless Cherry, his mother or sister was the one to touch him. Still, he hated that he'd shown just that small sliver of weakness to the other knowing the demon even if it were just for a fraction of a second, the other had noticed it ...He knew he would regret that later. No doubt the demon would use that against him if he tried to step out of line.

He had to be more careful....

He also knew he had to learn to control his breathing around the demon. He felt intimidated for just a split second and it caused his breathing to quicken and become labored...something he knew the demon also noticed. It wasn't that he'd never been afraid...sure he wasn't as scared anymore and it was true, it was very difficult to scare him, but that didn't mean he wasn't scared at times and that he didn't know how to hide it...

The last time he'd cowered in fear well......he'd rather not remember that time.

But apparently when it came to the demon.....he'd have to try harder to hide it. Humans didn't notice the shift in your breathing for a split second, they didn't catch the dilation in your eyes-or eye in his case-when the threat got closer, they didn't pick up on why you would move away from them so suddenly...but the demon, oh the demon had, and he was a smart one too.

Angel stuck with calling him the demon when he considered the other, it was pointless to address them by name unless he was talking to them directly. If he saw them as anything other than his tool he would possibly-though he highly doubted it-let his guard down. This demon was not a business partner, they were not a friend and they were not a being, they where just a tool-his tool that he would used until he was done, until his time came.

He shook the thought off when he realized he'd been quite for a bit, he grabbed two shot glasses and sat down in the loveseat in his office. Everything in his office practically screamed 40's which made since considering that's what area he was in. The office was fancy as well but of course it was, he was a mob boss after all.

He placed the shot glasses down on the small coffee table in front of him that only had a small potted plant for decoration on the table. Cherry slumped down into the spot beside him on the love seat as he worked on getting the bottle open.

"You still haven't answered why you made a deal with the bastard in the first place!" Angel unconsciously tugged on the black glove the one he had to replace the one that contained the emblem underneath it burned into his skin. As Angel finally opened the bottle with a slight pop as the cork flew across the room he answered as he poured some whisky into the glasses. He would take it easy on the alcohol for now, he had to work later and didn't need to be wasted off his ass.

"As long as ya' don't blab," Cherry rolled her eyes as she kicked up her feet on the table. Angel then rolled his eyes ignoring the action.

"Do I ever bitch?" Angel chuckled at that,

"Guess ya' got a point toots." He said handing her one of the shot glasses that contained the wine. Cherry shot it back as soon as she got it before handing it back to Angel to refill. He shot his own back before refilling them, "I needed his protection, for a project coming up." Cherry choked on her alcohol Angel had handed her.

She coughed and the other actually had to pat her back but his hand was quickly waved away. "T-that project..." she said her coughs dying down. "I thought you were giving that up! Besides what about your damn bodyguard!" Angel sighed as he took a sip of his whiskey, taking it a bit slower. Having gotten her breath back Cherry added on, "Angel, you just turned 23! Are you seriously going to go through this and risk dying!" She seemed genuinely concerned and angry that Angel hadn't carried the same amount of concern she had.

"That's why I got the demon, he's my bodyguard basically. Besides, normal men won't survive long enough. I need someone who can take bullets like a tank without dropping on me, I got this planned out Cherry." He said finishing his drink before placing it back down on the table with a soft clank. Cherry folded her arms, Angel shook his head as he sat back in the brown leather of the loveseat. He understood Cherry's concern but he couldn't give up on this mission, he refused at this point. They had to pay for what they did and he wasn't going to let anyone stand in his way, even his best friend.

"Angel you can't do this! You'll die!" Cherry said suddenly as she stood up, raising her voice once more. At times like these he was glad his walls were soundproof. Angel ignored her not wishing to fight, he got enough of that in his personal life. He walked over to the pantry putting the bottle back as Cherry seemed to get annoyed when he hadn't responded. "Angel!" He lets out a growl his temper rising a bit.

"I'm prepared to die Cherry. I'm prepared to die as long as he's taken down." His friend looked at him with a hurt expression. He sighed, he couldn't deal with this right now, he ran a hand through his hair trying to get himself to calm down. He turned his back to her as he placed the bottle back in it's place securing the cork in it once more.

"I think it's about time you go." Angel said his tone losing that cheerful tone, he and Cherry often had disagreements. She cared for him and he knew that, but most people did and often got into arguments with him over the choices he did. This time was no different, Cherry was angry right now and Angel knew that, she would leave and cool off only to return and apologize for her behavior and accept Angel wasn't about to change his mind ...and she knew that. But she didn't think clearly when she was angry.

Angel ignored the curses behind him followed by the stomping feet and lastly the sound of his office door opening and slamming shut rattling the walls a bit. He stood there by his pantry for a moment ...no, there was no point in worrying about it, she'd return later...this had to be done there was no other option. Besides,

there was no going back now.....
