Luna P.O.V
I was thinking deeply while playing with my food, I don't have an appetite to eat anything.
I am in dad's company, right now I am having lunch with Jon in the company cafeteria.
" Luna is everything fine? Why aren't you eating " I shook my head
"No, nothing is fine. I am having an appointment with Hunter later on today" I said, and poor Job chocked on his food, I quickly hand him a bottle of water.
" are you ok? " I asked worriedly
" Luna! are you out of your mind?!" He shouted, making everyone stare at us weirdly,
I glared at him
" calm down, for god sake !" I said as I awkwardly smiled at others, so they will look away
" dose Alpha know about this?" He asked, this time whispering
I shook my head
" I don't know how to tell him, last night he told me everything that happened between him and Hunter, I am really lost" I sighed once more helplessly
" How can he even make an appointment with you? He tried to kill you so many times, if Alpha catches him, he won't spare him" I nodded in agreement
" I know, I don't trust Hunter either, but he saved my life, and as Asher told me what happened between them, something feels off. I mean how can someone so good turn so evil? He even saved me when we were in the castle." he stared at me for a long minute before sighing.
" ok, I admit it is strange for me too, but what will you do ?"
" I will meet up with him, but I will try to tell Asher first. Hopefully, he will listen to me." That is my plan for today.
I don't want to hide anything from Asher, hopefully, he will understand too.

It's afternoon now and I bought some fresh fruits as I made my way towards Asher company. I got there being greeted by the company employees everywhere, I got into the company kitchen and I started cutting the fruits, I wanted to surprise Asher since he must be working hard right now.
I finished cutting the fruits and they looked really delicious, not to mention it looks beautiful too.
I made my way towards his office and since Asher hasn't shown up yet, it means he is really caught up in work.
I knocked on the door
" didn't I say don't disturb me? I have to concentrate on this project " wow, he is really busy.
I opened the door
" shall I really go ?" I asked, his eyes immediately shifted to me and his breathtaking smile made it's way to his lips
" Luna!" He stood up from his seat, and i walked in as well.
" I know you might be tired now, so I brought some fresh fruits for you," I said before putting the plate down on the coffee table.
" you didn't have to, seeing you here is the best energy giver " he hugged me tightly and I hugged back
" how are my Luna and pup doing today?" He asked, making me smile
" We are both fine and how is my Alpha doing ?" I asked
" never been better "
We then sat down as we started eating fruits together
" I am not taking your time, right ?" I asked somehow feeling bad to disturb him
" no baby, I can finish them later, everything can wait " he is in a good mood now, shall I start telling him?
" umm, Asher? I don't want to ruin your mood, it is just me, being curious. I know you will hate my question, but can I ask it anyway?" I am hella nervous
" go on," he said curiously.
" I was wondering, after all, that Hunter did to us, what will you do if you meet up with him again ?" I asked nervously, his eyes nearly turned black, I swear.
" I would kill him without a second thought or losing any seconds" he was dead serious
" b-but what if he wasn't actually a bad guy? I mean as you said he was so nice always, don't you think he might have his own reasons?" I asked, but I could feel he is angrier right now.
" even if he does, I will not forgive him after what he did to you"
" but-" I wanted to say more, but he didn't let me
" would you stop now, please? " I closed my mouth and nodded.
we started talking about normal stuff until I saw the clock and it was getting late for the meeting, I should leave.
" I won't take your time anymore, love, you might be busy and I have an important meeting, I must leave now," I said as I stood up
" But you promised not to overwork yourself " he stood up as well, I smiled warmly at his words.
" no worries, I am not overworking myself. I am really flexible now, taking everything easy without any stress " I said as I pecked his lips
" I hope that would be the case, take care, I will come and pick you up, ok?" I shook my head
" no need, I won't be late. I have Jon with me so you don't need to worry. I will see you at home " I took my jacket from the couch giving Aber one last hug, I got out of the office
" Jon drive to the address, " I told Jon as soon as I got inside the car and he started to drive off.
I hope Asher will forgive me, I tried to tell him, but he didn't listen. I am going there, hoping I would get an excuse from Hunter that would make Asher feel less betrayed. I am not stupid, I don't trust Hunter just because he saved me once, but I know this won't go on waste.

I got to the Adresse, it is in the forest since it is evening now, it is really dark.
I got out of the car, and Jon was soon by my side.
" you really came " I heard the familiar voice, coming from the dark, he walked closer to us.
" I am here only to give you a chance to explain everything, it better be worth it" he nodded at my words.
" so let's start from the beginning, why did you work for Amon?" I asked
" It wasn't a choice, I was forced to do it because Amon had my mate," he said and my eyes widened
Amon had his mate...?
Hunter wasn't lying, you can see it in his eyes and feel it through his voice, those were words of truth.
" But why didn't you-" I was cut off by a very familiar growl
Asher's
It didn't take long before wolves surrounded us, and they are all warriors from our pack. I turned around only to see Asher was standing there with Mason and Liam by his side. Asher looked super pissed not to mention his pitch-black eyes were shining even in this dark night.
He started walking towards Hunter
" Asher, no please, stop " I stood in front of him trying my hardest to block his way, but he wasn't listening, he wasn't even looking at me. He walked past my block making me rush to get in front of him once more.
" Asher! I said stop!" I raised my voice, hoping I will take his attention, and I did, he looked down at me for a minute,
" move out of the way, Luna " I shook my head
" Please listen to me-" he didn't let me finish my sentence, he pushed me out of the way with a lot of force. I closed my eyes waiting for falling harshly on the ground, but instate I was caught up by someone
" Luna, are you ok?!" Jon panicked helping me stand straight, but I couldn't answer him right now.
That wasn't the Asher I know, my Asher wouldn't hurt me like that, and he didn't seem to care. He went straight to Hunter before punching him making him fall down, He then got on top of Hunter punching him nonstop, Hunter wasn't even fighting back.
I tried to stop him, but it was useless, he was too strong for me and everyone else didn't dare to interfere.
" Asher! Can you please stop !!!" I shouted helplessly after knowing I can't stop him. Tears were running down my cheeks nonstop. He halted his punching, while his eyes reminded on Hunter.
" Please ..." I begged once more, and he slowly looked over to me and his eyes widened. He got away from Hunter, before slowly making his way towards me. And I didn't move until he was in front of me.
" d-did I make you c-cry?" He asked, and I am sure he is really scared of my answer.
