She was going to jail.

That was the immediate thought that came to her head after the adrenaline wore out from her system. But she pushed it away as her eyes found Aidoneus, he was looking at her with shock and amazement written on his face. It was her first time seeing his eyes widen like that.

"Aidoneus!" She ran for him and immediately her eyes sought out injuries, finding none, her hands came to rest on his face. "A-are you hurt? He didn't shoot you right? I managed to get him first before he could, right?" When she saw that man behind Aidoneus, his eyes gleaming with evil intent as he pointed the gun towards him, she could swear her heart had stopped beating. She did what she thought was right. She saved Aidoneus and killed that man. Aidoneus seemed to snap out of whatever trance he was in and fixed her with a serious and worried look. His arms went around her waist.

"I'm fine my love. I truly am. Are you?" She could feel that the question was about what she felt after shooting someone. After killing someone.

It seemed as if the whole scenario just sank in her mind that moment but even if it did, she couldn't bring herself to regret what she just did.

She just killed someone. It didn't bother her. And that bothers her.

"I-I'm fine. I think they tricked us into believing there's only one man who's after us so they could catch us off guard. But I-I saw him came out from the car when you were s-strangling the other man. I knew he would hurt you so I tried to find a weapon and then I saw a gun under the car seat, I grabbed it and I don't know. My mind was yelling at me to kill him. Aidoneus I'm a bad person." She rambled like a child. She wanted to cry, to atleast feel even a little remorse, a little guilt, after all she just killed a man. That's what a normal person should feel after killing someone right? Guilt. But she felt none of that.

"Love look at me." She did. Aidoneus didn't look at her like she was a bad person, he was looking at her as if she was his everything. "Do you feel bad after shooting him?" She shook her head, no. "What did you feel?"

"Nothing." That was the truth. "And not the numb kind of feeling, I-I just feel... nothing." She didn't know how to put the feeling into words. "I feel fine like I did nothing wrong. Is that supposed to be a bad thing?"

"No love." She could feel Aidoneus was about to say something when she cut him off.

"Okay. That's all I needed to know." Her voice was soft, her eyes held too much faith in Aidoneus.

The recognition of the faith she had in him turned his eyes into a storm of darkness.

"I'd rather kill than see you get killed Aidoneus."

Aidoneus fixed her with a serious and hard look like he was trying to read her. And then in a blink of an eye his lips came crashing down on hers. She opened her mouth for him and he took advantage of the access given to him. His tongue caressed hers, exploring her mouth, trying to lick every nook and cranny. Her hands went to his hair, pulling him closer. He groaned, deepening the kiss more. His left hand went to her back while his right went to cup her face, pulling her impossibly close they forgot about what space even meant. He pulled away once sensing that she needed to breathe. Air filled her lungs but she was soon deprived of it as his mouth latched onto hers again. Where before the kiss was hard, lustful and torrid, this time their kiss was soft and slow as if they had all the time in the world. The two dead bodies near them forgotten for a while as they shared a sensual kiss. Aidoneus pulled away slightly, his mouth still hovering on hers. His tongue dart out and licked the seams of her lips before giving her an innocent peck. He gave her nose and forehead a kiss too before he pulled her in for a hug. Her arms went around his waist, hugging him close to her.

No words were spoken. It wasn't needed. What they both needed was to feel each other close. They could've stayed that way forever. She felt safe in his arms. She liked his arms around her. He felt so good like that. They could've stayed embracing each other for forever but the moment ended when they both heard cars approaching. She was about to pull away when Aidoneus pulled her back, not wanting to let go of her. She was alarmed. What if those were bad people like those men laying dead on the floor? But Aidoneus didn't seem bothered by it. She shifted her head on his chest so she could see what was behind her.

There were four cars approaching their way. They parked a good distance away from them. "Aidoneus?"

"It's alright love. They're my men." She sighed out in relief inwardly.

Aidoneus' men came out from their cars. There were too many of them she didn't bother counting. She saw them bow their heads at Aidoneus. Or were they bowing at the both of them?

Aidoneus spoke in Greek. He usually speaks in English when talking to his men knowing how diverse his men are but this time he was speaking in Greek and maybe that was because he was scolding them and he was doing her a favor of sparing her from understanding his wrath. Scolding was a nice word. By the time Aidoneus had finished speaking, they were all trembling like a leaf.

She heard him speak to them for the last time now in English, instructing them to clean up and to send the other 'biker' to the main Underground. She didn't know what that was but it sounded like Aidoneus spent a lot of his time there. "Let's go home love." That was all she wanted to hear after that long day.

They were currently in his private jet, 42,000 feet above the ground. Aidoneus was across her, he wasn't sleeping though. He seemed busy, typing away in his laptop. There was a table between them, she placed her elbows on it while looking at him working and it made her see his serious and veryyyy handsome face well from her point of view.

Her McDonald's was ruined from the car chase and Aidoneus had instructed someone to cook for her, his chef she was guessing. The older looking man served her food and when she asked Aidoneus if he wanted some he'd only shook his head no. But she still fed him though. He wasn't annoyed by it. He seemed to enjoy her feeding him. When they were done eating and Aidoneus had picked out his laptop after telling her she should rest, she knew that he would be busy. So she discreetly called for the chef and innocently whispered into his ears to bring her something. She smiled shyly when she saw the older man gave her an uncertain smile but he made his way and went to fetch her what she wanted.

Aidoneus was still busy doing something on his laptop, his face hard and unreadable when the chef came and poured her glass with her favorite drink, the red wine. The sloshing of liquid seemed to snap Aidoneus out of his work haze. He looked at her and saw his chef sweating when she'd told him, "Can you pour some more?"

"B-but isn't that enough my Lady?"

"Uhm no. Can I have more?" She pleaded, big eyes and all.

"No. Absolutely not." The reply was from Aidoneus and she saw that he was no longer working. His laptop was closed, resting on the table. "You can leave now Schmidt." The chef bowed and scurried away, his face grateful.

Aiyana pouted, her glass half full. But her greedy stomach looked at the glass as half empty.

"I took my eyes off you for a moment and the next thing I know you were tricking the poor chef into giving you that thing." He eyed her wine glass with horror.

"I didn't trick him. He gave it to me in his own will after I persuade him very kindly, of course. Besides it's good." She smiled innocently at him but he only raised one brow at her direction, not convinced.

"It's not good if it makes your head hurt." She wanted to say something but he was right. She was a lightweight and being hung over was something she didn't like to feel again. But the wine tastes good.

"Come here love." She went to him willingly and sat on his lap. Aidoneus snatched the glass of wine from her hand. She made a small sound of protest but she eventually let the matter go when he made her straddle him, liking their position. His other hand went around her waist, rubbing small circles on the exposed skin. She fought a shiver from coming.

"Do you really want to drink this?" She nodded. "Okay." This had her grinning like a maniac. Aidoneus saw her face and immediately added, "But..." Her face fell. "I get to be the wine glass." Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Before she could ask what he means, Aidoneus drank two big mouthfuls almost emptying the glass, he set the glass aside and reached for her face. His lips was on hers before she could understand what was going on. The sweet taste of wine tickled her taste buds as he urged her to drink from him. Finally understanding what he meant, she wasted no time and drank the sweet wine from him. She thought she would find it gross but the action felt erotic. When the sweet liquid had dried from both of their tongues they still didn't stop kissing. Aidoneus' hand that was on her waist went to her butt. His touch was light and soft that was until he gave it a squeeze and cupped her cheek. She moaned into his mouth and he let out a groan.

They pulled away from each other, needing air. They stared at each other, both eyes hooded. She thought she was drunk before when she'd drank a whole bottle of wine but this time she was positive this was what being drunk was like.

His nose nuzzled hers, his eyes now on her lips, "That was the best wine I've ever had love."

She bit her lip trying to stop her giggles, "Me too."

"Would you like to drink again?" Aidoneus' voice was husky and deep and that was enough to have her head nodding in agreement. "Words my love."

"Yes." She almost couldn't recognize her voice.

He pecked her lips once. He reached for the glass again and they repeated what they'd done from before. By the time they were finished, she felt hot and she could also feel the huge arousal that was resting underneath her leg.

He kissed every part of her face and then his lips went to her neck. Kissing, biting and sucking she couldn't help but moan. He licked her throat and nibbled her lower lip. He kissed her once before pulling her close, hugging her close to his body, his head on her chest. Her own arms went to wrap around his head bringing him closer. She felt his nose running between the center of her breasts then it went to her neck, resting his head there while inhaling her scent.

"You smell so good." He groaned, licking and sucking her neck. "I can't wait till I have you underneath me. Me underneath you. On you. In you."

This time she couldn't help the shiver from coming, her body tingled in the most pleasurable ways. Aidoneus pulled away slightly, just enough to see each others' faces.

"Thank you for saving me my love." The sincerity in his voice tugged her heart. She leaned in to place a chaste kiss on his lips.

"You're welcome. I'd do it again if it meant I could save you." Aidoneus seemed to really love kissing her because the moment those words left her lips, his mouth was on hers again.

They spent their flight mostly making out. Gentle caresses, fervent touches. She was positive she was as red as a tomato by the time they landed. They only took a nap for an hour, her body cuddled and tucked against Aidoneus' as they slept on Aidoneus' chair with her still perched on his lap. That wasn't enough rest after a crazy night and she just wanted to go home and sleep.

Aidoneus' other pilot was waiting for them when they landed. They were going to board the chopper since his private jet couldn't take them directly to their home as there was no runway nor ramp for parking to accommodate the jet there. Fortunately, their home had a helipad.

It only took a few minutes to land on top of their home. They both got off the chopper, Aidoneus helped her like the gentleman he is and by the time they got inside their home, Spots was running for them, his tail waggling while letting out a series of barks.

"Spots!" Aiyana yelled out in joy, she missed the dog so much.

There was a huge grin on her face when Spots went for her, tackling her and trying to lick her face, but instead he licked her hands after she covered her face with it. She was on the floor and having a fit of giggles. Aidoneus looked at them, his eyes soft, the darkness in them seemed to lighten up.

"He missed you more than me." He commented still looking at the both of them.

Aiyana sat up and petted Spots' head, the dog let himself in her lap and took the leisure to sit, liking what Aiyana was doing.

"I think he likes me more than you." She teased at Aidoneus.

He also sat beside her on the black tiles and gave her forehead a kiss, pulling her close with both of his arms. "I couldn't blame him. I like you more than me too."

She reached for his face and planted a soft kiss on his lips. "Good. That makes it even. I like you more than I like me." She giggled before fixing Spots a soft look, still petting his head.

Something changed that night, after the car chase, after she killed the man. She wanted to stay with Aidoneus. She wanted to see him all the time. She didn't want him in any danger. She cares for him so much. She should be scared. Her life had taken a turn. Just months ago she was this innocent florist who couldn't even hurt a fly (with the exception of hurting Delian of course, she'd consider him more as an animal than the flies), and now she was this girl who liked the most feared crime lord in all of the world, the wealthiest at that too. She even killed someone because she saved him. She should be scared. She really should be. But here she was, petting Aidoneus' dog while the man himself hugged her sideways, his chin resting on her shoulder, his nose nuzzled in her cheek, kissing it occasionally like they were some very normal people cuddling on the floor while the sun rose from Italy's skyline.

The day had just begun but Aiyana fell asleep with Spots on her lap. She felt Aidoneus kissing her head and then she felt the world moving as if someone was carrying her. She snuggled deep into his chest knowing it was Aidoneus who had carried her. She felt warm and soft sheets against her back, a duvet was placed on her body and Aidoneus rested a soft kiss on her forehead. She remembered being pulled by darkness with a smile on her face.

When she woke up it was already evening and she just knew Aidoneus was not home. She saw a neatly folded paper and a box on her bedside table and she quickly opened it up knowing it was from him.

Aiyana love,

Good evening my love. I'm sorry I wasn't there when you wake up I had to do some very important work. I'll be home to you this evening and considering the time in which you have woken up, you won't be waiting long for me. I also bought you your phone, feel free to use it or discard it my love. I just want you and me to have communication when I'm away, but if you don't like the phone you could change it according to your preference once we look for one. I already miss you while writing this. I'll see you later love.

-Your Aidoneus

She rolled over the bed and kicked her feet in the air, the letter clutched to her chest while a big smile painted her lips.

What are you doing to me Aidoneus?

She got up and grabbed the box from the bedside table. She opened it and indeed there was a phone in there. She turned on the phone and scrolled through it. She found there was only one number in her contact list, Aidoneus'. Smiling widely she changed the name.

My Aidoneus 💙🍷

She knew he was busy but she wanted him to know her number incase he didn't know it yet so she sent him a text. Her smile widened even more as she hit send.

She realized she was hungry when her stomach grumbled. She got off the bed to have her dinner and maybe to pour herself some wine too. She was sure Aidoneus has some. The demonic liquid tastes really good.

Few hours later, she found herself in the glass balcony with Spots as she drank her fourth glass of wine. She felt a little light headed, she was also starting to see two Spots in front of her. She always fill her glass, she was not the type to pour halfway through the glass only to pour another half again, it doesn't make sense, why half when you can have full.

"This tastes really good." She commented as she drank her fifth glass now completely empty. She reached for the bottle of wine only to see it empty too. She pouted and set the bottle and glass aside. She stared at Spots, he's sitting there behaving himself while looking at her.

"I think you have a twin Spots. Also, I can't see Virgo in the sky it isn't even fall yet."

She kept talking to Spots while the dog seemed to listen to her mumble nonsense. She was truly drunk by this point.

"Do you think Aidoneus would get mad? He told me not to drink this thing because it makes my head hurt but it tastes really good."

Spots barked as if saying yes.

Her hand went to her chest. "You'll be on my side if ever he gets mad right?"

Spots barked twice, yes yes!

"Good boy." She cooed. "You also like me more than him right?"

This time he let out a series of barks. A hundred yeses, Aiyana couldn't help but smile triumphantly. Spots got up and run. She realized he was not saying yeses when she heard a deep voice spoke behind her.

"You seem really competitive about earning my dog's affection you're even competing against me."

She looked behind her and saw Aidoneus smiling at her while petting Spots' head and the said dog was waggling his tail as he stared up at him.

"Aidoneus!" She yelled out excitedly. She stood up, her legs wobbling when the world seemed to sway. Aidoneus was by her side in a matter of seconds, saving her from planting her face on the ground.

Aidoneus let out a sigh as if just realizing the empty bottle of wine and the wine glass that laid on the floor. He fixed her with a serious look but his eyes were playful. "I didn't know I'm inlove with an alcoholic."

She only gave him a big grin. He set them down on the glass balcony, her on his lap while she laid her head on his chest as his arms went around her. Spots laid beside them too.

She could feel Aidoneus' lips on her forehead. "You really like drinking wine huh?"

She nodded, her head hitting his rock hard chest. She pouted and touched her forehead, "Why are you so hard?"

Aidoneus let out a loud laugh she was sure the stars heard him. "What's so funny?"

"You haven't seen the hardest yet love." She could feel him stifling his laughs in as if he just told her a bad but nevertheless funny joke.

"Well, can I see it?" He couldn't seem to hold his laughter in, his loud laugh alerted the birds that rested on the pine trees sending them flying away.

"One day, I'll let you see it. I'll let you feel it too."

"Why can't I see it now?" She asked innocently while looking up at him. He gave her a peck and tucked some strands of her hair behind her ear.

"Because you're not ready yet love." What was he talking about? She was more than ready that's why she was asking him. But she ignored him and instead said, "You're home now. I missed you."

"I missed you too love. And when you texted me that you missed me I knew I had to come home soon."

"You already know my number?"

"Of course."

"Can I see your phone?" She wanted to see what her name was in his contacts. "Sure love." He gave her his phone that he fetched out from his suit pocket. She went to his contacts and immediately searched for her name. He has a lot of people on his contacts. She knew most if not all of them are business related. She didn't see her name but perhaps it was because of the wine that impaired her vision to see her name. She scrolled for her name again. For the second time, she didn't see her name. Huffing, she pouted.

"My name's not in there." She complained.

"Did you see the messages?" She knew she was drunk but she still realized what that little action was. Trust. He would let her see his messages. It might not be a big deal but this was Aidoneus they were talking about. This man's private messages could probably have the very thing that would send him behind bars but he trusted her. But then again, she's only kidding herself. This was Aidoneus. The man who killed more people than the entire criminals in prison combined. Maybe that was an exaggeration but still...

Remembering that she had texted him, she went through his messages like what he said. And there, on top of all the messages was her text she sent to him hours ago.

I miss you.

-Persefóni Mou

She frowned. "That's not my name."

He chuckled. "I know. It's Greek for My Persephone. You also said before that you like her. Virgo represents her. Do you know what that name means?" She shook her head. "It means beautiful maiden, chaos harbinger. You're the most beautiful woman I've ever laid eyes on and who would've thought you'd be carrying this beautiful chaos along with you too? You surprised me too much when we were in Paris love. I never knew you could do those things. It made me realize one thing though." His eyes were on hers and even though she could see two Aidoneus and four of his eyes in front of her, she still stared back.

"What was it?"

"At first when I saw you like that, I thought you would fit right in my world. You're born for my world. But then I realized that although that would be the truth, you fitting into the chaos I'm in, that would also be false. Because how can you be born in my world when the very person who created that world is born for you?"

Her heart thudded inside her chest and she wanted to say something but all her drunk mind could think of and all her mouth could speak of was, "Damn."

Aidoneus chuckled, "Yes, damn."

"You're cheesy. I like you cheesy." He kissed her cheeks while laughing.

"I never knew I could be uhm, cheesy, as what you call it. I guess love really changes a person."

She was about to reply when a 'ding' disturbed them. It came from his phone. She gave it to Aidoneus but he only said, "Open it love." So she did.

The message was cryptic but threatening.

"I'm coming for you. I don't care who you are."

She looked at Aidoneus. Someone really bad has his number. His face was hard and serious. Gone was the happy Aidoneus. She wanted to see him smile again. Before he could say something, she started typing on the phone, determined to put a smile on his face.

"What are you doing love?" Aidoneus didn't stop her, he just let her type whatever and when she hit send she replied, "Telling them who you really are." She grinned but Aidoneus raised his brow at her, untrusting.

"And who am I really?" She gave him his phone.

He looked at it, perplexed. "Read it. Please." She begged.

He sighed but complied nonetheless and with his monotone voice spoke, "I'm a tough tootin' baby, I can punch-a your buns. Punch-a your buns, I can punch all your buns. If you're an evil witch, I will punch you for fun."

By the end of the words she was laughing. Aidoneus immediately softened after hearing her laugh. The threat and the anonymous sender forgotten.

"I just quoted baby Finn from Adventure Time! If you don't know him you could watch it with me!" Her eyes were shining with excitement as the prospect of her and Aidoneus watching the cartoon while snuggling close together came into her mind.

He kissed her forehead and... success! There was the smile that she wanted to see again. It made her smile too while wondering how one man single handedly carried all the beauty in the world.

"I think you just ruined my reputation love."
