We walked out the door getting into her Benz. I would've drove my car but Dani wanted me to drive her car so afterwards we could go to her crib instead of mine. She put the address in the gps before i drove off.
30 minutes later
Arriving at her parents house I started getting nervous. My legs started shaking.
Dani noticed "baby calm down" she put her hand on my leg
"I'm just a little nervous"
She chuckled "yeah more nervous than me"
I playfully rolled my eyes
"everything is going to be okay"
I nodded as I opened my door and got out. She held my hand as we walked up to the door. Dani knocked on the door and Jay, Dani's dad came and opened the door.
"yo hey y'all " he said giving Dani a hug and then dapped me up
We walked inside and walked to the dining room.
Soon this thick ass lady come downstairs. She resembled Dani a lot so I knew that had to be her mom. I squeezed Dani hand letting her know i was getting nervous again.
She rubbed my thumb comforting me.
"you must be Andrea"
I nodded "yes ma'am that's me" I said reaching for a handshake
She looked at my hand before accepting.
"All right let's eat!" Jay said, we all sat down at the table

Throughout the whole entire dinner Jay was talking and asking me about my music and other stuff. He was really cool people. Meanwhile, Dani's mom was just looking at me. Im more than sure she was just observing me.
"So Andrea, how did this start between you and my daughter?" Her mom pointed in between us
"well we had met on my birthday"
"at the club?"
"uh yeah"
She nodded "what are your intentions with my daughter? Are you using her for money or clout. What is it?"
"No offense but I got my own money and clout don't excite me."
She raised a eyebrow "how I don't know you using her to make yourself look good? I mean you was involved and in jail for beating on your ex girlfriend."
Damn that shit just hit hard, I hate when people bring that up. But it's not like I could blame them.
"I don't need your daughter to make myself look good. I know what I did to my ex girlfriend was wrong but nobody knows why it started it for. I'll rather die before I even think about putting my hands on Dani." I said making Dani blushed
"So how long have you been doing music?"
"Since I was younger but I stopped and just started again almost a month ago"
"so what were you doing all these years?"
I looked at Dani and she nodded "I was selling drugs"
I didn't want to lie especially since I know she's going to be around.
She looked at Dani surprised
"what?" Dani asked
"Nothing I'm just surprised to see you with someone that was doing that"
"She's not doing that anymore so it doesn't really matter"
Her mom looked at me
"I don't really trust you. Your probably a user. How you get right out of a relationship and just get back into a new one. You sold drugs and for all I know my daughter could get in drama dealing with you."
"I don't need shit from Dani, I got my own money, car, house, and other shit. If I wanted to use her don't you think i woulda did that. Your daughter is the most amazing girl I had been with. How smart she is, how independent she is, her personality, man everything she do is amazing. I've been through so much shit and I honestly ain't got time for this man"
By this time my nerves was bad and my leg was shaking.
I got up "thanks for the food or am I using y'all for that too?"
I walked out the house and walked down the street and called Dave.
"wassup bro" he said

"I can't believe this shit" I said standing up grabbing my purse
"what?" My mom asked
"Did you hear what you just said ma?"
"Dani I was asking questions"
"okay and it's always that lead to every person I'm with not liking you. Not everyone is a bad person. She makes her own money. She don't ask for shit for me. Yes, I met her at the club. Yes, she hit her girlfriend. Yes, she sold drugs. We all did things in our life that we regret but we learn from it. If your so happy and in love why can't you let me be?" I said walking towards the door

I walked out the door. I don't have time listening to what she have to say.

We was chilling at my house, I told this ugly nigga to leave a hour ago but he claim he was bored.,

"Anything happened between you and India?"
"no but before she kicked me out the other day she said if I stop fucking females then she'll think about us."

He checked his phone and got up off the couch.

He shook his head and left out the door. I unlocked my door and walking up the stairs. But my door bell rung making me turn around.
"Alright Dave I ain-" I stoped my sentence
