Reflecting on my writing I realize I would probably be upset by the things I'm reading. Read this book with love for yourself. I hope to go through chapter by chapter and put trigger warnings but for the time being please note that this book contains the following content that may be triggering to some people or not appropriate for some audiences:

-physical and emotional torture
- description of severe depressive episodes and suicidal thoughts
-depictions of PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.
