(Y,N) PoV
"So now that we are being open to each other...what is your natural hair color?" I asked to Ela who was laying down on my bed watching her phone
"Blonde" she said then she stood up and sat down next to me
"When are you changing that shit?" Ela added looking at my old Nokia
"I just need a phone to get calls not to chat" I said rolling my eyes
"Plus Grace can't hack it" I said kinda proud
"I don't care, it pisses me of that I cannot send you memes" she said crossing her arms
"Wait...Ela Bosak watches memes?" I said surprised and her eyes widened in surprise then looked away
"Of course, I mean just from time to time, when I'm bored...I have sense of humor too you know" she said then cleared her throat
"Look I also draw here but I prefer to draw in my book" she quickly said obviously trying to change the topic
"Operator (y,n) (l,n) you are required in the debriefing room" I heard Six voice through the comms
"Have to go Ela, take care" I said
"Yeah...you too" she said then I left the room
Ela PoV
MEMES!!!! Why the hell I brought that up! I'm such an idiot! Above everything else I could talk about, memes have to be the topic...I went to the bathroom and looked at the mirror then sighed...
"Way to go Elzbieta..." I said suddenly someone knocked my door so I went to check who was knocking, for my surprise it was my sister
"What do you need Zo?" I said leaning on the door with my arms crossed
"Six put me in charge of the recruits today, I was wondering if you could help me" she said
"You asking for my help?" I raised an eyebrow in confusion
"Well if you don't want to help me I get it" She said
"Fine I'll go" I said
I didn't like to be near the recruits because all of them think they can hit on me, that really pisses me off but I'm here because Zo asked for help and I don't think Six would care if I knock down a few of them as soon as I listen to a pick up line.
After I got ready we headed to the running track, I was watching how Zo put them in line by just yelling at them. I couldn't hear what they were saying but I saw a couple of them talking.
"You, the one in the third position of the second line to the front" I stood next to Zo while the recruit broke formation and did what he was told
"What's your name?" I asked him
"Abel, Ma'am!" He said
"Well Abel, why don't you tell us what were you discussing with your friend that was more important than paying attention" I said crossing my arms
"We were talking about how hot you were" he said and I sighed
"I want all of you to run ten laps, and I'm going easy on you because it's my daughter's birthday" Zo yelled at them
"And you 'Abel' you are running until the team that will go on a mission returns" I said
"What are you waiting? an invitation?"Zofia yelled again and all of them started running
"That guy has the balls to talk about you like that" Zo sat down next to me and I rolled my eyes
"I wanted to kick his ass so badly...anyway. Today is Karina's birthday?" I said
"Yes, she turned three today! I'm making a video call today if you want to stop by and you can bring (y,n) too" Zo said
"Sounds cool" I shrugged
"Yes it does!" I heard (y,n) voice and I got scared
"Don't you ever do that" I said
"Sorry Ela. By the way, I was wondering if you could lend me your mines for today's mission" He said
"Sure, whatever" I said trying not to look at him because I didn't want to show my blushing face to Zo
"Hey I'm heading to Russia, If you don't mind I can bring a cake...at least to enjoy it ourselves" (y,n) said
"That would be great. I'll make sure to pay you" Zo said
"Nah, that won't be necessary, I still own you for what I did...plus is you daughter birthday" he said then he looked at me
"Do you want something?" He asked me and I blushed
"No thank you" I said
"Are you sure?" he asked again then I pushed him...not too hard of course.
"I said NO you idiot!" I yelled at him
"Well...if you say so" He shrugged then he left and I sighed
"I know it's not my business, but I can tell you like him" Zo said and my eyes wide open and my cheeks were red
"No I don't!" I nervously said
"Look Ela...you would've yelled at me if you were really mad, but you didn't...I'm just asking you to be careful, that's all" Zo said. I'm not sure if he likes me...even if he does, he needs someone better than me.
Time Skip
Moscow, Russia
(Y,N) PoV
"First time in Russia?" Finka asked
"Yeah, first time...by the way, you guys know what's the best cake around here?" I asked
"Honey Cake" everyone said and my eyes wide open because I wasn't expecting them to answer me that fast...I wasn't even expecting an answer
We came to Moscow because we got an alert of a bomb threat in the brand new Cafe Dostoyevsky, Everyone was thinking about the mission but I was thinking if they have the cake I was told it was the best. I came with Finka, Maverick, Lion, and Tachanka.
"Well I know this is your territory guys but I think it would be best if you get in the rooftop while I get in through the main door" I said
"That's suicide" Tachanka, the lord, said
"Do you have the defuser?" I looked at Lion and he nodded
When we arrived, the place was already surrounded by the police, Finka was heading to talk to them because I don't know about the others but I don't speak Russian. While they were talking I was scanning the building searching for weakness but everything was reinforced.
I used my rappel gear to climb up from the side of the cafe and when I put my two feet on the wall Finka tapped my shoulder and I looked at her while I was upside down
"Where are you going?" She asked me
"Well, I was heading to the rooftop" I said even though I told them that I was going to get in through the main door
"I thought we were the ones going to the roof" Lion said
"Wait...you were really listen to me?" I said confused
"We were planning to follow your lead" Maverick said then I scratched inside my ear
"Well, that changes things" I said getting off my rappel gear
The white masks just send a threat, they wanted the government to give up or the bomb inside the building will explode...for them to do that then it's not a normal bomb. They haven't started the countdown but I'm pretty sure they will as soon as we get in. After watching the blueprints of the building...I came up with a plan.
The plan was this: We will split up, Lion with me while the rest get inside from the rooftop. We will get inside first with the defuser, as soon as we breach the countdown will start. Thanks to our drones we found the bombs, one was in the reading room and the other in a dining room near the train museum.
"Let's move guys, I'll keep the defuser with me" I said and they nodded then Finka pulled aside
"I think you should be aware of my bone disease" she said
"Look Finka, I'm not a doctor but I can assure you nothing will happen to you" I said and she took a deep breath and then nodded
Me and Lion were waiting on the terrace near a door waiting for the other team to get in position, when I heard they were ready I tapped Lion shoulder and he nodded.
"Activating big brother" he said then I looked at his phone and all the enemies were marked in red
I breached the door and then we began our attack. The pillar room was full of white mask but I threw a mine at them and while they were under the effects Lion and I killed them. Next to us was the reading room where one bomb was, I told Lion to get in while I clean the area.
"Activating adrenaline boost" Finka said and all of the sudden I felt a little bit stronger.
I knew there were enemies below us and they will come at any second so I put a mine on the stairs. After I killed the enemies in the train museum and found the other bomb I headed back to Lion who was activating the big brother again. The enemies were coming up fast so I headed to the pillar room again.
"LMG MOUNTED AND LOADED!" I heard Tachanka screaming in the balcony overlooking the pillar room and the stairs then I felt Finka adrenaline boost again.
I quickly ran outside while Tachanka killed the reinforcements...in that moment I understood why they call him "Lord" I headed inside again
"DUDE! Are you serious!?" I said because he didn't even let us know where he was going to put his lmg
"Sorry my bad, I got all carried away" Tachanka said and I chuckled
Maverick came with me to check the area below us while the others help Lion to defuse the bombs. Finka and Lion activated their gadget for the last time and we headed down and finished them off.
The mission was a success.
Ela PoV
"Hey man come over here" I called the recruit who was still running. I decided to stay and check on him
"Next time you have something to say, keep it to yourself...and call me hot again and those are going to be your last words" I said while grabbing him by his shirt
I saw a helicopter coming and I got happy because he came back again, the team was alright but most importantly he was fine. I wasn't expecting him to bring a cake for real but he did.
Time Skip
We were on Zofia's room singing happy birthday to Karina and that was the first time I saw Zofia's husband. He looks like an idiot...Anyway we sang to my niece happy birthday then we ate the most delicious cake I ever had. Then we headed to our room.
"How was your mission?" I asked him
"Well, it went well" he replied
(Y,N) PoV
After I answer her she approached to me and started to check me scanning for wounds or something but she didn't find anything.
"I'm glad you are fine, not that I care but my job is to keep an eye on you" she said and I rolled my eyes
"It would be a surprise If you care" I said and she looked at me over her shoulder
"What's that supposed to mean?" She turned around with her arms crossed
"You heard me" I said. Too late to go back now
"Maybe I care but I don't want to tell you" She said
"Yeah sure" I said
"You don't believe me?" She said
"I said 'yeah sure'" I looked at her
I turned around again to get my pijamas when suddenly she grabbed my arm and when I face her she kissed me then pulled me away last thing I knew I was outside our room still in shock...
I just got a kiss from a girl...
