~The next morning~
Shadow/ Dark Night P.O.V:
There is an ancient French proverb that says "The future belongs to those who get up early", well for me i was already in the forest walking and thinking for some could be a inspiration to help me for the song, i decide to go to the abandoned castle maybe i could find something
I decide to walk instand of teleporting, the forest is so quite and calm only some little animals and the breath of the wind could be hear it's peaceful here i finally arrive to the enter of the cave and slid inside than i just sit down for a bit taking a little break before i continue, i look around me remebering what Nexus told me about this place.
It must be really painful for him, giving birth here alone where the danger is in every corner, something caught my attention ther was a piece of red tissue stock under the rock, i took it and rub it between my fingers, the quality of the tissue is familiar to me, the fabric had a smell that is so familiar I can't stop smelling it, it makes me think a lot about .... Sonic
No, i'm done with past i've to moving forward no more tears no more pain, the future's waiting for me, i'm writting a new chapter of my live and nothing will stop me, i put the fabric on my pocket and continue my way to the castle
~1 hour later~
Here i'm in the castle again sitting close to the white tree thinking peacefully with my tablet writing my thoughts, i can't stop thinking about the piece of the fabric that i found in the cave i hold it on my hand thighly not knowing i close my eyes and lay down just remembering when me and Nexus were here just some days ago, just thinking of him make me smile.
I'm really excited for the party i'll finally tell him who i'm really, but at the same time i'm really scared, what if he won't accept me, or he'll be affraid of me, i'm pretty sure that he know about my story with Sonic, if he discover who i'm he'll run away with his son and i won't see them seeing them ever again, or worst i could make their live in danger, Those ideas won't stop spinning on my head it's start to hurt a little then the fear the dark thought slowly ravage my mind, those horrible memories of the accident still come back everytime.
"* raise up and yell* No that's enough i'm not letting those toughts cosume me again, i'm gonna to face my fears and tell him everything, i don't care what gonna happen next i'll tell him the truth and win this battle"
I feel away better now after this yell all what in my heart, i sit back close the tree again thinking of what i said now, " Face My Fears" i keep repeat this for more than 10 time slowy thinking about the music earlier it give me a idea, i know how i'll name my song all i need now is some words
~Meanwhile at hostel~
Rouge/ White Agate P.O.V:
I didn't wake up really early Today because of Shadow, yesterday i told him about the party in the village he didn't like the idea he also refuse to go, i keep try to convince him to come but he just didn't want to, when i tell that Nexus will be there and Chaos really want him to come this party night, he just shut and went to sleep and now he's not here not leaving a note, I don't know what is he doing but I feel that he'll do something that we'll regret after
After i take a little bath and my breakfast i went to the fountain to see the kids but i only saw Mr Nexus sitting with some other kids of the village sitting on the fountain singing some song and the kids dance well more they try to dance, that's so funny and adorable too, i sit closer to him while he's singing.
Once he finish singing the kids went back to their family there was only me and him we've talk for some moments until Choas and his friends finally arrive, Choas jump into his mom arms hugging him thigh, i feel my face drawing a smile, i suddendly imagine me with a our kids on my arms, i wonder if Knuckles would like the ideas of having a kids, i mean we just fiance but i hope he won't say no once we marry the next summer.
I snap out of my thought when Flash call me and ask me if i was okay, i tell him that i'm fine then i heard Choas saying to his mom about some help with the song since he's free now which he gladly accepted and ask me for the lyrics and i give it to him both of the page, he start to read and also singing it a little than take his ukulele play some note for the first lyrics
As he sing well feel ourslef moving with the song which it's really amazing i even start to dance a little we all compliment him and he just blush as he rub the back of his head then he take the second one he adjust the strings of his ukulele and play diffrent note before singing again.
Chaos P.O.V:
Mom is really the best , he always found solution for everything now we found the perfect note and music for the song all we have to do is changing a little the melody and Voila.... song is ready, my mom receive a call from grandpa to help him at the restaurent, once he left i ask miss White Agate about Mr.Dark Night but she say that he has some stuff to do and she'll talk to him later as soon as possible.
In that case we should concentrated on the song and a way to make them closer, i take my ukulele and play again the song but i suddenly i mix both of them together it give a different note and the song get even better Miss White Agate start to sing and it's pretty good, i've to admit her voice make the song even better, i should problably play with a bass, i know some friends who could lend us their bass, i hope he'll accept.
~After some hours later~
Flash P.O.V:
We've been waiting for Choas at the fountain since he go a hours ago to bring the bass, he finally come back but without the bass, he say that they need it to thier training, i just rememer that my dad use to have, he was also a guitarist in his day after, he found a job fishing and marry mom, he hasn't played since, he propably put somewhere in the garage.
I jump out of the edge of the fountain and told tem about it before running to my house, and once i finally did i saw my dad in the garage and ask him about the bass after i explain him the reason he agree lend it to me if i promise to taking care about.
After he give me his old bass i went back to the fountaine but on my way back i saw Mr. Dark Night talking to... My MOM!!??
Why is he talking to my mom?, i put the bass on my back and come closer without noitice, just like a spy or Secret agent, i hide behind a trash can and put the bass down so they won't notice that i'm here, i'm close enough to hear the conversation
Mr.Dark Night: " so can you handle this?"
Mom: "of course i can Mr, i going immediately call their parent and explain them everything, i'm pretty sure they'll accept that"
Flash: " * whisper* accept what ???"
Mr. Dark Night: " and make sure that no one know about it, and specially him"
Mom: " don't you worry, i won't say a word to anybody you've my promis"
Mr.Dark Night: " thank you, i appreciated your help"
Mom: " hehe, Mr we all are like familly in this village we all help each other, helping you is the very pleasure"
Mr.Dark Night: " i still appreciated your help Miss...."
Mom: " Soleil, Miss Soleil, i'm gonna work on this from this evening"
Mr. Dark Night: " i'll meet tomorrow here at the same time and then i'll show you where to go"
Mom: " here at the same time, got it see ya tomorrow"
Mr.Dark Night : " good bye"
After they separed i follow Mr. Dark Night just by curuosity he went to the restaurent, and i saw him and Mr Nexus talking at littleso again I sneak quietly under the tables and then to a plant pot who was just behind him and listen again, he order his usal meal and Choas Motherwent to bring to him After a moment he come back with order and sit on the chair on i front to Mr Dark Nignt after he ask the permisson
Mr.Nexus:" i'm glad that you came here, the restaurent is pretty empty this days"
Mr.Dark Night: "really, why!?"
Mr.Nexus:" oh well, it because the Party of the 500th years of the village, everyone are so excited and they all prepare themself for this occassion, i also gonna have to prepare myself too, i promis to my son to help him with his song too"
Mr. Dark Night: "what about you aren't you going to the party?"
Mr.Nexus: "of course i'll be there someone have to serve the food to the people"
Mr.Dark Night: " yaeh, i mean on the stage, i'm pretty sure that you and Choas never miss a chance like that"
Mr.Nexus: " it's true but this time i can't help him, i've to help my parent and the inhabitants to decorate the village too, i don't really have the time, what about you aren't you coming at the party?"
Mr. Dark Night: " well, i'm not pretty sure those aren't my cup of tea and i problably can't sing either i'm really bad at that * rub the back of his quills*"
Mr.Nexus: " it's a shame, I would have liked ...uuuh... I meant, we would have liked you to join us at the party*blush*"
Mr.Dark Night: " *blush* well... I...Umm will think about it* turn his head a little*"
Mr.Nexus: " really!? Well i hope we will meet you there, at the party"
Mr. Dark Night:"yeah right....* blush more* beside i sea at the fountain this early morning with some kids"
Mr.Nexus: " Oh The kids, yeah they love coming at the funtain and early to enjoy thier time more, i like to go thier sometime singing, it help me to start my day, i work on a song for the opening of the stage talent"
Mr. Dark Night: "that great may i heard it?"
Mr.Nexus: " of course, * take his Ukulele and start to play some note* tell me what do you think, okay!?"
Mr.dark Night: " okay *put his head on the palm of his hands*"
Mr. Dark Night: " *clap his hands* it's amazing, bravo.. bravo "
Mr.Nexus: " thank you * blushs* glad you like it"
At the moment that Mr.dark Night gonna say something Choas Grandpa call him to help him at the kitchen, before they say their good bye Mr. Nexus Kiss Mr.dark Night cheek and go, Mr.dark Night stand for a few seconds stroking his cheek before he starts walking out the restaurent with his face all red.
I escape from the restaurent and went running back to the fountain and tell them what i just saw, but before that i went where i left the bass close to the trash can where i see him again with a big smile still stroking his cheek, i don't what is going on here but we'll find out sooner or later.
