"Sorry got a little carried away" she smiled sheepishly while rubbing the back of her neck in embarrassment
"Can we just get on with the damn game" you hear a unfamiliar voice lash out
You turned your attention to a guy that had a blonde hair that had a black line, his face was intimidating but it didn't scare you because there was only one face that could scare you to the ends of the earth..your dad
You watch as Tamaki gave him a death glare, immediately you see him get nervous but tried to play it cool, Tamaki who was having enough violently forcing his head into a bow with her including
"Sorry for his incompetent behavior..right maddog?" She said this maddog name pretty harshly as you watch the guy mumble a 'sorry' but was still smacked by her
'I swear this girl could literally kill someone one day' you thought while you saw her scolding Maddog
"Soo~ will you still give me your number" you felt an arm sling around your shoulders, on instinct since it was Oikawa we are talking about to shot a glare making him ran behind Iwazumi for some kind of protection
You sighed and asked the team to follow you to the gym that they will be playing at, on the way you were chatting with Tamaki and Iwazumi about random stuff. During all of this you saw that Oikawa was far away as possible from you
You finally make it to the gym and open the doors, "everyone meet the visitors!" You shouted getting all the attention of the team
They all gathered around Aobajohsai and bowed down greeting them "thanks for coming" they said in unison
You smiled at your team and call Kiyoko and Yachi to come and help the team get settled, after all of that you looked around the gym to look for a raven haired boy
After scouting the gymnasium you finally see his little head in the corner to which seems to be he was sitting on the floor doing something, you meekly walk over to him to see that he was filling his nails. Knowing Kageyama, you knew he was either ticked off or nervous
You stood in front of him and sighed, noticing that he didn't even look up at you. You sat right in front of him and yanked the file off his hand making him look at you, you grab both of his hands and link them with yours
"Tobio..there is something wrong, tell me" you said, immediately locking eyes you fell him squeeze your hand indicating that he wasn't okay
You looked at him and scooted closer to him, when you were close enough you place his head on your shoulder
"What's wrong..." you asked while running your fingers through his raven hair, he breathes out a hot sigh making you blush
"The last time we played against Oikawa we lost..I know this is just a practice match but I don't want to lose to him" he mumbled
"Tobio..we are gonna try to win this match, but even if we lose it will help us in the long run. Who cares if Oikawa wins this round because we are going to kick is ass the next time we play and I know it" after your statement he lifted his head and locked eyes with your smiling face
He nodded at your response, happy from his answer you stood up and smiled at the little crow "let's get ready the match is about to start" you said offering a hand to him to which he gladly accepted
You both walked hand-in-hand to where the team was getting ready, you both started to stretch while having a conversation with the rest of the team
After all of that you headed to the court getting your positions, but before to could go and take your place you hear Yachi calling you
"(Y/n)-Chan!" You waited for her to come over, you gave her a confused expression
"What's up?" You said at the blonde girl
"Try to keep an eye on Oikawa-san and Kageyama I have a weird feeling that something is going to happen" you immediately scout the gym to find the one thing that Yachi was worried about
You watch as Kageyama and Oikawa sending death glares at each other, it was so intense that the while team was shook. You thanked Yachi for her concern and walked up to Kageyama
You looked at his face, and did the most cutes thing. He started to pout making look like a angry puppy, internally you were squealing but before you could say anything you hear Ennoshita call everyone to the court
You gather with everyone to the line, in numerical order making you the last since you were number 13
"Thank you for the game!" You all say as you bow to the other team
With the blow of the whistle you get into position, as the game starts you get ready for the pre-match to determine who get to serve
Ennoshita throws the ball into the air and immediately like a flash you saw Hinata slam the ball down to the opponents side, who were in shock on how did he get the ball so fast
You could see the smug look on Oikawa's face slowly decay indicating that he was starting to get serious
To your luck you were in turn to serve, Noya tosses you the ball and you get ready to serve
You stand a little far away from the line to get a running start, you take a deep breath and toss the ball a little father and jumped high enough to put all your force
You swing your hand and slap the ball with all your might causing it to fly directly to the line, praying to god that it was in court you fall back to the ground immediately looking at Ennoshita to see if it was in
He shoots his hand up indicating that it was in, you smiled and was immediately bombarded by your teammates.
And again you jump serve but to your dismay they receive it and oh boy this was the start of a long match
Time Skip
At the end of the match you lost to Aobajohsai 23-25, and pretty much after that Hinata was basically asking to play more match to which all of you accept which was a huge mistake
Apparently this orange ball of sunshine had so much energy that you guys played 5 matches, mostly all of the team including Aobajohsai were collapsed on the floor panting
But oh god, for so ungodly reason Hinata still had some energy let "ONE MORE MAT-" immediately shouting him up everyone literally screamed "NO!"
The sunshine pouted and just accepted it, after regaining your regular breathing pattern your nose twitched
You took a deep breath and smelt the most heavenly smell, you weren't the only one like rising from the dead all of the hungry players looked around vigorously looking from where that smell was coming from
You all shot your heads to the door to see Takeda-senpai has gotten a ton of food, like it was the end of the world everyone rushed over to get some scaring the poor teacher out of his mind
You and Tamaki were the first to grab the food, nobody even dared to get there first since their female teammate were..let's say- very passionate about their food
You both chump on your food like you were about to die any second as your male teammates watch you in surprise.
While you were busy eating your food you failed to realize that Daichi was coming over to you
"(Y/n) do you have a moment" you turned your face that was stuffed with food and nodded
You swallowed the food that was inside your mouth and walked with Daichi outside of the gym
"Anything wrong?" You said curiously
"Actually there is something wrong...did you notice something different about Kageyama?" By the look on his face you knew something was wrong which made you worry
"Umm..the only thing I could think of was when he was frustrated before-"
"No I mean after the game" you noticed how his voice became more serious "no not that I know of" you said getting anxious
"Well while everyone was eating Kageyama and Oikawa got into a little..fight outside in front of the school"
Your eyes widen and you body couldn't move it was like you weren't functioning anymore, Daichi realized this as a sign to continue

"While everyone was eating Sugawara noticed that the two weren't there so him and Iwazumi opted to go look for them, when they found them they were in the middle of a fist fight so they intervened and pulled the two off of each other" he said
To be honest you didn't know how to think about this, on one hand you wanted to know what made Kageyama do what ever he did while in the other hand you felt it was all your fault for not realizing it sooner than hearing it after it happened
"Where are they right now" you asked tears on the brink of your eyes, Daichi's eye widened and immediately engulfed you in a hug
"He's okay..they are in the club room with Sugawara, Kiyoko and Iwazumi" he said which was the starting point of waterfall of tears
"C-can y-you b-bring m-me there"

He nodded and brought you to the club room, when you reached there you saw Kiyoko holding the first aid kit leaning against the wall..she looked tired
After realizing that you where headed to the club room she stopped you "(y/n)-Chan are you sure you want to go.." he said with a hint of doubt in her voice
You just nodded and slowly Daichi opened the door...
