"Maslow's endorsement regarding humanism initiated the beginning of new psychological components being analyzed, thus solidifying the 1940s era. Solely, during this time frame, psychology manifested predominantly towards the negative elements of the mind. The two leading perspectives of psychology were behaviorism- how stimuli affects observable behavior- and psychoanalysis-how present behavior is dictated by past experiences that have rested upon the unconscious. Maslow grew quick irritation as he felt as though both perspectives failed to recognize the positive half of the mind and lingered on the 'sick half of psychology', hence formulating the third force of psychology: Humanism. A light snore caused me to stop mid sentence as I raised my head up only to come face to face with a close-eyed snoring Taylor
"TAYLOR!" I hissed vigorously shaking her shoulder to wake her up
"I'm up, I'm up!" She uttered as she let out a yawn before blinking her eyes repeatedly
I gave her an unamused face as I crossed my arms against my chest
"Oh don't look at me like that" she rebutted, once noticing my annoyance, "you've read that to me three times" she said, looking at me expectedly as she combed her hair with her fingers, most likely to make sure she didn't have bed hair
"yeah because you fell asleep three times" I deadpanned giving her a 'try me' face
"You know I hate learning" she whined stretching her words out as she gave me her best puppy dog eyes, "just let me be stupid in peace"
I rolled my eyes, not having the energy nor the time to have a disagreement with her before letting a sigh escape my lips
"Whatever, it's fine. I'll just ask Mrs.Sedesta to look it over for me" I said tirelessly as I looked over my paper one last time
"Wait" Taylor said with her voice laced in irritation while her index finger was lifted up
I raised my eyebrow at her as she continued to look at me with pique
"you mean to tell me.." she said slowly, "you put me through all of that and this isn't even your final draft?!" she finished looking at me incredulously
I looked at her boredly for around 4 seconds before saying 'yes' and walking away with her murmuring profanities from behind me

I don't know why every class has decided to assign essays and have them due next to one another but it's killing me
I couldn't help but also feel a little saddened that I'm not enjoying it because the papers hold interesting topics, yet because I feel so pressured, I'm dreading it more than anything else

I headed out the school doors and into my car letting out a big sigh

I closed my eyes for two seconds leaning my head onto the headrest as I finally felt my headache decrease slightly
All of a sudden my phone starts ringing causing me to jump slightly at the sudden noise
"Really....now?" I muttered to myself before answering the call
"What?" I said after putting the phone on speaker and closing my eyes
"Hello to you too mi amor" his deep voice filling my ears
"What do you want" I whined sticking my bottom lip out as I creased my eyebrows
Blake lets out a low chuckle causing my own lips to twitch upwards slightly at the rich noise
His laugh is intoxicating to say the least
"You sound stressed" he said but it sounded more like an observation than anything else
I hummed in response taking a deep breath in
"Schools just been a little chaotic. I haven't slept much this week" I revealed as my tone signified the sleep I so desperately needed
"I'm sorry baby" he said causing my stomach to swirl as heat found it's way to my cheeks
"It's alright, I'll talk to you later okay?" I said reluctantly opening my eyes and turning the engine on
"Okay. I love you"
I smiled at his words before saying 'I love you too' and hanging up

The document gives a perspicuous interpretation and explanation regarding what the Dawes Act was meant for and how it was used in American's benefit, explained previously. The document details in what the subjective was- Americanization and land reform, what steps were taken- multiple treaties and negotiations, and how Native Americans were seen- poorly and in need of reconstruction. The main reason for this document was not to understand why the Dawes act was created, though it briefly does speak for it. The objective was to understand what the Dawes Act was, as a law, and what alterations were made towards the law. To further better comprehend the what the document is trying to convey, it's important to look at the events leading up towards the Dawes Act. I get up from my sitting position and begin walking towards the door with speculation before slowly opening it and sticking my head out only to see Blake holding a large box of pizza and wine

My heart leaped from my chest as I open the door wider giving him a wide grin only for him to smirk at me in response
"You said you were stressed so..I figured maybe this could help" he said chuckling almost nervously to himself as I inwardly let out another 'awwwwwwww'
I stared at him with wide excited eyes grinning from ear to ear only for him to jokingly roll his eyes
"In that case, come on in" I teased as we both chuckled
"Here, let me put these on the table as you take off your shoes"
He nodded in response as I grabbed the box and wine and put them at the table in front of the tv

"What is the matter with you?" He asked as his hand rested upon his chest while he let another loud laughter escape his lips
"I'm serious! I'm Psychic!" I said in fits of laughter
For the past hour, we've made ourselves comfortable on the couch as we chewed on the pizza, slurped down the wine, and laughed more than we possibly have laughed in our lives
Every single moment with him has been incredible but this is by far one for the books
We took deep breaths in controlling our laughter as we just stared into each other's gleaming eyes
His grey eyes stared deep into mine a he darted his tongue over his bottom lip and leaned closer
"You know" he whispered huskily, "I think I may have a few ways of releasing your tension"
I shivered slightly as his breath hit my ear causing his lips to quirk upwards
"Oh yeah? And what would that be?" I asked raising my right eyebrow at him
He let out the softest chuckle before placing his hand on my thigh and massaging it slightly rising it higher and higher,
"You want me to relax you mi amor? Let me relax you"
