Any Italics without quotation marks or in a paragraph is Allison's counterpart talking. It is not her thoughts or me emphasising something, just making that clear because I can imagine it'd get confusing.
One last thing, when Allison is in full control, Frost talks in her head, only she can hear Frost's words, but when Frost is in control, Allison can't talk to her
