Greetings Everyone! Lucy here and this post may make some of you cry, but I feel like it's needed through these troublesome times.
Please, note everything I say does come from the deep depths of my heart. So if you shed tears don't label yourself as weak, tears cleanse the soul of turmoil and Anguish.
Life, it's so hard and can be dangerous depending on the stability of the person. Life has its treacherous ups and downs that make us weep, feel sorrow, depression, pain, the low esteem, the list goes on and on, but we can overcome life when we believe in ourselves, learn to love yourself as a living being, don't downgrade, belittle, or bad mouth yourself. Yes, we do it in the heat of the moment, but stop doing it constantly! You're all beautiful inside and out no matter what society says about you!
The society, the community, so many systems impacts all of us in the worst possible ways, but if you keep applying yourself mentally and spiritually you got this! We all cry, we all share a pain regarding something, but some can overcome pain quickly than others and that's okay!
That leads us to step two after you learn to love yourself, then you surround yourself with people who truly care about you. People who will be there for you even when they push to push you away, people who will try to understand and support you, people who won't turn their backs on you when you did wrong, people who don't wish bad on you, people who won't talk bad about you and smile on your face.
True people that will tell you like it is, but instead of being mad or hating you they say I'm sorry you feel that way, how can we fix this or compromise.
Sadly, not everyone is your friend or pretend to be to gain something from you that's beneficial to themselves, but you still wish good for that person even to those you don't know.
Our world is dying because everyone only cares about themselves! They're afraid to speak out, to use the voice they were gifted with, they rather hide in a big crowd and play background!
No, if we want a change in our world, whether it's through the Internet or actually out there we have to contribute! We need to help each other, even people I may dislike which I hate disliking anyone I still wish them the best and I pray for them. You can't always help people because a lot of them are stubborn when I encounter stubborn people I use my faith and just pray for them.
People will drag you down if you let them, that's when I pull back and go to a spiritual approach. Even, though the internet has brought pain to me, I'm still here because I want to make a positive impact somehow even if it's just with one person! "We are all anointed to make an impact, We don't just talk about it, we be about it!" {My Moto at my church}
Sorry, I was inspired to write this out being in my Early Childhood Development class and with all these mass shootings I just needed to let it all out! I hope this inspires and uplifts someone because that's the kind of person that I am! We as people need to look at the bigger picture and stop hurting each other and learn to love each other like we're suppose to do! This world will continue to crumble unless we the people do something about it!
So didn't almost tear up writing this. 🤧
