Calum
I stood on the field in my cheerleader uniform as I waited for the other girls to form the pyramid. I nervously fiddled with my hands. This was my first time being the top of the pyramid and I was a clumsy girl, so falling was inevitable.
"You ready, Y/N?" my best friend asked.
"I guess." I gulped as I started to climb. Before long, I was at the top.
"Okay, Y/N, this is the part where Sarah and I hold one leg whilst you hold up the other with your hand." She explained.
"Got it." I nodded.
"Okay. One...two...three." she spoke. Suddenly, I was launched into the air and I could no longer feel Sarah's hand around my ankle. I screamed as I started to fall past the others and towards the ground.
"Y/N!" I squeezed my eyes shut, determined to try and block out the pain that was to come. Suddenly, I felt two muscular arms under my legs and supporting my back. I opened my eyes to see Calum holding me, smirking his ass off.
"Hey, babe." He smirked.
"Oh, thank god." I sighed in relief.
"What? You didn't think I would actually let you fall, did you?" he chuckled. I rolled my eyes before climbing out of his arms.
"Hey, I think that I deserve a "thank you"." He called as I started to walk away.
"In what form?" I asked.
"Let me take you out. Coffee after school or something." He spoke, walking up to me.
"Why would you want to take me out?" I scoffed.
"Well, you're the head cheerleader, I'm the head jock, we're made for each other. Also, I actually really like you." He shrugged. I sighed and bit my lip.
"What do you say?" he asked.
"Sure." I nodded.
"Alright, see you after sixth period." He smiled.
"See you." I returned it before walking away.
Luke
I stood at my locker, sorting through my homework for the day when I felt two arms wrap around my waist and a pair of lips attach themselves to my neck.
"Hey, baby." I sighed in bliss at Luke.
"Hey." He mumbled against my skin. I turned around in his arms and pecked him on the lips. I pulled away but Luke quickly pressed our lips back together in a passionate kiss. I broke it again.
"Luke, we're in public." I muttered.
"That's never stopped you before." He teased, making me smile and giggle slightly.
"So, what do you want?" I asked.
"Oh, so now I have to need something in order to see my girlfriend?" he chuckled.
"Yes." I laughed, making him return it.
"But seriously, what do you want?" I asked again.
"Coach booked us a big match with a rival school and I want you to come." He spoke.
"Why wouldn't I come?" I asked. Luke chuckled sheepishly.
"It's the night before finals start." He spoke. My eyes widened.
"No. I'm sorry, baby, but no." I shook my head.
"Aww, please, you're my lucky charm, there's no way we'll even have a chance without you." Luke groaned.
"Luke, I love you, but if I go to your game, I'll be stressed that I'm not studying, and you know how I am when I'm stressed." I sighed.
"Please, babe, I need you there. You motivate me." He begged. I looked up at him.
"Fine." I gave in. His lips immediately curled into a smirk and he kissed me.
"Thank you, baby, I love you so much." He smiled.
"Hmm." I chuckled.
Michael
I was sat at my desk, writing notes as Michael and his friends walked into the classroom.
"Hey, baby." He smiled as they walked past my desk. I rolled my eyes before flipping them off.
"Wow, not very friendly." Luke chuckled. They all laughed as they took their seats. I looked up again to see Michael winking at me as he passed my desk and took his seat behind me. I sighed as I turned my attention back to the front. Suddenly, my phone buzzed.
Unknown: I want to see you at my game tonight ;).
My eyebrows furrowed.
Y/N: Who is this?
Unknown: Michael, duh.
I rolled my eyes at his response.
Y/N: How did you get my number?
Unknown: Does it matter?
Y/N: Kind of.
Unknown: I want to see you at my game tonight.
Y/N: And why would I come?
Unknown: Come on, baby, stop playing hard to get, I know you love seeing me running around, all sweaty and hot ;).
I scoffed to myself.
Y/N: You wish.
Unknown: No, I know ;).
Y/N: If I come to your game, will you stop texting me?
Unknown: For now, ;).
I sighed.
Y/N:...fine.
Unknown: Thanks, babe ;).
I rolled my eyes and turned around to see Michael smirking at me before sending me a wink, making a small smile creep onto my lips.
Ashton
I walked into the house where the party was being thrown. I went straight to the kitchen and poured a beer cup full of tequila before downing it quickly, my face screwing up slightly at the taste.
"I think you're the first person I've ever seen down a beer cup full of tequila." I turned around to see the head jock, Ashton, standing at the doorway.
"I'm going to get drunk anyway." I shrugged. He chuckled as he walked further into the kitchen and poured himself a cup of god knows what and started to drink it.
"So, this is a party for you, huh." I spoke.
"It's meant to be. But I didn't really want it." He nodded.
"Why not? It must be great to have people constantly worshipping you and having girls always throw themselves at you." I said.
"Not as much as you might think. I mean, it's cool being popular but in terms of girls, nothing's happening." He shrugged.
"I find that hard to believe. You're the head of the football team, you must have girls coming from every direction." I chuckled.
"Yeah, but the one girl I want has never showed any interest." He stated.
"Oh really? Who's this one girl then?" I asked.
"You." He spoke, looking straight into my eyes. My eyes widened slightly.
"Me?" I asked quietly.
"Yup." He replied, putting down his drink and slowly walking towards me.
"Why?" I questioned.
"Well, you're beautiful, smart, kind, loyal, as well as so much more." He stated, continuing to walk towards me.
"Oh, and the fact that you don't kiss my ass like everyone else does." He chuckled. I just looked up at him, noticing that our faces were only inches apart. Suddenly, he leant down slowly and pressed our lips together. I returned it quickly, looping my arms over his shoulders as his hands moved to my waist. I broke the kiss and touched our foreheads.
"Well, now you have me." I whispered. He smiled before kissing me again.
