The way Yo look at the sanctuary. the animals. the whole place.
Ming and Sky can't help but wonder just what kind of life he had. even though he's a son of one of the richest person in the country he acts like what he is seeing before him is something out of this world. and that he is experiencing a once in a lifetime moment.
For kids like Ming and Sky, going hiking or mountaineering with family is very common. but when they look at Yo they feel like everything is new and some of the most enjoyable events.
but in each experience, accidents are bound to happened. and this is more so for Yo who is a naturally clumsy kid.
The trip going to the elephant sanctuary is a proof. Yo fell so many times. it has not been 5 minutes and he is already out of breath. also, Yo has been walking unsteadily because he keeps on walking on his own foot.
But Yo who won't admit any of these will keep on pushing through. but for Ming and Sky, they can't help but be worried of the bruises and scratches on that fair skin of his.
They are on the next destination. this time on a mountain where plants and endangered animals are located. just like how it was with the elephants, Yo showed so much enthusiasm the whole time.
They stopped by for a snack near a falls where they can swim if they want.
Yo will run from one part to the other as if the place is his and that he can do anything he wants.
Ming has to catch Yo and force him to stay still just to eat. Ming is like the big brother whereas Sky is still observing everything from a distance.
And when they are full, they started recording the place in every angle. taking as many pictures as possible. Sky has his own camera while Ming is using Yo's camera. Yo will scout the area like a professional. PRETENDING TO BE A PROFESSIONAL.
which made Ming laugh the whole time. soon. they are done and it's almost about time to leave. Ming decided to let Yo take a swim. since they have extra shirts with them.
the crystal water feels just right. the three kids started playing. Sky and Ming are athletic and so they compete who swims faster, the farthest, whereas Yo, he stays in one place enjoying and cheering whoever is winning.
The afternoon sky is so relaxing and they are now walking back to their van until something happened to Yo.
While walking, Yo step on a fallen branch that made his ankle slide and made him fall.
it's nothing serious but Yo can't walk for the time being. Ming check his bag and put out some ointment and bandages. True athletes he is. Ming cleaned the area and put some ointments to relax the muscle and surround it with a bandage. not to tight or to loose.
When Ming is putting everything back to his bag. He saw Sky talking to Yo and instructing him to ride on his back.
then,
Sky : I'll carry Yo.
Sky told Ming like it's the most natural thing there is.
Ming simply nod but inside he is now sure how Sky feels for Yo but said nothing.
on the other hand, while Ming is taking care of Yo's ankle, and trying to calm him down saying words to distract Yo. Sky is also sure how Ming feels for Yo.
so a moment of distraction was all he needs to grab Yo out of Ming.
Sky too prepared some first aid kits on his own. but Ming acted faster and so he was left behind.
While walking back, Sky saw Ming talking to the driver. he can hear them arrange the hotel where they will stay for the night.
Ming : We won't go home just yet. We will stay at the nearest hotel. Yo? do you want to go home now? or you still want to finish out itinerary for tomorrow?
Yo : I'll be fine by morning so let's finish our task. I really like to see those fishes.
Yo Smiling even though he feels like his foot is about to be torn off. Sky stayed silent and carry Yo to the van.
Ming and Sky are counting each other's points while Yo is without any idea of the two's motives. and like a baby taken care by his older siblings.
and so their trip continues.
Oh well, that's life.
