A hand suddenly appeared and touched the edge of the photo frame. Y/N stood up in shock, dropping the photo frame on the sofa. As she turned around, she bumped into Jimin, who had leaned over to pick up the frame.
"What are you doing?" Y/N questioned, her heart still beating quickly from the scare. She hadn't noticed when Jimin walked into the room earlier.
Jimin didn't reply, but instead looked at the photo; holding his chin. He then looked towards Y/N, his dark eyes fixed on hers.
"I didn't know you could play the piano." He spoke, before returning the photo to Y/N's hands.
Y/N took the photo, breaking eye contact to place it down on the table before sitting back onto the sofa.
"My mom was a pianist. But I couldn't play it. I studied for a long time but I still couldn't do it." She chuckled sadly.
Jimin looked at Y/N carefully, watching her expression. Although Y/N was laughing at herself, she had a melancholic expression on her pretty face.
Jimin felt slightly broken hearted seeing her that way.
Sitting on the sofa next to Y/N, he pulled her into his arms. He stroked her face gently. "Everyone has their own expertise."
Y/N lay her head on his chest, not sure how to react at first. Was he trying to comfort her?
Y/N smiled and nodded.
Jimin smiled back and released her from his embrace. He stood up and pulled his tie off throwing it onto his sofa. "Where did you take Joonie today?" He asked as he removed his cufflinks from his sleeves.
Y/N didn't feel that there was any reason to lie to Jimin. "Kookie went back to America today, so Joonie and I went to the airport to send him off." She replied nonchalantly.
Jimin paused, raising his head to look at Y/N. He had an unpleasant expression on his face, not liking that Y/N had gone to see Jungkook today with Joonie. "Why? You're going to miss him?" Y/N sighed, not responding. "Is that photo from him?" Jimin muttered through clenched teeth, pointing at the photo on the table. She nodded.
She looked towards Jimin, his handsome face twisted in annoyance. She exhaled, not being in the mood to deal with his mood swings today. She knew that this man had a habit of blowing things way out of proportion. Standing up, she picked up the photo from the table and started walking towards the bed to place it on the bedside table.
Jimin didn't know why, but he felt his chest tighten uncomfortably watching Y/N walk away from him. He walked forward and wrapped his arms around her waist tightly, not letting her leave.
Y/N stopped in her tracks. "Park Jimin, what are you doing?"
Jimin didn't respond, burying his face into her neck. Y/N felt slightly uneasy towards his silence, but before she could turn around to face him, she felt something soft and warm pressed on her neck.
She gasped at the sensation as Jimin pressed fluttering butterfly kisses against her sensitive skin, causing her to melt in his arms.
Stepping back, Jimin sat back onto the sofa, bringing Y/N down with him so she was sitting on his lap.
Jimin tugged on the zipper of Y/N's dress, pulling it down to expose her back. Y/N shivered as Jimin started kissing down the line of her back, tracing her spine with his lips. Letting go of the frame involuntarily, Y/N moved her hands to grip tightly at Jimin's thighs instead, digging her nails into them slightly. "Jimin..." Y/N whined quietly.
Moving his hands towards Y/N's legs, he grabbed the hem of her dress and pulled it up past her thighs, exposing her long, flawless legs. Today Y/N only wore simple black panties, but Jimin still found her extremely sexy in them.

Jimin had just finished an important meeting regarding a large upcoming project. He leaned back on the chair in the now empty meeting room, massaging his temples with his fingers. He was waiting for Taehyung to give him the compiled notes from the meeting.
He waited for a long time but Taehyung still hadn't come back to the meeting room. Jimin sighed, deciding to return to his office to wait in there instead. Before he could walk to the door, something on the table caught his eye.
It was a magazine. Frowning, he walked over and picked it up. Jimin had no interest towards the entertainment gossip, so he wanted to skip it and read the business and finance section instead.
He looked at the cover page of the magazine, a headline catching his eye.
Jimin's eyes went dark, his knuckles turned white as he clutched the magazine tightly. He quickly flipped the page to the article advertised on the cover. His eyes scanned the article quickly, but the more he read, the angrier he got.
Suddenly, Jimin heard the door open. He moved his gaze away from the magazine to the lady who had just entered the room hurriedly. She looked like a secretary; a scared expression appearing on her face as she made eye contact with Jimin.
"Mr Park." She greeted him respectfully and cautiously. Jimin eyed her and raised his eyebrow. "What are you here for?" he asked. The woman swallowed nervously, "I left something behind and i've come to retrieve it." she replied.
Jimin knew that there was nothing else in this room but the magazine. Lifting it, he showed it to the woman. "Is this yours?" he questioned.
The female worker went pale seeing the magazine in his hands. "N-no Mr Park.." she stuttered, looking away from him. "I don't see it, I-I must have left it in another room." She bowed at Jimin before trying to escape from the room.
"Stop." Jimin commanded. The woman turned around slowly, looking extremely nervous. Jimin's eyes were cold and intimidating; he stared directly into her eyes. "Don't lie to me." He spoke, looking down at her.
"Mr Park, I, I...." she panicked.
Jimin's expression didn't budge. "What department are you?"
The female worker looked down, not daring to raise her head. "... Hum.. Human resources." she reported back, shaking uncontrollably.
"Were you reading the magazine when it was the meeting time?"
"Mr Park, I wasn't, I just, I just..." At this point, she looked like she was going to cry. Her face had lost all its color already.
This meeting was a big meeting that representatives of every department attended. She wasn't a department representative so she didn't have to join the meeting, but her superior wasn't feeling well today. Because her superior was worried that she wouldn't be able to focus, she looked for people to attend and take notes for her.
She was the human resources secretary, she was chosen to attend it. Before they notified her to attend the meeting, she had been reading the magazine at her desk. It must have fallen out of her binder. Jimin threw the magazine at her feet. "You can go back and count up your attendance for this month. Go to the accounting department to retrieve your monthly-payment. Starting from tomorrow, you don't need to come anymore."
The female worker froze in shock, her mind went blank.
She was fired.
"Mr Park, please don't do this. I didn't do it on purpose. I beg you, give me another chance. I will not do it again...." She cried, moving towards him. Jimin moved away from her and called for security guards to escort her out.
Taehyung stood at the door watching the situation go down. He had come back from retrieving the materials a few minutes ago and noticed Jimin talking to the secretary. He listened to the conversation, watching them carefully. He felt somehow sorry for that woman. Although he thought that Jimin was right to reprimand her for misconduct as she violated the company disciplinary guidelines, he still felt that he was unnecessarily harsh to fire her on the spot. The consequences of violating the guidelines normally did not end in termination after all.
Moving to the side to let the guards walk out with the female worker, he entered the room and walked towards Jimin. Picking the magazine up from the floor, Taehyung realised what it was that put Jimin in such a foul mood.

Taehyung put the magazine back onto the table, handing the documents in his hands to Jimin. "Mr Park, this is your material." Taehyung almost didn't have the courage to look Jimin in the eyes.
Jimin took the material, not really looking at Taehyung. Taehyung paused and waited for him to say something but he didn't. Jimin didn't really know what he was thinking about, but he still felt uneasy. Taehyung bowed at Jimin, excusing himself, picking up the magazine as he walked towards the door.
Pausing at the door, he looked towards the man who was still standing like a statue in the room. Taehyung sighed, turning to him.
"Sir... Please don't trust the things gossip magazines write."
