We got back to the resort, Amelia and Zack were there by the pool so we headed over to join them.
They looked comfortable with eachother, it was nice.
Matt went to the bar and I sat down.
"Where are the other's?" Zack asked.
"At some club. What have you two been up to?"
"We had dinner and have been sitting here enjoying the evening." Amelia told me, she looked happy, I was glad.
"I hope we're not interrupting?"
"Don't be silly Adrienne."
Matt came back and sat next to me draping his arm across my shoulders. I couldn't help but smile, I was happy.
"We might head to our room soon." Zack said.
I nodded, I wouldn't mind heading to bed soon myself, although sleeping wasn't on my mind.
"You fucking disappeared again." Brian announced loudly, walking over to us.
"I told you we didn't really want to go." Matt told him.
"Alright, fine." Brian seemed a little pissed.
"What is up with you?" Zack asked Brian.
"Fucking Jim belted up two guys and we all got kicked out." He grabbed Matt's beer and drank it. "And now him and Becca are having the fight of all fights and Meg is refereeing."
"Where?" Matt asked.
"In the middle of the fucking street."
"In that case we might head to bed." Zack said, standing up.
"I do believe we will too." Matt said grabbing my hand and standing up.
"Great you all go to bed and leave me here, no fuck it, I'm going too."
We all headed inside and got the elevator to our floor.
Zack and Amelia headed one way and Brian followed us to ours.
"Um." Matt said looking at him, while I unlocked the door.
"One beer, just one." Brian said.
I went into the bedroom and Matt popped his head in.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"Leaving you two, I'm going to go to bed."
"Okay." Matt said nodding.
I wrapped my arms around his neck. "Don't be long." I whispered, kissing him.
"Five minutes, I swear." He murmured.
I got changed and layed in bed thinking, mainly about Matt of course and I couldn't help but smile at the thought of him being my boyfriend.
Maybe half an hour later I heard Matt come in. He climbed into bed and slipped his arm across my waist.
"Are you awake?" He whispered.
"Of course." I said.
"Good."
I was facing the window and snuggled up behind me, wrapping me up in his arm's.
"Adrienne." He whispered.
"Hmmmm."
"I'm sorry."
"Sorry for what?" I didn't understand.
"For everything I ever said, I wasted so much time." He murmured.
"Matt, let's forget that, it's the past, and what do you mean wasted time?"
"Why did we not do this years ago? Why are we only together now?"
I turned over and looked at him. "I don't know Matt, what took us so long?"
He smiled and kissed me. "I have no fucking idea but I plan on making up for it."
"Oh really, how?"
"Let me show you." He whispered.
I closed my eye's as I felt his lips on my neck.
I couldn't help it, I was falling in love with him.
