Well.... Hi. I've decided to keep a depression journal. I hope maybe reading this people can relate, and find hope.

Today was stressful. Ive got home work and essays due tomorrow. And I lost everything.
I got in a fight with my best friend and ended up sitting in my room. I wrote a sucide note. Placed in my depression binder that only one person ever dared read.... its two pages long. And after I wrote it, I cryed. And I overdosed.
Well it didnt work. Im writing this. However I did go and watch some videos on the topic of suicide... and it helped a little I guess..... its going to be a long night for me... Maybe ill share the note later.... as for now... this is it. goodbye till next time....
