Calum
I sat on Calum's lap, watching his frat party unfold into full swing as people danced and stumbled around with plastic cups full of alcohol. I sighed in bliss as I felt Calum's hand on the small of my back and the other resting protectively on my thigh. I turned to him.
"As comfortable as your lap is, is there a reason that you insist I sit on it?" I chuckled. He returned it.
"Because you look stunning, and some of my frat brothers haven't yet grasped the idea of me being with only one girl, so they still think that you're available. Which you're not, because you're mine." He explained, smirking and glancing between my eyes and my lips.
"If you want to kiss me, just do it." I teased. He chuckled before pressing our lips together. I pulled back but he joined our lips together again, making me smile into it.
"Is there a reason that you're making out with my boyfriend?!" we broke the kiss to see a girl stood there, hands on her hips.
"Excuse me?" I scoffed.
"That's my boyfriend, you slut." She spat. My eyes widened as I looked at Calum to see his eyes wide too.
"Is this true?" I choked. He just stared at me.
"Babe...please..." he stuttered. I held back the tears before climbing off of his lap and rushing out of the house.
"Baby, wait!" I whipped around to see Calum running towards me.
"When were you planning on telling me that you had a girlfriend?!" I spat.
"You're my girlfriend, Y/N!" he exclaimed.
"You sure about that?! Because she seemed to think that she was!" I hissed.
"Just let me explain." He spat. I sighed and nodded, making him return it.
"Thank you. She was my girlfriend, like, two years ago, and she's been super clingy and claiming that we're still together since I ended it." he explained. My breath hitched as his arms wrapped around my waist.
"I would never do that to you." He promised. I looked up at him.
"I know. I'm sorry." I whispered.
"It's okay, baby girl." He smiled gently before kissing me.
Luke
I walked into the main university building and looked around for Luke. He hadn't responded to any of my texts or calls and I was starting to get worried. I froze and my breath hitched as I saw him, with his arms around another girl. Tears pricked my eyes. He spotted me and his eyes widened as I turned around and walked away.
"Y/N, wait!" he shouted as he rushed after me.
"Leave me alone." I choked as I rushed out of the building.
"Just wait, let me explain." He begged. I turned to face him.
"Explain what?! That you're still a player and that loyalty means shit to you?!" I spat.
"Babe, I promise that it's not like that-."
"I knew that I shouldn't have gone dancing with you, I knew that I shouldn't have started dating a player-."
"I love you, but if you could shut up for a moment and let me explain, that'd be great." He cut me off abruptly. My eyes widened as I looked at him.
"I was with Calum and one of the girls that I used to fuck around with saw me and started to come onto me. I tried to explain that I wasn't interested because I have a girlfriend, but she wouldn't take no for an answer." He spoke. My breath hitched.
"You walked in just in time to see her holding my arms around her and she wouldn't let me go. I promise that I wasn't doing anything." He explained.
"Well, why weren't you answering my messages?" I asked.
"I got drunk and lost my phone." He admitted. I sighed.
"I'm sorry, I just..." I sighed again and looked down. He walked up to me and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"It's okay, babe, I get it, I've got a reputation that doesn't help." He spoke.
"I know, but I shouldn't have assumed." I muttered.
"It's okay." He smiled before leaning down and pressing our lips together.
"We good?" he asked.
"Yeah." I smiled. He returned it before pecking my lips.
