This week, carry out ONE random act of kindness for someone.
It can be someone you know, or even a stranger.
It doesn't have to be big.
Just do something nice to make someone smile.
You never know what someone may be going through and spreading kindness can make a big difference.
We receive messages all of the time, from girls letting us know our simple message board messages impact their lives.
So, it's not always the big things that make a big difference.
Often, it's the small gestures.
Remember, a little love can go a long way.
