"Seems like you've been getting along with this Bunny a lot" I hear from across the room and I roll my eyes as I take off my shoes
"Is that a problem?"
"Not at all, the only problem is you're not giving me anything to work with. No details" she says
"There's nothing to tell. I don't know what you have in mind but its not what you think, we're just friends" I say
"Yet you always on the phone with her, you don't even text me like that"
"Stop being a bitch. Obviously I text her more than I do you because you are here most of the time and I always see you. The last time I saw her was a week ago" I defend as I settle down on the bed
"Well I guess that makes sense. I still think there's more to this anyways"
"Think what you like" I say turning my attention to the television
"Paisley" I call, suddenly remembering something
"Yeah?"
"You took a Spanish course back in school yeah?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Are you good?"
"Not really but I know a few things" she says
"Okay. What's the meaning of um...hermosa?" I ask
It was the only word I could remember from what she said
"Hermosa? It means beautiful" she says
"Beautiful?" I ask, a smile forming on my face and she nods
"why?" She asks and I shake my head
"Nothing, I was just asking" I say and she nods
"Alright" she says turning back to the TV and I do so too, not being able to wipe the smile off my face
"You're smart too" she says
"Too? Were you listing all the things I am?" I ask
"Something like that"
"Well what did you say?" I was dying of curiosity
"I'm not telling"
I subconsciously let out a laugh in amusement
"What?" Paisley asks
"Nothing, nothing at all" I say, smiling to myself like a dork
