I swiftly type on my keyboard taking down everything Mrs.Sats is saying
"What holds a nucleus together? As we mentioned in chapter two, the helium atom is lighter than the sum of two protons..." (A/N: my brain actually started hurting as I started writing this lmfao)
Wait what?
It's okay just write it down, just write it down Angela
All of a sudden I hear light snoring from beside me
I turn my head to my right to see Taylor's head smacked on the desk as her hair shields most of her face and her mouth is slightly open
Oh for heaven's sake
"Psttt Taylor" I whisper hoping to wake her up
Usually, I'd let her sleep but we have a test on this in two days and I don't want her failing
"Taylor" I try again a little louder shaking her a little bit but she still remains unbothered
I swear to goodness an earthquake could occur and she'd sleep through it
"Taylor!" I hiss shaking her vigorously
Taylors head immediately lifts up
"I'M HERE!" She screams frazzled causing the whole class including Mrs.Sats to stare at her
I cover my mouth with my hand as I try my hardest not to let out a roar of laughter
"Thank you for informing us Taylor" Mrs.Stats responds in an unamused temper, "is there anything else or may I continue?"
"Umm..no I think I'm good. You may continue" Taylor said yawning at the end as she stretched her arms causing Mrs.Stats to glare at her before continuing her lecture
I look at Taylor amused smirking at her shaking my head at my best friend

School was finally over and I was making my way to the cafe
No shocker I know, but I had to study and I was hoping to get some time to read as well
I park my car, grab my book bag, and make my way inside the cafe
I open the door and immediately see Blake sat down comfortably as he was typing something on his phone
As always, he looked devilishly handsome
I feel a smile rise towards my lips as I make my way over to him
"Hey stranger," I say cheekily
He looks up from his phone seeing me and his lips turn into a smirk
"Mi amore" he acknowledges
"is this seat taken?" I gesture to the empty chair in front of him raising my right eyebrow
"It is now" He says huskily his eyes never leaving mine
I grin at him before positioning myself on the chair
I put my hair in a ponytail and look back up to him to see him looking at me with an unreadable expression
"what?" I ask warily
"You still haven't greeted me" He stated looking at me expectedly
"What?", I ask chuckling a little bit, "Yes I did"
"Not properly"
I crease my eyebrows together not understanding
"Get up" he ordered
"Excuse me?"
"Did I stutter?" he asked in a dark tone resting his elbows on the table between us, his grey eyes daring me to disobey
I slowly get up having Blake stare at me the whole time
"Now come here" he ordered
I hazily make my way towards him only for him to pull me to him and place his lips onto mine in a sweet kiss
I stood frozen for a second not expecting it before I kissed him back and felt all the butterflies erupt in my stomach
We pull away placing our foreheads against one another as I feel my heartbeat thumping against my chest
"Now that's how you should greet me always," he said huskily as I feel my cheeks turn a crimson shade
I pull away from him and return back to my seat opening my bookbag and start getting my material out as he returns to typing on his phone

"Oh my God Blake?!" A woman squeaks causing both Blake and me to look up
A blonde petite woman lunges her way towards Blake with a huge grin wrapping her arms around his neck
um...
okay?
I expected Blake to pull away but instead, he wraps one arm around her tiny figure causing me to look at them confused
"Hey Meghan" he greets after they pull away from their oh so affectionate hug
that was a long hug I thought bitterly before shaking my head
no
you are not going to be jealous
"How are you?! I haven't seen you in soooooo long" she said dramatically flipping her blonde hair behind her shoulder
"I'm fine, and you?" He asked taking a sip from his coffee before returning his gaze back onto his phone
"So so so good" She said grinning widely her brown eyes wide in excitement
bitch..why are you so excited?
She continues to stare at Blake like a child stares at a cake and I'd be lying if I said it wasn't damn creepy
"Blakey are you sure you're okay? You seem.." she taps her chin with her acrylic nails as if she was thinking hard, "depressed"
Okay first off ..Blakey? Really?
Second off...bitch what?
Blake removes his gaze from his phone as he creases his eyebrows together staring at her as if she was the dumbest person alive
"I'm far from depressed Meghan" He replied looking at her strangely
Blondie starts laughing as if she was told one of the funniest jokes as she flips her hair once more
"Well in that case, how about you buy me a drink and we catch up?" she purred
I threw up in my mouth
Blake stares at her intensely looking her up and down
"Actually, you're right. I am depressed. I think I'll remain right where I am" He responded emotionless
My eyes widen a fraction as I couldn't hold back my laughter throwing my head back
All of a sudden, she turns her head to me and her smile falters just a little as if she just noticed my existence
"And you are?" she asked squeakily
"Angela" I replied shortly raising my right eyebrow at her
She nods her head slowly sucking her teeth before turning her gaze back to Blake, "she is?" she asks again

Didn't I just tell you?
Blake turns his attention to me staring at me intensely for a few seconds causing me to shift uncomfortably in my seat
Maybe he doesn't want others to know me?
what if he is embarrassed to be seen with me?
Oh God Angela, you stupid stupid stupid-
"Angela, my girlfriend" he responded interrupting my train of thought
Both me and blondie stare at him astonished

A large grin appears on my face as I feel my cheeks turn red
"Girlfriend?" Blondie questions her smile completely leaving her face causing me to feel a bit smug
"yes, girlfriend" I cut in smiling at her
She narrows her eyes on me before giving me a fake smile
"Nice to meet you"
Her red painted lips were formed in a smile but her eyes were throwing daggers at me
"Nice to meet you as well" I respond biting the inside of my cheek
"Well, I must go but Blakey lets catch up soon" she squeaks giggling so high pitched that I physically cringed and subtly put one hand over my ear
Damn..I'm suddenly very happy with my voice
Blake seemed to notice my actions as the corner of his lips form into a smirk
I stare at her retrieving back and look back at Blake who is looking at me smugly
"what?"
"You're jealous" he states mischievously smirking wide
"No" I deny immediately
Blake leans back on his chair crossing his arms against his chest as he nods his head at me his eyes mocking me
"whatever you say mi amore" he teased
I playfully roll my eyes and continue reading my book
"So what if I'm jealous? You're mine" I said before even thinking of my words
My eyes widen at my own self as I feel my cheeks go on fire
I look up at Blake ready to apologize and deny until I see the emotions riding off of Blake's face
