Avni's POV
After completing deep slumber without having any torture & agony I awoke to soft sheets, as the morning light continuously tickled on my face through the transparent windows of room. My swollen sleepy eyes were still shut as I soaked in the warmth of silk covers before letting my black eyes see the sun's rays that's peeping inside.
Slowly, I rubbed at my puffy eyes with bruised palms, yawning gently coz waking up at morning is not a painful for me as now I'm free from the horrific hell & darkest nights.
I scoffed, rolling over in the soft purple sheets as again sunlight hissed at my face. My bright black hairs were scattered across the pillow like a mess , and every breath I exhaled ,inhaled is echoing throughout the room as it was pin drop silence except the sound of cool breeze that's blowing from Air conditioner. Then reality dawned at my face.
I woke up with jolt remembering the yesterday's incidents. The way I have been rescued ,the way Neil took care of me yesterday & how I end up sleeping here, at Neil's house.
Getting up slowly from bed, I scanned the whole bed room, washroom but I couldn't find Neil anywhere.
"Where is Neil? " my mind questioned.
Before I leave to find him in this big double bedroom flat ,I noticed balcony which was beautifully decorated by green plants with two swinging chairs which were hanged to ceiling . I walked slowly towards the balcony only to witness the beautiful scenery In front.
HoGod! "It was beach".
My eyes twinkled brightly as this was the first time in my life I'm witnessing beach. The sun rose like a little flower scattering the orange hue Sunrays all-around . The sound of baby waves that's hitting rocks is just music to my ears .
"Beautiful " is the only word I could speak as waking up to see these type of scenery just gives you a hope to live & it peaces your mind .
"How lucky Neil would be as every day he wakes up to sees this!" I thought.
I closed my eyes feeling the cool breeze on my sleepy skin which was blended with hot sunrays. The sound of birds chirping is not at all doing good to me. My arms automatically opened wide allowing the natural air to engulf with my body. Right then I felt a hand on my shoulder.
For me It didn't took a second to recognize who is that. It was Neil My saviour, my hero.
My lips automatically curved to broad smile & I turned back only to witness hot muscular man in front .I ....I... ..me..mean.. Ne..il!
I think yesterday night I failed to notice something that He looked extreme sexy in simple blue T-shirt & trousers. I couldnt stop myself ogling shamelessly at him from tip to toe.
"Freak! What's happening to me? "
His face glowed like a yellow bulb as sunlight directly plunged onto his face. He had a beautiful ever charming smile which could bring smile at everyone's face& his white -pink complexion is just making me jealous.
"How could someone be look like white chocolate I just wanna eat him up right here ". Ugh avni stop thinking like that my mind chided.
I was in my serious work that is checking him out ,But my Chain of thoughts came to halt when I felt gentle pat on my shoulders.
I paused a bit then realized what I was doing. My cheeks flushed crimson red . I tried to escape situation anyways. But my bad luck Neil caught me staring.
" I think someone is blushing here " Neil spoke taunting I tried my best to avoid looking at him.
"Miss tomato good morning " . he wished. I immediately looked at him with amused expression.
"Huh! Tomato? ". I asked innocently acting I don't know anything.
" Honest to say I'm seeing tomato here not avni . See yourself how red are you looking. what's the matter? ". Neil asked me teasingly with smirk.
"Nothing like that. It's just coz of cold breeze ". I lied frowning.
" Well, don't you wanna wish me morning? He asked handling me the coffee mug.
" Sorry, good morning ". I replied nervously grabbing the hot coffee .
Then we both settled on two swings enjoying the coffee & nature.
For me it wasn just an awesome feeling coz for the first time in these two years I'm breathing some fresh air rather than caged one. I took a sip of coffee. it tasted so good.
" Did you made this? ". I asked Neil with amused face.
"Mm..did you thought men are only eligible for sex? ". He replied indirectly taking his sip.
"No..must say you're amazing cook. Your future wife would be so lucky ".
I said smiling but deep inside I was sad coz I could never be Neil's wife as I don't wanna ruin his life becoming his partner.
When I was in my sad thoughts I felt some warm breath directly fawning onto my face.Then I realized, Neil stood dangerous close to me. His one hand was on chair handle other was holding my hand.
My eyes widened.
Then Neil gripped my hands & he made me stand from chair. He was starring at me lovingly or I can say he was starring at my lips.
I felt my heart beating faster than ever. My lips trembled as his lustful gaze sent triggers into my heart. My head bowed down due to nervousness & shyness. At sudden Neil pulled me by my waist towards him . I directly crashed on his rock hard chest .
"Don't you wanna continue the work which was left yesterday ". He asked shamelessly on my face .
My cheeks burned as I understood his intentions.
"Ne. Neil.. What are you saying ". I fumbled due to fear.
"Hmm, let me show you what I was talking about ". By saying this Neil had slammed his lips against mine kissing passionately . I felt his warm lips moving around my lips sucking smoothly. I hardly had a moment to react before that he pressed his tongue to the seam of my lips licking ,for gaining access into my mouth.
I was still In shock not understanding anything but when he started to lick my lips .I started to respond kissing him gently. I cupped his flushed cheeks with my both hands, while his hands roamed around my waist drawing random patterns. Which instantly made me moan.
Neils lips fitted mine like a puzzle leaving no inch to taste. Our lips moved like a perfect rhythm leaving smoochy wet sounds all around. Slowly, our kiss grew wild as Neil deepend the kiss. He again licked my lower lip for entrance but I didn't granted as I want to tease him a bit .
But suddenly I gasped loud as Neil pushed his bulk hand inside my top caressing my breasts above the bra . His finger rubbed around my nipple making it instant hard.
He took this as opportunity & explored my mouth at fullest tasting every inch . I felt like drowning in a deep ocean as his soft lips created explodes in my stomach.
I badly wanted to taste him but Neil wasn't allowing me to do ,as I wasn't able to sync with his speed of kissing. Without other option I slid my right hand into his T-shirt tracing his well builded abs with my fingers seductively. At last Neil growned loud as I slightly pinched his small Nipple which stood erect on his chest.
Taking this as advantage I plunged my tongue into his mouth . We fought for dominance. Our tounges battled. Finally I won dominating him. I tasted his every inch of his mouth. His warm tounge is making me intoxicated at that instant. The smell of morning hot coffee &The strong taste of caffeine mixed with sugar & bitterness gave a different vibe ,My arms reached up and tangled around his thick, strong neck.
After what felt like ages we stopped kissing panting hardly. My breath laboured as this was my first long kiss. As we parted I saw Neil's eyes sparkle and his lips curve up into a smile and I couldn't help but smile back.

"So, I think now you know what work I was taking about ". Neil said perking my swollen pink lips.
I blushed red with his gesture.
"Don't blush like that I would pull you for another breathtaking kiss. I swear".Neil said huskily, I hid my head into his chest blushing.
But At sudden I heard someone shouting my name. I was confused as Neil is in front of me smiling then who the hell is calling my name continuously I thought.
Then I felt some hard pats on my shoulders.
"Oooach " it's hurting. I shouted rubbing by shoulders with my palms.
Then I reality stuck at my face. Neil was all infront watching me with amused expression. My eyes widened ,I touched my lips then I realized what I dreamt.
"I freaking day dreamed about Neil..
Sorry kiss with Neil".
"Avni are you okay? From past 10 minutes I'm shouting you're name but no response. What happened? " . Neil asked me concerned.
I don't know what to say. Damn! How could I even say that I dreamt about him. My lips quivered ,fingers fiddled with nervousness as how could I even imagine that.
My eyes welled up with tears as I realized what I was thinking minutes ago. I was attracting towards him like a magnet & I want his touch which is wrong. A girl like me could never be Neil's who is perfect in all sense.
"Avni, what happened? Why are you crying ? Avni please speak .you're scaring me ". Neil asked kneeling down to my level.
"Nothing.. Neil.. Ju..st ..I'm.. Scared.. ".i lied fumbling.
"I 'm here with you, please don't cry. You know when you shed tears from those pretty doe eyes I don't know why my heart pains". He said calmly but I could clearly see his eyes which were glassed with tears.
I felt guilty for making him cry.
"I'm fine Neil. See my coffee is not yet completed .let me drink na plzzzz "..I spoke cheering making my eyes look like a puppy.
"I have already warned don't make that face avni. It melts me like ice-cream ". He said with a cute pout.
"Awwie. You're pout is so cute neilu ".i laughed pulling his cheeks. Then I realized what I said . My face turned pale. My eyes again turned glassy. I looked away from Him to hide my tears.
"It's OK. Don't get embarrassed avni. & yeah go get ready we are going somewhere ". Neil said turning my face to him.
"But where? ". I asked immediately.
"You will get to know ". Now go get ready. He pushed me towards bathroom.
Signing deeply I went inside washroom. but wait what? Where is my Saree. Yesterday I washed & I kept here for dry. But now where it is. Shit!. Now what will I wear.
"Neil... Neil.. " I shouted from washroom . I couldn't go back to room as I was wrapped only in towel.
"yeah avni! What happened ". Came Neil's reply from outside.
"Neil where is my Saree. Yesterday I kept here only & now it's not there. What will I wear now".. I shouted worried from inside.
"Avni it's OK. I'll bring Saree from savita auntie she is in next flat. You just wait ". Neil said.
I signed a huge relief .
"I wore my pjs again & I sat on couch as I don't want any awkward situation between us. After sometime Neil came back with some box.
"Avni take this ". Neil said handling the box To me .
I gladly opened the box. Suddenly I gasped loud.
"Mmm.. Neil..This Saree looks so expensive". I said caressing the red Saree which was beautifully embroidered with silver pearls at edges.
"Actually There are freaking rich avni, so they gave me only this ". Neil said to me but I haven't convinced with that How could someone give this much expensive yet beautiful Saree I thought.
"But Neil.. This how co.. Could I wear this much costly Saree ". I asked fumbling.
"Avni it's OK wear it. ab timhare pass kuch aur bhi nhi hai na ". I heard him say.
"But Neil.. This blouse looks perfect for me. Like how?. Again I bombarded him with my questions.
I saw him sighing. I waited for his answer.
"They have Daughter of your age so,Its perfect size for you. He said &i somewhat got convinced with that.
"Okay I'll just come in minutes. By saying this I started to move towards the washroom but Neil held my hand.
"What? " I asked knitting my brows .
"Mm avni... Auntie gave this too ". He said handling me another box making me confuse.
I opened that one & I saw sliver jewelry in that.
"What the f**k ?"
"Who would give this much expensive jewelry & Saree like this ".i again asked Neil this time my voice was high.
He looked nervous.
"What's you're hiding . Spill it right now ". I ordered sternly.
"Avni.. Actually.. I said you're my girlfriend so isiliyae yeha khatirdari ". He said fiddling his fingers ,My eyes widened with his statement.
" Please don't get me wrong but mujae majburan ye bolna pada or else who would give Saree to me . Please wear it ". He said softly which melted my questioning brain at that spot.
i just nodded positively walking towards washroom.

Later, I came from bath taking hot shower . I stood in front of mirror. I must say this red Saree added more beauty for my complexion.
I smiled looking at myself.
I took the jewelry box which was on bed & I started to wear the silver necklace,red bangles, anklets,earrings.
Everything was fine ,but the silver pearled waist band that was pissing me off like hell. From past 5 minutes I was trying to hook it but it's f**ing stubborn to fit. After struggling for minutes I got tried.
Then I observed Neil from mirror. He was starring me from behind. My heart skipped a bit watching him He looked so hot In formal white shirt with blue jeans. I couldn't stop myself I was starringa at him shamelessly from mirror.
At sudden My heart pounded really faster as I saw Neil walking slowly towards me. His every step is making me dizzy. His manly smell is something which make me intoxicated at that instant. After some steps he stood in front of me.
"Can I " . he asked pointing towards the waistband.
I just simply nodded. Words wasn't formed in my mouth looking at him.
Then Neil kneeled down until my waist. He took the pearl band on his hands & he slowly traced my waist with that bringing goosebumps all over my body. His warm fingers touched my bare skin making my knees weak at that spot. My hands were on air giving access him to make me wear. I closed my eyes feeling his touch but at sudden I gasped loud as he hoked pearl band on my back. After that he got up.
"You're just looking bomb avni. I couldn't have words to describe you now".Neil whispered into my ears.
I felt shy.
"Thank you..you're also..lo.. Looking . Hands.. Handsome ". I replied looking into ground as I really don't want him to see my beetroot face.
"Thanks for the compliment beauty, let's go now ". He said walking towards hall & I followed him silently like a puppy.

Later both sat in car & Neil started his drive to destination which he planned .
"Neil, please tell me na where are you taking me? ". Avni asked still clueless.
"You will get to know avni. Please stop your quiz competition here". Neil huffed concentrating on drive.
Avni gritted her teeth Turing towards Other side . Neil smiled watching her antics.
"Ho God Neil ! Bal bal Bach gaya lady Don Se. I couldn't believe my self I lied . Never ever Neil khanna lied in his life, but for the sake of my love I could go to any extent. I really don't know what avni would think when she gets to know that it was my selected Saree for her.
Last night I took her body measurements is just to give the tailor whom I have appointed to stitch her blouse . As per my order that poor guy did his work In a night & handled Saree ,blouse at early morning. And I lied to her saying I brought that from next flat. That was my first lie. I myself know how much I was scared of being caught as how avni bombarded questions on me.
But I when she wore that red Saree. I was just awestruck! I just couldn't stop myself ogling at her. She looked freaking hot & sexy. Don't know how I controlled my urge to not to touch her or kiss her. But right now I'm so scared as not know how avni would react when she will be see the surprise that I have planned for us . Thinking all this Neil drived towards the destination. His hands were trembling a little as some sort of fear started to engulf in his body. After sometime Neil stopped his car at temple.
Avni looked clueless.
" why did you brought me here? " she asked confused.
Neil signed deeply.
"Come you will get to know " he said unbuckling his seatbelt.
Both came out of car. Neil held Avni's wrist & took her to other side of temple. Avni constantly asked him about things but at sudden her words came to halt when she saw something infront ,Something she doesn't want to see ,something she wasn't ready to be a part of that.
Her grip on Neil's hand slid down slowly making clinking sound of bangles .Her eyes welled up with tears,lips quivered with fear. But soon her sadness in her orbs converted into furious aggression filling enrage in her eyes.
The place was beautifully decorated like a mandap ,pandit was sitting in middle between the Holy fire Chanting mantras. Avni had connected all the dots .The red Saree, jewellery & the scene infront.
Her eyes flooded with tears not because she was shocked but coz Neil even didn't bothered to inform her about the freaking marriage which at first she should be consulted.
Avni stood blankly watching everything. Her eyes had many questions which are yet to be answered. Right now She just wanted to confront Neil for these things.
She turned to wards him but what made her shock is to see Neil who sat on his knees holding diamond ring In his hands.Before she speaks anything her words were interrupted by Neil.
"Avni, I know what you have been thinking now .But trust me I really don't know how to confess my love to you That's why I made these arrangements. Falling in love with you was not planned, we are supposed to be strangers but something caught me in you, I myself don't know what made me love you. Maybe it's our soul connection that we met & love blossomed in our hearts. I would never forget the way your face rested on my chest that night, Your glistening doe eyes had a magical power of washing away all my sorrows & worries. That day our kiss made me believe pure bond between us, Kissing your soft lips stopped the world , it was just you and me that's it. But its alright, because you're there with me. falling in love with you and each time is harder than the last. Every time the feeling gets deeper, more complete avni. All I just want is you to be my life partner who would be cared, in the ocean of my love .I don't know am I perfect for you or not but I'll definitely try to be a perfect ideal husband after our marriage.I just wanna make your life beautiful by healing the wounds of your past & making you're life beautiful adding glitters of joy & lots of love. I love you avni.. I love you to eternity. You're the girl whom I dreamt in my dreams. Who is perfect in all sense.
"Will you become mrs.AvniNeil khanna ?will you lead your rest of life with this police officer who wants your heart to be caged in his jail that's my heart? Will you give a chance for me?
Neil proposed smiling. His eyes were having tears but he hid that emotion. He stood up to her level & took her hand to make her wear ring. Meanwhile avni didn't spoke anything. She was in shock about the recent happenings & his Confession made her go mad.but on other side Neil was smiling sheepishly thinking her silence as yes. he was about to put ring into her fingers. Avni jerked her hands making Neil stumble a little back. Neil didn't understood anything. he looked at her eyes which were now blood shot red, there was no sigh of tears all we could see is rage.
"Avni.... Neil couldn't complete as his words were interrupted by Avni's shout.
"How dare you officer... How dare you to propose me.. how could you even think I'll marry you ". Avni yelled with red eyes.
Neil eyes widened with tears. He wasn't able to register her words.
"Av..avni ,yo..you love me Right ?". Neil asked in a broken voice inching closer to her.
"what the hell. When did I said I loved you? & how dare you to bring me to mandap without even my consult Neil. How could you even imagine I'll marry you ? " she barked furiously not paying any attention to surroundings.
Neil just stood silent looking at her. At first he was scared that avni might misunderstand his plan of marriage but he knew somewhere avni too loves him thus, This made him to take the drastic step of tieing her in the bond of marriage ,but he didn't realised that he should have consulted her before planning all this.
"Avni don't misunderstand me. I know you also love me. Don't you? " he asked calmly not breaking his emotions infront of her.
"when did I said I loved you? Maine kabhi confess Kia kya? No.. I don't love you. Why would I love someone whom I met just a week back & whom I even don't know ! ". Avni replied shouting.
" Avni ,please don't create scene here.".by saying this Neil held her wrist & took her to the isolated corner.
"What? I'm creating scene here wow ..just.. wow!. Jo tum Kia Vo kya hai, Tum bina mere permission ke mujae shadi karna chahte the ,bina mere consult ke huh! Bolo. " avni asked tearfully.
"Yes, I wanted to marry you because I know you love me . That's why, I wouldn't find wrong taking you here without your consult ". Said Neil this time his voice was loud.
"It's just your imagination . I don't love you. That day, Our intimacy was just an infatuation that's it. I don't feel anything to you ". She replied harshly Turing to other side.
"jhoot... Lies.. Why are you lieing avni..why won't you admit you love me. I really don't know why you want to run away from me. Yesterday to you did that drama & now you are doing same not realizing your love for me. Why?. What's making you to step back avni say? " Neil yelled turning her towards him.
Avni stood silent not looking Neil.
" why don't you understand Neil I'm not a girl for you. You deserve best. But right now I won't forgive for your foolishness, how could you even plan marriage without my permission. Never ,I'll forgive you for this Neil Never! " Avni thinks to herself .
"You're silence, you're eyes says everything. & you're mouth is just spilling utter lies. " Neil says rubbing her tears softly.
"Who the hell are you to decide .It's just been a week you know me & Mai kiase manlu you love me within week. Don't say Neil you're also behind my body ". Avni asked hurtfully.
Neil looked at her
"Kyu jawab nhi hai kya. Neil, it's just an attraction towards me that's it. I believed you it's just coz you care for everyone .yes I liked you it's bcoz of your human nature that's it. I had never fallen in love with you. please I beg you don't get into the trap of infatuation & love ". Avni said joining her both hands.
"Avni ,you know what your just hiding your emotions .I know you're afraid of love because of the horrific past. But trust me I'll heal your every wound with my love & care So please for God sake please don't put mask into your heart stabbing your love for me . i very well know about you". Neil said softly cupping her cheeks.
"wow, you know me well ? it just week that we met. In these days You know everything like my tastes, character, hobbies everything huh! . She chuckled saying.
Neil removed his hands from her cheeks
"Do you have any answer officer for my question? Ab ye math bolo you know me before " Avni laughed sarcastically.
That's it in a swift move Neil held avni by shoulders & pinned her to the wall behind. His eyes were red with tears flowing through cheeks.
"What the hell you are doing Neil..her shout wasn't completed as Neil's words interrupted her's.
"yes, I know freaking everything about you , everything which you don't know about yourself. I know you not from a week avni. I know you before two years back itself. Neil yelled reveling a huge shocker to avni.
Avni's eyes widened with shock. She nodded her head negatively in a no.
"You're lying right? How you would know me. Please if you're saying this for the sake of marriage please don't say these type of lies . I very well know Neil, you would never betray me not saying this secret when we met at first at that room. If it is true you would have told before itself na". Avni says softly cupping his cheeks.
"Why would I lie avni? It's fu**ng truth that I know you before meeting you here itself. " Neil said looking down as guilt rid on his face.
"So, Yo...u.. kn..ow me...? "avni asked chocking not believing his words .
"Ye..s.. I.. know you and you also kn....
he wasn't able to complete his words as avni slapped Neil hard on his cheeks not listening his complete sentence.
