It took a few days for some sense to come to Felicity and that only happened when Matt snapped at her.

They were in the kitchen; Felicity baking a new batch of cinnamon cookies as Isaac had stolen the last batch to take to his parents, Matt sat on the counter watching her as they discussed the topic of Michael after avoiding it harder than the plague since the morning after she cheated on him.

"I know you're his friend, Matty and I get you want me to act like nothing happened but-"

"Nothing did fucking happen, Felicity!" Matt yelled making Felicity flinch and look up at him with wide eyes, not used to hearing him shout.

"You raised your voice at me." She muttered, pushing her pastel green hair out of her view.

She had only dyed it a few days previous because she was mad at Michael and knew he really liked her lilac hair and said she should keep it. She was also tempted to get a few piercings and tattoos but decided that it was a stupid idea and she wouldn't be able to handle the needles.

"I know and I'm sorry but you're not listening." He sighed sliding off of the counter to walk over to her, holding her hands in his like he often did when he wanted to have a serious conversation with her, knowing it was how to keep her attention. "He never slept with that girl she's one of their stylists and they were all there, the rest of the guys were just out of shot. Michael would never cheat on you, you mean too fucking much to him and I kind of feel like a dick for saying this but clearly, that's not exactly reciprocated."

"I care about him, a lot, Matty, you know I do." She begged, trying to persuade her band mate that she wasn't lying. "I was just angry and you know I shouldn't drink when I'm mad, I do stupid things and I know that's no excuse but don't have another one. I'm a fucking idiot."

"Yeah, you are and now you're going to tell me you fucked up."

"He's going to hate me."

"Yeah but we both know it won't last."

"A day of hatred from Michael is too much." Felicity clarified but cleaned off her hands and started to get ready to leave all the same.

As scared as she was to tell her boyfriend exactly what she had done, she knew it was the right thing and he deserved to know.

Luke was the one to let the girl into the 5sos London home and it was the most awkward moment the pair had shared together.

"Michael's in his room." Calum stated as he walked past the two.

"I'll show you." He motioned for Felicity to follow which she did quickly, grateful Calum was around at that moment. "He told me you think he cheated."

"I was being stupid." She replied, wringing her hands nervously the closer they got to Michael's room.

She knew it was his due to the sad songs he was blasting from behind the closed door.

On her way to the house, she had seen he had Tweeted he was going to spend all day listening to sad songs and playing old video games.

"What did you do?" Calum asked, frowning at the guilt shining bright in his best friend's eyes. "Felix, what did you do?"

"I fucked up."

"How?"

"I think it's best I tell Michael first, don't you?"

Calum only nodded and crossed the hall to open the door to his own bedroom, leaning against the door frame to watch as Felicity cautiously opened the door opposite.

As soon as she had stepped into the room, Calum back off into his own room, shutting the door behind him.

Michael was sat on a beanbag elbows resting on his knees, playstation controller in his hands as he played Spyro. His left side was facing the doorway so at first, he wasn't aware he had company, not until the door was closed and Felicity had turned down the stereo that was on the opposite side of the room to him.

"You better turn my fucking music back on." He warned, not turning, too intent on his game and being moody to even look.

"I think it's better I don't." Felicity responded and in an instant, Michael had turned around, fast enough to fall off the beanbag. Any other day, the bassist would've laughed at her boyfriend but she didn't have the right mindset in that moment to.

"Felicity." Michael spoke when he was on his feet, hands straightening his t-shirt nervously as his red faced stretched into a smile. "I didn't think you'd come see me."

"Well, you're my boyfriend-"

"I am." He grinned proudly.

"And you have to know..."

And just like that, Michael's face dropped. "Know what?"

"Should we like sit down or something?"

"If you want." He shrugged.

"I don't think I can right now, I don't think I'd be able to stay still." It was true, even then as she stood across the room as Michael, she still shuffled her weight awkwardly and fiddled with everything she could get her hands on.

"Is something wrong? What happened babe?" Michael was the one to walk closer, only stopping when he was right in front of her, his hands holding her hips. "Has something happened at home?"

"No, nothing at home." She chewed on her lip awkwardly. "You spoke to Matty, the other day."

"Yeah." Michael frowned as he remembered the conversation. "He said you thought I cheated on you."

"Yeah."

"Why would you think that?"

"It's just, I was being stupid, really fucking stupid." She stared at his as she talked, getting ready to confess all. She knew she wouldn't have the courage to tell him if she looked into his eyes, she's just crumble. "I fucked up, Mikey." She muttered.

"You didn't. We're fine, nothing bad happened, it's all fine." Michael chuckled, running his fingers through her hair, undecided if he liked the change or not.

"But it's not fine, I was really mad and we all went out to take my mind off of it and to have some fun and I-I had more fun than they intended."

Michael didn't speak for a few minutes, trying to process what she was saying. He knew what she was implying but didn't want to accept it.

"What does that mean?"

"I had sex with another guy."

"At least have the fucking decency to look at me." He growled, so she did. "What did you say?"

"I cheated on you, Mikey."

He took a few deep breaths and stepped back as his hands balled into fists.

"You did what?"

"This guy was talking to me and he's attractive and charming and I'd had a couple drinks and I went home with him and we fucked."

"How could you fucking do that?!" He snapped turning and pushing his laptop from the desk.

"I thought you had!" She replied. "I was mad."

"That's no fucking excuse, Felicity!" He walked over to the stereo and knocked that off, the sad, sappy, love songs making his mood worse.

"I'm sorry!"

"It's a bit fucking late for that don't you think?!" The door flew open and Ashton rushed in and ran straight over to Michael, wrapping his arms around the younger boy to prevent him damaging anything else or adding anymore wounds to his hands.

"Calm down, you need to calm down, Mikey." Ashton spoked softly, pulling Michael down to the ground as he tried to escape.

"Let me go!" Michael yelled.

It was this point that the enormity of the situation settled into Felicity's mind. Michael was really torn up and if the broken items on the floor and dents in the walls weren't enough proof, the tears in his eyes certainly were.

"Let me fucking go, Ashton!" Michael begged, the start of sobs breaking through as Ashton cradled him tight, his arms around his shoulders, his leg hooked over the guitarist's hips to keep him as still as possible.

Calum and Luke finally joined the scene, Luke being late due to the fact he had fallen over in his rush to get off of the sofa and Calum had only just taken his earphones out hearing Michael's begging as the song switched.

"What happened?" Calum asked looking at Felicity with wide eyed. "What's going on?"

"I'll fucking kill him." Michael sobbed. "He shouldn't touch you, you're not his." Ashton started to rock as Michael turned and hid his face in Ashton's stomach, gripping on for dear life.

"Get her out of here." Ashton instructed the two boys still standing who both nodded and led Felicity downstairs.

"Felix." Calum warned. "You need to tell me what you fucking did."

But he already knew and she knew he knew. It was obvious. She had already said he messed up and Michael filled in the rest.

"I thought he cheated and I made it even."

"You cheated on Michael?" Luke gasped staring at the girl in shock. "How could you do that? He'd do anything for you and you have sex with another guy?"

"I'll walk you home." Calum muttered before walking to the front door, the girl quickly following, leaving Luke's question unanswered.

For most of the walk, neither bassist said anything, they didn't know what to say.

"Do you hate me?" Felicity asked turning to look at Calum as they reached the end of her driveway.

"I never could." He gave a reassuring smile. "I'm mad at you for hurting Mikey but I'm not going to stop being your friend. You're my boo."

"Thanks, Cal." She hugged him tight. "Will you tell him I really am sorry and that I don't blame him if he never wants anything to do with me again?"

"I'm not telling him that." Calum scoffed.

"It's stupid, he'll always want to be part of your life, Felix. You think he's react that way if he didn't?"

"I don't know." she shrugged.

"The correct answer is no." He chuckled letting go of her so she stepped back. "In a couple days he'll be around and you'll talk about it and it'll be all good again, alright? Well, once he's beaten the shit out of the guy."

"Good luck, I don't know how to find him. His apartment wasn't ready when I met him so we ended up in his hotel room."

"Do you at least know his name?"

"Yes." She rolled her eyes.

"Good, well no but you know what I mean."

"Yeah." She laughed lightly. "You should get back to him. You need to be on his side for this."

"I am." Calum grinned. "Bros before hoes."

"Fuck you." Felicity turned and walked to the front door.

"I'll call you later, let you know how he is!"

"Good!" She called over her shoulder before stepping into the house and shutting the door.

"Did you tell him?" Matt asked as Felicity joined him and Jeremy in the front room.

"Yeah, he flipped his shit, it was actually kind of scary." She admitted. "Calum's going to keep me updated though, let me know he's alright."

"Alright, good." Matt nodded and turned his attention back to the TV.

Jeremy looked at Felicity for a few seconds longer before also turning his attention back to the show. He wanted to be glad Michael was mad, he wanted to be happy because it meant that it could be one step closer to Felicity returning to her single status but seeing the look in her eyes, he knew he couldn't be happy about any of it.

Felicity really cared about Michael and he really cared about her. No matter how jealous he was, Jeremy wasn't going to come between that.
