I have decided to finally download Slender. To make it even better I recorded it. It was pretty bad. Even downloading the game I got the shakes. Once I clicked on "start," the experience began. I felt fear. Deep fear. It wasn't just a horror movie type of fear. It was real. I am still terrified as we speak. I do not believe in that paranormal bullcrap. I have never had nightmares after watching Paranormal Activity. I knew it was fake and I did not doubt it. But somehow, this game did the impossible to me. I feel a connection to the game.
The game itself is really well done, I must say. The objective is to find 8 pages before Slenderman chases you down and, well, kills you. You have to run through a dark forest with a flashlight that can run out at any moment. But worst of all, at all times, you hear the footsteps. Thump, thump, thump. It sounds like it gets louder, but it doesn't. Although I only got 3/8 pages and peed my pants about 5 times, I am willing to try that again. I must break this fear that is still running through my veins at this very moment.
