Slow Breaths- Deep Wishes

I know I might not remember what it's like to be young.
Almost sixteen, life stops for a few minutes for things like this.
I was almost home, walking as slow as the breaths I took.
And all I see is a sunset so beautiful i felt like it was a reflection of myself just for a moment as I gazed up into it like a mirror.
The only thing I found myself wanting is someone to share it with. These where the wishes that filled my lungs in the autumn evening.
I feel as though no one but me is watching, it's all for me... mine.
And when I'm done and I look up from writing it's fading into night and I forget what I even saw.
