"Please sir, spare some change?" I pleaded for money yet again, my baby needing some food. I was 3 months pregnant, and it was showing. "Please, I need it so much..." I wanted to cry. I was kicked out of my house because I was pregnant, because of rape. I needed money. Half of the money I got was stolen anyways, but I never tried to give up.
My baby kicked me, probably angry and hungry. "I'm sorry..." I whispered, trying to make it feel better. I rubbed my stomach, feeling sad. Being only Y/A, I had to resort to begging on the street. That's pathetic. The most I'd get was maybe a gold coin, copper if I was lucky. I slowly began to walk into an ally, before I felt myself get kicked to the ground.
"Peasant! Move out of the way of his majesty's carriage, or die!" I whimpered, holding my baby and whimpering, "I apologize, dear knight." He looked at me before asking, "are you pregnant? If so, why aren't you at home? You do look a bit young to be a peasant..." He trails off, looking at me in confusion. I let myself walk away, crying. "Thank you for caring, sir. B-but... I don't t-think I'll last m-m-much longer... t-thank you a-anyways..." I walked away, crying.
~king's Pov~
I noticed a figure running away, crying. Her body looked as delicate as snow. I stared at her for a little bit, but then my knight interrupted my staring session. "Sir, is everything alright? You've been a little quieter than usual." I held up my hand. "Who was that?" "Just a peasant. She looked about (Y/a), and was pregnant." "You didn't even ask if she needed anything?!?" "Sir, I don't think-" "GET OUT OF MY SIGHT NOW, AND FIND THAT PEASANT AND APOLOGIZE." The Knight quickly scurried off, and I felt compassion for the dear peasant.

I patted my stomach, the kicking hurt more than the hunger. I was too weak to do anything, so I curled up on the dirt ground and cried, but then I felt something sharp hit my side. I let out a suprised gasp and looked up, only to see the king.
"You're coming with me, Snow."
AND SO... you were taken to the palace, and forced to marry the king. You had a wonderful son, who looked exactly like his mother, you. He lived a lavish life, growing more like his father every day. That wasn't a bad thing, he had compassion on the poor, but he grew overprotective of some things. Like his father, he never let things go once they were in his possession. (Mostly slaves)
