The sun was rising over the land of Sugar Rush, its ruler Pressident Vanellope Von Sweetz was up early looking for Rancis around the castle. She quickly walked up and down the long corridors of the castle to his room, she was still in her PJs which she really hadn't been bothered to change out of. She walked down the corridor to Rancis' room, which happened to be opposite hers. Vanellope slowly opened the door a jar to see if he was in there, he was, so she slowly walked in. He was still sleeping curled up on his bed snoring and completely passed out. Vanellope peered over at him, 'Fluggs is so cute when he's sleeping...' She stated in her head, then she quietly walked over to the his huge double bed, she of course got in to surprise him! "Fluggs..." She whispered gently looking at the back of his head. "Fluggs!" She said a bit louder. "Hun..." he turned over and rubbed his eyes to try to wake up, once he could clearly see Vanellope he let out a yawn.
"Oh, hey Nelly..." He was shocked to see her in his bed, lying next to him. It was his dream, he had had it many times befor, but for it to be real... The only reason he couldn't sleep with her was... Ralph! He was very overprotective of Vanellope, because of Rancis. He knew they where together he just... didn't like the thought of Vanellope and boys... He didn't even like it if they kissed let alone if he cault them in bed together... If that happened there would be trouble! "...What can I do for you?" He added more lively as he sat up more and twizzed with his fingers.
She looked at him somewhat unimpressed, his facial expression changed too, he was shocked and worried like he had done somthing wrong. He frantically thought about anything he had done, or she had done. Vanellope looked at him and began to snigger a bit, "What, do I have to have a reason to bug ya now, common Fluggs, I just wanted to see ya in the morning, at least now that you my boyfriend and all!" He had a sigh of relief and looked up at her and gleamed with joy, he had never felt so important or trusted befor.
"Nagh you don't, but Nelly you can bother me whenever you need anything! I love you!" They stared into each others eyes and blushed. They leant in close and smiled befor kissing eachother. "I don't know what I would do without you!" He said as he tickled her stomach, making her giggle uncontrollably. Vanellope then jumped onto Rancis pining him down befor Vanellope lost her balance and fell on top of him, they both where now laughing their heads off.
Meanwhile outside the room Sour Bill was cleaning when he heard this, he smiled, "Awww, young love..." He was about to knock on the door when he heard a knock at the palace entrance, he swiftly rushed down to answer it...
Back in the room Rancis and Vanellope where now just lying on the bed looking at the ceiling after having the worlds biggest tickle fight."I, I honestly don't know what I would do without you either Fluggerbutt..." Vanellope said whilst they both sat up. Vanellope crossed her legs. They where busy gazing into his eyes again, "...Without you I... I would be lost!" Vanellope said befor moving her her hand and messing up Rancis' hair, he hated when anyone did that. "Van!" He said, they where both giggling and smiling at each other, they moved in close and without hesitation their lips met!
'Omg, Rancis tastes like peanut butter and chocolate! Mmmmm he smells so good too! Like melted chocolate...' Vanellope thought to herself befor going bright red, and brushing her hair out of her face. She opened her eyes to see beautiful baby blue eyes staring back at her. 'Fluggs's eyes are beautiful, and how the heck does he keep his hair like that! It's beautiful and silky smooth!' Their faces burst out in a dark shade of scarlet blush as they spent a minuet admiring each others eyes.
As they broke away Vanellope giggled and gestured to a mirror that was in the room on Rancis' bed side table which was one of about 10-20 in the room. "Pffff, ha!" She looked at him still laughing. He slowly reached behind with a concerned look on his face, "Nelly...what is it?" He asked whilst Vanellope sat giggling. He looked at the reflection to see his mouth had red lipstick around it from Vanellope. He looked up and laughted, "You serious... Nelly!" She burst out laughing whist Rancis tried to wipe it off, however it only smugged the lipstick. He looked at Vanellope, worried and unsure but still giggling, "Um... A little help here!" She looked back at him smiling and laughing, "Ha, Ok, ok hold still!" She said as she licked her finger and rubbed the lipstick off his face, "Thank you, Nelly, this is why I love you!" He said supportively.
"Seriously... I rubbed lip stick off your face!" She stated sniggering, "I hardly saved the world!" She looked at him whilst he blushed. "We should get up, don't want to miss the practice race!" Rancis said enthusiastically as he jumped out of bed and began to get changed into his racing gear. Vanellope loved it when he trusted her enough that he would just get changed, proberbly because she was never really trusted, also she thought he had a cute ass!
"Only one problem with that..." Vanellope looked at him, slightly concerned, now she was twizzling her fingers. Rancis turned around whist putting on his shirt. "...What happened?" She looked up from her hands, she was still happy he didn't mind her seeing him get changed, "Taffyta, she totalled my cart, she is supposed to be paying for repairs but she hasn't so my cart's still wrecked!" Vanellope looked up at Rancis whilst he got his changed his trousers, she was clearly concerned and Rancis could see it.
He sat down next to her to comfort her, he rubbed her back and kissed her cheek, "Nelly don't worry... I'll get her to pay up, I hate seeing my sweet Nelly down in the dumps. I swear she is always pulling stuff like that!" Vanellope looked up at him and hugged him, "Really... Thank you Fluggs!" He smiled, "It's completely fine Nelly, I've dealt with her befor!" They suddenly kissed and just as their lips touched, the door opened, "Your majes- Oh, I do hope I'm not interrupting... I mean... Miss, your friends are here to see you two!" It was Sour Bill.
They both looked up quite awkwardly and turned that dark scarlet again, before looking at eachother and sniggering a bit, after a short silence Vanellope spoke up..."Ok, well Sour Bill, their my friends you don't need to tell me, just let'em in!" She replied with another one of her unimpressed faces. "Yes mame..." He said as he left the room to go get the other racers who where waiting in the thrown room. He left the two in the room and once they heard Sour Bill walk down the stairs they both burst out in an eruption of laughter, "That was so awkward!" She started, "I seriously got worried that was Ralph!" "Me too, my heart stopped, if he ever sees us he is going to go ballistic!" Rancis added to Vanellopes statement.
A few minuets later the green cough drop returned with the racers who ran into Rancis' room, without knocking. They saw the two on Rancis' bed laughing and giggling. The two on the bed turned around to see Taffyta and Candlehead standing in the door frame looking at eachother and gesturing to Vanellope and Rancis, "Um... Hey guys..." Vanellope said as the two suddenly stopped and quickly shook off what they where doing. "Hey Vanellope, hey Rancis!" Taffyta quickly blurted out whilst straighting out her jacket. "What can we do for ya!" Vanellope looked at Taffyta for an answer but... "We... We were just coming to see how you two love bir-" Candlehead was quickly cut off by Taffyta's hand in front of her mouth. "Heh... What Candlehead was trying to say is that the race is starting soon! And we need Rancis, because your obiously not racing..." Taffyta said in a cocky way, looking Vanellope up and down judgementally befor putting her lollipop back in her mouth. "And that's because your still fixing her cart, right!" Rancis snapped back at her with a sharp tone. "Yes, yes of course!" She replied in a sarcastic voice, her eyes darting between the two befor she rolled them... There was a silence for a few seconds whilst they all looked at eachother, however it was broken by Rancis..."Oh shit, common ladies we have to go! Otherwise we will miss the race!" "Ok, Vanellope, we have to go... You will come and watch thought right?" Candlehead asked smiling... "Of course guys, I wouldn't miss it for the world!"
Rancis quickly straightened up his hat and checked his hair whist the others brushed off their jackets in last minuet preparation. Soon after all that they all ran downstairs to their carts and jumped in, Vanellope jumped onto Rancis' lap and he drove her. "Common lets go!" Taffyta shouted from ahead. Rancis and Vanellope glanced at eachother they always loved it when they could only use one cart, it was like a trust exercise. 'I can't believe that Nelly would chose to ride with me over the other two! She is such an adorable girlfriend' Rancis thought to himself as the put his foot down and shot off, on their way. Every few minuets Rancis would look in his reflection but his gaze would switch over to Vanellope pretty quickly. 'Wow she looks beautiful, aww I love her so much! Nelly is adorable' he thought. A few minuets later he looked again, but she was looking at him, caught! He smilled at her, Vanellope opened her mouth, but befor she could say anything Rancis winked at her, "Nelly, your looking beautiful!" He said staring into her eyes, she bushed. As Rancis' vision returned to the road Vanellope kissed his cheek lightly, "I love you Fluggs!" That made him blush! The other two where behind them whitnessing it all! "Awww!!!" They both looked at eachother overjoyed to see Rancis and Vanellope so happy...

I know it's a bit of a slow start but, it's important to set the scene! I'm loving writing this because this ship is my life! I love it!
