(F/N): FIve more minutes.
Olivia: Hey Weiss can you get your boyfriend out of bed.
Weiss: Fine I'll do it.
You can hear the sound of something happening as you hear glyphs being placed then you are launched out of your bed and then onto the floor
(F/N): I'm up I'm up I'm up jeez talk about being rude.
Weiss: There he's out of bed now.
Olivia: Thank you.
Weiss: I'm gonna go on ahead of you two, so just make sure he knows what's going on.
Olivia: Will do
Weiss leaves the dorm room as you stand up.
(F/N): So what's so important that I had to be woken up
Olivia: Well we're starting to prepare for the dance.
(F/N): Oh yeah that's coming up, wait so what do we need to prepare for exactly?
Olivia: Well we are helping prepare the dance itself.
(F/N): Wait so can we decide things like music and beverages?
Olivia: Yeah to an extent.
(F/N): Cool, anyway imma get dressed.
Olivia: Yeah you do that anyway once you get dressed meet outside the dorm room.
(F/N): Will do.
You get some clothes on and meet Olivia outside the dorm room she then guides you towards where the dance is gonna be held you see the rest of team Rwby and your team set up the dance as Yang notices you arrive and walks up to you.
Yang: About time you woke up.
(F/N): Hey I'm sorry it was a long night yesterday.
Yang: Yeah it was but that's in the past already.
Yang grabs you by the arm as she says something
Yang: Hey (F/N) Why don't you come help me set up the fog machine.
Weiss: YANG FOR THE LAST TIME I TOLD YOU WE ARE NOT USING THE FOG MACHINE!
Yang: Oh come on it'll be fun everybody loves fog machines.
Yang and Weiss continue to argue back and forth as you giggle you see Ruby has having a bit of trouble so you go to help her out
Ruby: Oh uh thanks.
(F/N): No problem so where are we taking this?
Ruby: Over there and uh thank you for everything last night.
(F/N): Hey don't mention it just keep the thing about Summer a secret.
Ruby: W-Why?
(F/N): We don't have enough info to know if she truly is still alive that could have been a video and not a live feed so I would wait till we have concrete evidence.
Ruby looks a bit down
Ruby: O-okay.
You pat Ruby on the head as you smile at her
(F/N): Don't worry as soon as we get concrete evidence we'll tell the others got it.
Ruby looking a little bit happier responds
Ruby: Got it.
Eryk: HEY (F/N) COULD YOU HELP US OUT OVER HERE!
(F/N): HEADING OVER, see you later Ruby.
Ruby: Oh uh later.
Ruby then places one of her hands over her heart and begins to think to herself
Ruby: (What is this feeling in my heart and why do I only get it when I talk to him, I should ask Yang about this.)
Ruby finishing ups what she was doing and heads over to Yang who is trying to set up a fog machine
Ruby: Uh Yang can I talk to you about something
Yang: Huh oh sure Sis let me just finish up over here.
Yang finishes setting up the Fog machine in a hidden location so Weiss doesn't find it and starts to talk to Ruby
Yang: so what is it?
Ruby gets a little bit shy as she asks, she places a hand over her heart
Ruby: It's about (F/N) whenever I'm around him I get this weird feeling in my heart.
Yang gets quiet as she takes a deep breath
Yang: Ruby what your describing is love you've developed feelings for him.
Ruby: Oh but he already has-
Yang: So that shouldn't stop you from expressing your feelings for him, I mean I'd be fine with it.
Ruby: Well what about Weiss and Blake what would they think?
Yang: Well you'll never find out if you don't ask.
Ruby thinks as she comes to a conclusion
Ruby: Your right I'll go ask them right now.
Yang: You go ahead and do that.
Ruby hugs Yang
Ruby: Thank you, Sis
Yang: No problem.
Ruby then goes and heads over to Weiss and Blake
Ruby: Weiss, Blake I have something I want to ask.
Weiss: Well what is it, Ruby.
Ruby: It's about (F/N) I've developed feelings for him.
Blake: You want to find out if you could date him as well.
Ruby: Y-Yeah.
Weiss and Blake look at one another as they nod and smile at Ruby
Weiss: We don't mind one bit so go ahead tell him how you feel.
Ruby smiles as she hugs Weiss and Blake
Ruby: Thank you.
Ruby then head over to you as she starts to get a little nervous
Ruby: Uh (F/N) can I talk to you in private about something.
(F/N): Hm Oh sure.
You and Ruby exit the hall as she anxious about something as Blake, Yang, and Weiss all spy on the two of you from a window just peeking their heads out a little bit
(F/N): So what is it, Ruby?
Ruby: Oh uh I was wondering...
Ruby gets quiet
(F/N): You were wondering about what?
Ruby takes a deep breath as she prepares to say something
Ruby: I was wondering if you would go to the dance with me.
Your face turns red
(F/N): W-Wait you mean you want to go like a couple?
Ruby: Y-yeah over the last couple of months I've watched all my teammates start to form relationships with you and I've had this feeling I didn't know anything about even since we returned from your dad's village that's been growing more and more until I knew I had to find out what it was.
(F/N): W-Well I mean.
You collect yourself
(F/N): I love you, you were one of my first friends here at beacon and we've gotten to know one another even more since the beginning of the year.
Ruby's eyes glow up as a big smile starts to grow on her face
Ruby: Wait so does that mean.
(F/N): Yeah we're dating.
Ruby unable to control her happiness jumps on you as she goes to hug you bringing both of you to the ground
(F/N): Jeez what's with you and your sis tackling me first thing as a couple.
Ruby: Oh I'm sorry I couldn't help it.
(F/N): It's alright I get it.
The two of you return back inside as the 8 of you finish setting up for the dance.
