No words were spoken as they just stared into each others' eyes for a few minutes, dark black pools drowning in shiny chocolate irises. Jungkook took a deep breath before finally saying what he'd been dreading to say for so long.

A gasp was heard as the omega's fingers that were gently resting on his mate's collar from when he was hugging him, curled tightly around the material. His eyes were tightly shut when a lone tear slid down his cheek. His hands slowly left the other's shirt to rest on his lap, he felt his body give up as his shoulders hunched over and all energy left him. Their baby. Their little bundle of joy.
Jungkook sensed his omega's sadness and he immediately brought him close again settling his lithe frame on his lap, wrapping his arms around his middle section and proceeding to rock both of them back and forth.

Taehyung couldn't answer as sobs were wrecking through his body, he could barely breathe normally, let alone speak.

Still unable to say a word, Taehyung just rested his head on jungkook's chest and let the other rock him back and forth like a child until the crying took a toll on him and he gave into sleep in the alpha's tight embrace with the soft kisses falling all over his neck continuously.

Hoseok hated himself at the moment. He knew the couple was asleep in the room, he saw it with his own eyes earlier and it made him happy seeing the two so close again after so long. To say he'd hate to disturb their peace in that moment was an understatement, so how the hell was he supposed to sneak the smashed jimin into the dorm without waking anyone?
He stood in the main door looking at a drunk out of his mind jimin waiting for him to let him in as he thought about what to do. Jimin was a loud drunk. Everyone knew it and by the way his eyes looked so alert and pensive he knew the younger was preparing something. Drama was happening very soon he could almost taste it in the air, but what was he supposed to do? Leave his dongsaeng to fend for himself in the freezing cold? You see this was why namjoon was the one who took the decisions. So safe to say hoseok really hated himself at that moment.
"hyuuung let me in I'm freezing my asshh out here" But poor hoseok was too lost in his thoughts to notice the younger talking, let alone sneaking clumsily right past him into the living room.
"jimin-ah wait up where are you going? Your room is this way."
"I need to...talk..Tae just a second, hyung go to sleep."
Damn it! he knew he should've went with the 'letting jimin freeze his ass off' option instead. He jumped on the other hugging him like a koala and wrestling him back into the living room which in itself caused enough commotion to wake jin and namjoon who immediately rushed into the living room to check the source of the noise.
"No Jiminie, please don't do this. We just got them to settle down. They can't afford anymore problems."
"so I'm a problem now... is that it hyung? Of course, jimin is the nice one, jimin is the kind one, but the minute jimin stops being the nice one, the one who gets his heart walked all over, he becomes a problem is that it hyung?"
Jin was the one to speak this time around putting a hand on the younger's shoulder to calm him down.
"Jiminie you know it's not-" But his effort was cut short by a deep sleepy mumble coming from a certain omega who was tightly hugged from behind by a certain alpha who still had his eyes shut, chin resting on his omega's shoulder.
"What's going on?"
Jimin stared at the two, hurt evident in his eyes before speaking again, this time his eyes never leaving the omega's.
"It's not what jin hyung? Not right that jimin also gets his happy ever after? Not right that I refuse to get my heart broken into pieces? Not right that jimin stops being helpful to everyone around him but himself?"
With every word leaving the beta's mouth taehyung felt his eyes slowly widening, he felt himself becoming more alert no ounce of sleep left in his body and he felt the arms holding him tighten around his waist. The last thing though was what hit him the most weirdly enough, his alpha's annoyed demeanor. So he instinctively put both hands on his alpha's arms and started rubbing circles over them with his thumb.
The gesture caused pure pride to rush through the alpha who held the omega even closer as he nuzzled his neck purring into the flesh.
The boys around them were shocked at how caught in their own bubble the two were that they didn't notice the pain their beta friend was experiencing at the sight.
Namjoon couldn't stand how miserable the youngest beta was feeling nor could he the consistent jabs to the feet jin was subjecting him to in order for him to save the situation. So he cleared his voice before speaking for the first time that night.
"Jungkook?"
At that the youger alpha snapped out of his trance looking around to notice jimin's crumbling face at the same time Taehyung did. The omega quickly got out of his hold and stepped closer to his best friend.
"Jiminie I-"
"N-no.. it's okay.. I don't need your pity, can-can I just ask you one thing? Then I promise I won't ever bother you again with my nonsense feelings. Tell me Tae, if I were a-as handsome as jungkook, or as tall as j-jungkook, if I were an alpha like jungkook, or as good at everything as he is...if I were less like me and more like him would you love me too? Would you give me a chance then? Or am I just that worthless to you?...Why should I always be the nice one and get hurt? Why should I always get hurt making others happy? After all why don't I deserve your love tae? I was the one always there for you, not him... The omega was stunned into silence as he looked straight ahead into a wall with a blank face. Not the blank face you'd find him with when he was thinking too much, no it was the absolutely empty, lost one. Absolutely lost. But the others knew better, they could sense how devastated the other was at the words. He was simply too anguished and dejected to react let alone answer.
"ANSWER ME TAE! I WAS THE ONE WHO STOOD BY YOU ALL THIS TIME! DON'T I AT LEAST DESERVE AN ANSWER?"
The booming voice of the youngest beta made taehyung jump in his place as a barely there threatening aura started oozing out of the alpha by his side who was now fully focused on the beta's every move as if expecting him to attack his mate any moment.
"I am sick of all of this, I am sick of all of you. I wanna get my piece of happiness as well. If this prick didn't mark you forcefully, you would have been mine.. Mine! Do you hear that? I would be the one holding you close like that and loving you every night, I would be the one making you happy... TAEHYUNG WHY WON'T YOU SPEAK TO ME? I.DESERVE.A.FUCKING.ANSWER!"
With every word, the beta took a step closer to the younger demanding he answered him with a threatening glint in his eyes and that's when the boys knew that jimin was truly drunk out of his mind. But before any of them could make a move to stop the beta from advancing any further and possibly hurting the omega, Jungkook was already in front of his mate hugging him with his back to the beta as if shielding the former from him.
"Get away jungkook I need to speak to tae."
"you can speak to him from there, he can hear you just fine." There was a careful tone to jungkook's voice almost threatening on aggression.
"SERIOUSLY GET OUT OF MY FUCKING WAY! WE KNOW HE'S YOUR MATE, STOP RUBBING IT IN! get away I won't say it again."
"Do your best hyung."
The others did absolutely nothing to stop the scene. They just stood aside watching it unravel before them. They knew exactly what jungkook was doing. Jimin needed that, he needed to let off some steam in order to calm down and they all knew that jungkook's alpha was very capable of taking a few drunken punches so they let them be.
But when the punch stopped what happened left them dumbfounded as instead of calming down jimin looked even more frustrated and angry as he knocked over one of jin's favorite vases along with a picture of all of them together back when they first debuted, where jungkook and jimin had big goofy smiles on as they pulled on each others' mouths in a playful way.
He kept staring at the picture for a long time after it hit the floor before he wordlessly left to his room slamming the door behind him.

Taehyung opened his eyes to the slowly sneaking in sunlight and that same 'annoying' birdie friend, he met recently, knocking on the window glass. He woke up to a slightly snoring jungkook who was sleeping in a very awkward position and that was when taehyung realized that he was taking up two thirds of the bed; the alpha probably just adjusted to whatever space he was given so he doesn't have to wake him up. Taehyung softly giggles at the poor alpha's predicament and slowly sat up in bed to adjust the alpha's position who just kept sleeping like a rock but this time without the snoring.
Taehyung opened his eyes to a beautiful, cheerful day and he wasn't gonna let what happened the night before bring it down. That didn't mean he was gonna forget how hurt his best friend was. Even if he knew it was probably gonna make him cry he had to talk with jimin later once the beta was back in his right mind. But this was not the right time for that. First he had to make breakfast for his alpha. He smiled to himself as he remembered how much he used to despise cooking as a beta.
As taehyung entered the living room, he came face to face with a very comfortable looking Lisa sitting in the middle of the dorm's living room, apparently chatting with jin about something as the other for some reason seemed awkward and out of place. Taehyung would be lying if he said he didn't feel a pang in his chest as a series of photos of his alpha kissing her flashed through his mind.
"Oh hey Tae, you are up! Come say hi, Lisa-ssi came over to-"
"To see kookie, is he still sleeping? What a silly boy it's hard to believe he was the one who reached out to me with the way he's being.. doesn't it?" she chuckled moving her pretty blond hair away from her face.
"W-what?"
