The event was over and the crew starts preparing the commercial set. The stylists were blow drying your hair and doing your makeup.
You only had this commercial shooting and then you can finally head home and rest for the first time.
You walk on the marking where you are supposed to stand. You hold a sprite bottle and open it. The lighting crew positions the lights on you as you take a sip of the sprite.
You finish the commercial and now you are taking photos for ads. You posed with sprite products for the past two hours.
"Finally" You say as you finish with the last shot
You head home to your apartment and plop down on your bed. It was dark outside and the sun was setting
You tried to find your wallet but it was nowhere to be found. You were frustrated and just convinced yourself it will show up somewhere. You were already tired and frustrated so you decided to relax and take a bath. You walk over to the bathroom preparing to take a bath. You turn the knob of the bath but no water comes out. You thought it was probably just a problem with the bathtub so you decided to try the shower. You turn on the shower but no water comes out. You go to your sink in the bathroom and the one in the kitchen. No water is coming out of any of them.
AAagGHhhh
"Just my luck" you sigh
You call the staff and they pick up. You explain the problem and they sent workers to come check it out. You wait a little bit and they finally come. They check the pipes and explained that the pipes in the apartment complex was broken.
What do I do now?? I have no water, how am I going to stay here??
"Ma'am we have to ask you to evacuate this apartment so we can fix this problem" the worker says
"What?!" You say
"This problem will take a long time to fix because we have to shut down the whole water pipe system and replace each pipe" the work explains
"This can cause lots of problems to the residents so we will be asking each resident to evacuate the apartment complex so we can resolve this problem. We will be reconstructing the whole building"
You were speechless
"How long will this take?" You ask
"6 months is the least"
WHAT!!!
Where am I gonna stay?? I can't stay at my parents' houses. I can't even clean this small apartment or take care of it. How am I going to live?!
The owner called all the residents and announced that they had to pack and move out of the apartment complex by the end of tomorrow.
I could hear people arguing next door, this was chaotic
I started packing my things into boxes and moving my furniture into a corner.
Ding Dong
The doorbell of your apartment rings
You walk over to the door wondering who it is, probably one of the workers you thought
You opened the door to be greeted by Taehyung
"Hello" he says smiling
"What are you doing here? How do you know where I live??" You questioned
"Well the other day where you were at the cafe you left your wallet and I saw your address was on there. I decided to return it the next time I saw you but then i haven't seen you in a while so I came to your place."
"Ah Thank youuu" you say taking your wallet he hands you
He looks over your shoulder and sees all the boxes and furniture
"Oh did you just move in?" He asks
"Ah no, I am moving out and I have to evacuate the place since the water pipe system broke and they are reconstructing the whole building" I explained
"Oh where are you gonna stay?"
"Uhh... I don't know, I don't have anywhere to go really" You say looking down
"You can stay over at my house, we have a guest room you can stay at" Taehyung offers
"Oh I don't want to be a burden-"
"You're not, the boys would love a new roommate anyways" he says smiling
You eventually gave up arguing and accepted his offer
"I can help you pack up all your stuff"
"Ah no it'll be ok you don't have to since you let me stay at your place"
"Don't worry" he says moving the boxes
You and Taehyung packed all your things into the boxes and finished at 2am
"Thank you" You say
"No problem, I'll pick you up to tomorrow morning and help you move your stuff"
You walk him to the door and you say your goodbyes
The Next Morning
All of your belongings were packed neatly thanks to Taehyung. You used a jug of water to brush your teeth and wash your face. You walk out to the living room and made sure you had everything. Taehyung shows up and began bringing the boxes down. You pack the car with all the furniture and boxes.
"Got everything?" He asks
You look around the apartment one last time making sure you don't leave anything behind.
"Ok let's go" You say closing the door
You walk out to Taehyung's car and sit in the passenger seat.
I scroll through my phone and the battery dies. I realized I had forgotten to charge my phone since I stayed up packing all night with Taehyung. You sigh and lay the phone in your lap. You stare out at the window admiring the scenery.
The car ride was silent for a moment until Taehyung boldly asks
"How old are you?"
He grimaces as he realized what he just blurted out
You slightly turn your head but your body faces the window.
You hesitate to answer but a mischievous grin plays across your face.
"How old do you think I am?" I say arching a brow
"Uuh...umm.." he says
"How old are you?" I ask
"Wait I asked you first so you need to answer before me" he argues
"Let's Just say our age on 1..2..3!" You count
"23!" He shouts
"Waaiiitttt! You didn't say yoursssss!" He says
"I guess you'll never find out" you say looking back at the window
"Hey! That's not fair" Taehyung pouts
You grin to yourself at his childlike behavior
